This newly built luxury home sleeps 15 with 4 King Suites and 2 Bunk Rooms, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite bath. Featuring 2 living rooms and a game room, with custom arcades and foosball. The complimentary golf cart gives you easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The 90ft HEATED pool and clubhouse is directly across from the house! Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Serenity offers a mix of luxury, comfort, and adventure.

Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

🏡 THE RETREAT AT MIRAMAR COMMUNITY

Your luxury villa is located in a private community called the "Retreat at Miramar". Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90-foot long heated private Retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion. Nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach, Serenity is conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive from dozens of great restaurants and shops.

Not being familiar with the area, I was a little nervous to rent in this area but after a week with our family of 12 (10 and two little grandkids), this house was perfect! We LOVED being across from the pool. And the golf cart was our second favorite part. The beach was an easy ride down the street and worked great using the golf cart back and forth. If I had to offer a suggestion, maybe heavier bedding??? Everyone talked about being cold during the night (first world problem, lol) but the sheet and light comforter was fine but maybe a heavier comforter or additional blankets available. Otherwise, we will be back for our next family trip. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Oh, and we loved the big island for all of us to sit around for meals. Perfect trip! Thank you!!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Serenity! Everything in this home screams luxury and elegance! We love all the different bathrooms, which significantly cut down on transition time between beach and non-beach activities. The kitchen was very nice and all the amenities were top tier. Did I mention the pool? Being directly in front of it, was the kids favorite part. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a luxury living experience!

Our Family decided to take a Christmas vacation this year for the first time. Instead of buying gifts for each other, we had Family time. The house is gorgeous! We loved the spacious kitchen that was open to living room! We sat around the island and played board games, made Christmas ornaments and ate together as a Family! The second floor game room was perfect for the teenage boys! We enjoyed taking the dogs for walks in the neighborhood too. The property Manager Alex was awesome and quick to respond with any questions we had. Ohhhh and he let us check in early too! Our Family would highly recommend this gorgeous spacious home!

Serenity by Coastal Retreats is a beautiful, clean, spacious home. The use of the golf cart put the house and amenities over the expectation limit. The home is in great proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. I would have been willing to pay a little more for an elevator. The host, Justin, was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay at Serenity or any other Coastal Retreats property.

Our family enjoyed a much needed at this home rental. It was everything and more than what we expected. It is in the perfect location in Destin to enjoy the beach. Very clean and equipped with all the newest thing. The beds were incredibly clean and comfortable. We will come back to this vacation home again.

This home was amazing. It was exactly what was advertised with beautiful furniture, decor and appliances. Everything was in working order and the company checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. We were even welcomed with a huge charcuterie board! There was plenty of room for our family to have our own space but still be together to make important memories. This home was perfectly located to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and souvenir shops. The pool and BBQ grills being right across the street was an added bonus. This was the perfect space for the perfect vacation! Will definitely book again!

Excellent family friendly property. We were a total of 15, 10 adults and 5 children, all perfectly accommodated for a week worth of fun. From the moment we stepped foot in the house it was clean and well kept. I personally appreciated the little things; such as, a brand new dishwashing sponge, dishwasher and laundry pods, napkins, among other hygiene products to keep us equipped before making our own shopping. The bedrooms were comfortable. Our beach experience was amazing and the golf cart makes the commute so much better. Additionally, Justin reached out periodically to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Overall a wonderful experience for our first time in FLORIDA.

We stayed at this property for a week for our annual vacation. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The only issue we had was the golf cart would not fully charge. However, property management responded very quickly and addressed the issue. It was still not fully charging by the time we left, but it was not a big issue. Management was very courteous and friendly. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

My husband and I, along with our adult children and their children, spent the week at Serenity. The location across from the pool was really handy for the kids. The weather didn’t cooperate but we had a great time just being together. The property manager and his assistant (Alex and Justin) were very thoughtful and attentive.

This is a beautiful house inside and out. Nicely laid out and designed interior. The refrigerator is very roomy. The location is very close to the beach -- about a 5 minute walk. The included golf cart was a nice perk, so we didn't have to take a car everywhere. Alex was very responsive.

This house is absolutely AMAZING!!! Such a great location to the beach, grocery stores, food, and anything you may need. Leave your car parked, and enjoy rolling around town in the 6 seat golf cart that’s included!! My family had so much fun, and Alex was a pleasure to work with! He provided all the info we needed, was available any time we had a question, and you can tell he pays very close attention to detail. The home was spotless, and I would highly recommend staying here if you want to enjoy your vacation! The pool is really awesome as well, and conveniently right across from the house just a few steps away. Beach access is right down the street with plenty of parking, so no need to worry about that. Just put on your flip flops, and enjoy the beach life at this beautiful home!!
