Loved location and easy beach access. Also loved having a separate floor so teenagers could hand upstairs and older adults downstairs. Plenty of room for everyone to have a bed and lots of boogie boards and beach stuff.

The unit needs a upgrade we had three things brake down
the person that came fix them said that they need to be replace. we were very disappointed

Nice layout but in desperate need of tlc. Shows lack of maintenance and upkeep.

Close to beach. Ease of parking. Decent view.

Overall, would stay here again, missing paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper. Keurig was broken but after a call they replaced with a new one. Pool was very small. But everything else was nice and definitely a perfect amount of space for our family! Carpet was stained is the only real "cleanliness" issue. Overall good!

Enjoyed the room setup and the various bathrooms. Was beautiful and bright. Was able to see the ocean from the balcony.

Our stay at Coconut Grove 203 was GREAT! The location was great, the accommodations were great, it was just what we needed for our large family. The kids LOVED the ping pong table, and the xbox. The only issue we had, as previously stated in other reviews was the parking. We had to find parking elsewhere for two vehicles, which made it a little difficult but we managed. We will definitely be back!

Great location and big enough for large groups.

This property was perfect for our friends getaway weekend. The unit was in great condition and clean. There were cleaning supplies, soap and shower gel (trial size but a thoughtful jester). The linen and towels were new, clean and white!!! The location is exactly in front of the beach access and is in a very quiet neighborhood. The only issues we had was the lack of pots for cooking. We called to report but never got a return call so I went to Walmart for pots! We discovered the chair in the corner of the living room was broken, the mattresses need to be replaced in some rooms (loud and squeaky), and the sliding door in the living room sticks a lot. The few issues didn’t stop one minute of the fun and I only mentioned it for full transparency. The biggest issue was the 3 parking spaces reserved for the unit. Since the house sleeps large groups, it was a struggle to figure out were to park the overflow of cars for our party. The company provided several options but parking after 12am is prohibited and would have resulted in ticketing. Luckily we found a spot about a mile down the street to leave the vehicle. Please do your research before to decide where you will leave you extra cars. Owner it would be nice if you had options rather than sending random lists from google that were not options.

My family of 12 enjoyed the spacious vacation home! We would definitely come back

The condo was well cleaned. There were adequate cooking items for our stay. A very short walk to the beach. I would recommend this condo for a wonderful weekend or a longer stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was close to the main strip for entertainment, shopping, restaurants, etc. It was a great stay!!!

I wish I could include pictures to show the state of this property.
Vacasa should be ashamed of this property and more of their customer support.
Floors are disgusting. We had to clean everything. Socks were BLACK.
Cookware is UNSAFE. It is peeling/chipping. We had to purchase our own.
Did not have paper products, I wouldn't expect plates/cups etc. But they didn't even have toilet paper or paper towels.
They advertise beach chairs/umbrella. All of it is broken. Rusty nails sticking out etc. We had to buy our own.
Porch furniture is bent and rusted completely through. UNSAFE.
One bedroom upstairs has a glass on top of the dresser that is broken. Sharp edges exposed. UNSAFE.
There are about 5 towels and washcloths in the whole house. We had to purchase towels.
Beds are very loud. Like wake you up when you roll over loud...
*Most inconvenient* is that they advertise 3 parking spots. One of them is VERY SMALL. Sized for a golf cart.
Also, the pool is very small. Only big enough for 3-4 people to swim. The pictures are extremely deceiving.
I reached out to Vacasa at least 5 times and every time, I was given an automated response expressing their sympathy. I requested to expedite my concerns and was told "well, a ticket was created so all I can do is put a comment on it."
No other follow up for the rest of our stay.
Never again with Vacasa. NEVER!

We stayed at this rental during a week sports tournament for our son. The location of the condo to the beach was amazing. Just across the street. Very easy access to and from. The size of the rental was also very nice, enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Balconies on both levels were also great. Double refrigerators was a nice add for sure. Everyone in our party did comment on the limited towels, both in the bathroom and kitchen. We were provided 1 kitchen towel which was not enough for our week long stay. I had to do a laundry load of towels to get thru the week. Also, the kitchen supplies need some work. We did not have enough forks for our entire party to eat at one time. There were 3 plastic cups, which again was not enough for the kids in the party and required constant washing. No plastic bowls or plates, which is preferred when small kids are involved. I think a revamp/review of the kitchen items is in store. Many of the cabinets were empty so there is space to add some of these essential items when large groups/families are visiting. Overall, a good experience and visit.

