The primary suite has a king bed and a private balcony with bistro seating for two. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a king bed, while the third bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and can be accessed via the bunk room and the hallway.

The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A half bath provides added convenience.

This house was in the perfect location. Very close to the beach with available chairs and a wagon to use. It was convenient to family, restaurants, shopping, etc. We stayed here last year, we were here this year, and we will probably be here next year.

Great place- short walk to beach, lots of beach toys/ chairs. Pool, hot tub and gym were great and mostly empty. Place was spacious and modern, lots of room for extended family!

A very nice unit with good space for 8 ppl and a great location to walk to the beach & Pier, but issues that arose during our stay and the complete lack of response from Vacasa (the mgmt co) are what soured much of this experience. Positives: great space for a number of people, nice big kitchen with a decent amount of kitchen tools for cooking, easy walk to the beach and a little more than a mile walk to PB Pier (good restaurants there), nice modern decor. Nice big island with stools. Minor issues that weren't huge, but I would have wanted to know: ice maker broken (bought own bag of ice), ceiling fan in lower level bedroom didn't work, cheap TP with only a couple extras and 1 roll of paper towels, nobody came to pull in garbage cans as told in instructions. Major issues that we got NO return call/no action from Vacasa despite contacting them every day: - disgusting fishy smell in garage the entire time - broken blinds in kitchen that eventually completely fell to the floor - we were a fishbowl to unit across the way -running, then malfunctioning toilet that was unusable for 2.5 days. NO response whatsoever which was horrible. Vacasa only said "we'll report it to the local team" and other pre-formatted responses -hrs before check out, realized door into garage didn't even completely bolt/lock. Bolt didn't engage all the way, door handle could still be pulled open Early check in was near impossible and all guests need to be at check in. Not the typical VRBO

Check in was done by a company called Vacasa (an offshore company) It was done all by text. It was a mess. I finally called a number and was on hold for 30-45 minutes and continued to text too. They wanted me to visit the office to get the code. There was no office. Once I got someone on the phone they provided my a code to get in... I would not let them get off. The welcome email said I would be greeted at the property. That was not happening. Place was located nicely as detailed in the listing. Funking getting in and out, but worked. Big smelly garage. Most of the major blinds were not working, but manageable. Lots of good plates, linens, pots and pans etc. Zero extras and corporate owned. Bring everything yourself. I am not going back. If you stay, make sure you get an entry code before you travel

My family had a wonderful time. The short walk to the beach was perfect. Would probably go in the spring or fall when the weather isn’t so hot.

For the price you pay per night, you’d think you’d get some simple amenities like coffee filters, a few pots of coffee to get you started, and laundry detergent but nope. 10 of us stayed for 5 nights and by day 3 we had run out of the see-through t.p., one paper towel roll, and one box of Kleenex. Any hotel would replenish but not Vacasa - that’s their policy. So many things were broken I can’t even recall everything! Some include the fridge water dispenser and ice maker. The water only trickled. The front right stovetop wouldn’t heat, the dining room blinds wouldn’t go up, the queen bed frame was broken and the mattress was like sleeping on concrete. Vacasa doesn’t provide any additional blankets. The parking is horrific if you can’t fit into the garage - we had a large passenger van which was a nightmare to find parking. Lots of stairs and the entire place is tile. If you have kids, they will fall. Be aware. Then to top it off they expect you to start a load of towels upon departure with the invisible laundry detergent provided. I have such a sour taste in my mouth. Hotels are the way to go from now on.

The unit is well maintained and is very clean. Is close to ocean access. Pool was great. Lots of stairs. Would not recommend for seniors because of the stairs . Would definitely rent again. Great space for vacation for family.