Over all everything was good
Just found some dirty blankets in the closet of the room at the first floor and the bed of one of the rooms with the king bed the bed makes too much noise when you lay down

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend staying at this condo. While the location is really good as it’s a very short walk to the beach, the amenities are significantly lacking. For example: the cookware was very old and some pots were not safe to use from the amount of wear they had, and even the number of flatware sets was far short of what one would expect for a house that can fit 12+ people. No dish towels were provided, and there were many things in need of repair (door screens, cracked glass on top of a dresser, broken drawers that didn’t open properly, a scratched toilet seat, etc.). We even discovered that the there was an easy way to unlock the door that didn’t require the security code. When I tried to reach out to Vacasa to resolve my issues during the stay, they were slow to respond and did not resolve a single issue. One example is when I reached out of them regarding the missing dish towels. They indicated that some would be delivered, but they never followed through. So we ended up buying our own. After the stay, I told them of our concerns again, and they said a local team would reach out to me to further discuss. Once again, there was no follow-up. In addition to not staying at this condo again, I plan to not do business with Vacasa in the future.

This was a nice place to stay the plus was having 5 bathrooms with all women. Overall this was a good place other than noise no issue at all. We can't really complain about noise as you are at the beach.

My family and I enjoyed the space and proximity to the oceanfront. Was truly just steps away from the water. The interior decor was also quite nice. Appliances and kitchenware was very handy.

The house was located in a great location but the cleaning was not as great as I felt that it could be. The base boards were dusty, pillows had old blood stains on them however everything else was great!
1.5 / 5.0
There was no restocks of tissue nor trash bags, even after i reached out multiple times they still sent no one. Although you’re suppose to have parking passes, someone kept parking in my spaces. You’re giving 3 spaces but they couldn’t provide us another parking location for extra cars after they said they would.

Overall our stay was great. Check in process was very easy. This place can house up to 16 People with many gathering areas. Parking was challenging because we had more than 3 cars. However there was paid parking nearby. The kitchen was equipped with standard needs but no large pots to feed large groups. There are two large tables where we all sat together for our Thanksgiving meal. However the chairs were wobbly or damaged. This place is not new but it was well kept and clean. Starter detergent, soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided. Also the games provided were an added bonus for us.

Very clean and well-decorated. Plenty of space to spread out, including several bedrooms and bathrooms. Several TVs. Well-stocked for kitchen appliances and utensils. Huge kitchen and dining areas. Fun game area upstairs. Nice 2nd row view of ocean from the balconies. Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Excellent property management. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Would be a super gathering place for large families!

This was the perfect getaway for us! Beautiful ocean views from both balconies, spacious rooms, & the condo was fully stocked for our stay. Close in proximity to everything including shops, restaurants, & beach. We even met some of the friendly neighbors. One of the best places we have rented and we travel all over the world. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

Not enough parking for number of allowed guests. We were supposed to have parking permits, but none were ever furnished. Cracked coffee pot was left intact, so when we made a pot of coffee it poured out when it dripped into pot. Overall a nice place for a group or large family vacation

Parking space not adequate
The only concern was we were told the property sleeps 18 people but we only had 3 parking spaces. This was a problem since we had 5 cars.

Awesome
This condo is fantastic. The inside is updated. The furniture and beds were all comfy. The two separate living areas were great. The Xbox and ping pong table were big hits. The linens and towels were all very nice. The rooms and bathrooms were very sizable. We didn’t feel cramped at all. We had 10 people and 3 families.
The elevator was great so the mobility wasn’t an issue. The beach access was right there and flat to get to the beach. The location is great. You can see the beach from all the balcony’s and the two king bedroooms upstairs.
It was set up almost like a hotel instead of a house rental. Made for a perfect weekend get away. Check in and out we’re very easy.
I’ve rented from a lot of places and Vacasa was the easiest one yet. I will be using them a lot moving forward.
