About this house rental
Great 3/2 home with a comfy basement on a 3 acre lot. Equipped WIFI access, Smart TVs, a spacious kitchen, laundry room, front patio, and a large rear deck that will make you feel at home. The home is only minutes from both Kennesaw and Lost Mountain Park, KSU, Lake Allatoona, Marietta Square, and Downtown Kennesaw. Access shopping at the likes of The Avenues of West Cobb, or Town Center Mall and so much more. Enjoy the convenient access to Kroger, Publix, and Walgreens also only minutes away.

This house was a perfect landing spot for us while we were in town for a baseball tournament. I found it to be very clean upon arrival both inside and out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and we enjoyed our choice of games in the evening!

Great spot if you are in town for Lakepoint sports! We played East Cobb and it is about 30min from there but the surrounding parks were far.
Location was awesome with grocery and food 5 min away. House does need some updates but it’s in great shape and was perfect for us.

We came down w/my 76 yr old dad, brothers family (3 teenagers) for nephew’s tournament. The home was lovely & provided a perfect place for us to relax in the air conditioning.
Location was excellent & central to the games.
We enjoyed use of the grill & the kitchen amenities were fantastic as we made our meals at the house. The dishes, utensils, pots/pans were great and we loved the big fridge & all the cabinet/drawer space. We didn’t have stuff sitting out everywhere! We appreciated the coffee maker as well as the Kurieg!
The upstairs bedrooms & bathrooms were roomy. The beds were comfortable & the closets provided a lot of space so we weren’t living out of suitcases! While we didn’t need the extra necessities provided ( soap, shampoo & condition etc) it was so nice to have it there!
The only thing we were surprised about were the steps in and out of the sunken living room- we were specifically looking for a space without steps due to dad’s knees- so we worried A LOT! There’s a step down to the living room and step up to bedroom and kitchen.
The outside space was so nice!! We had plenty of room to put up a badminton net & play a few games. Unfortunately, it was blazing hot during time so didn’t get enjoy the fire pit- but it looked cozy!!
The downstairs basement provided a perfect space for the teens to relax, play piano, games & microwave popcorn. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a bathroom downstairs.

This is a great house! We were in town for my grandson’s ball tournament and it was the perfect place for us. The house was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and in a very nice neighborhood. Also it was close to Lakepoint ballpark. If we come back for any more tournaments I will definitely try to stay here again.

The home was perfect for my family. We were in town for a graduation. The home is not far from Kennesaw State University. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy along with the basement. I would definitely recommend.

House was exactly as advertised. We had our dog and the yard was perfect, large enough to run him. Had a wonderful time. Great location, close to my son who we were visiting.

The home was in a good location. Loved it was a ranch. It was everything we needed. The home was well taken care of and clean. We would definitely stay there again if needed to be in the area.

Our daughter and her husband attended a wedding on New Years Eve, my Wife and I took care of the grandchildren and spent time with my wife's family that live in the Dallas / Powder Springs area. Good times all around!

Me and my family went to see the Braves play Saturday and Sunday. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days. The house was very nice, clean, lots of room and it had everything we needed for our stay. It had a lovely screened it porch for us to drink our coffee every morning. This house is a must have for anyone that is traveling to Atlanta Georgia or who is traveling and needs to rest. The host was very nice and answer me back with questions I had. I will rent this house again in the future.

Beautiful house and property. Has everything you need for a great stay. A grill would have made it perfect 😁 Close to Lakepoint sports complex makes it a great choice for families coming to play tournaments at the complex. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had an event at Lake Point for baseball and this home was only 20 short minutes away. It had plenty of property for our boys to toss around the ball and have smores on the outisde fire pit. The home is spacious and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive and super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The area was safe and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this home! Definitely will stay again if ever back in town!

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at LakePoint. Location is great. I felt safe. The house was as described. Big roomy and a nice yard. We actually saw a deer one morning in the back yard. Plenty of supplies (soaps, dishwasher, washing detergents, trash bags etc..) that usually aren't available. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

It is a fully equipped house, very comfortable beds and extra space to enjoy a movie night with the family. Everything super clean and organized, definitely recommended.

The home is very nice, comfy beds, and very spacious. The only negative was the home was out of paper towels. We went out and purchased more paper products including tissues and and TP. Probably more of a cleaning service issue and I do want to make mention that the Host was a fantastic communicator and easy to work with.

The process of renting this property was effortless. We didn't have any issues. This will definitely be a home to come back to if it's available when we are back visiting with family.

This house was very clean and cozy. Just what we needed for our 2 night stay. Felt like home the first night! Beds were so comfy, especially the comforters. Plenty of space and even more than expected. We felt safe and we enjoyed every part of the house and amazing screened in porches. The laundry room was huge,and more thay enough towels were folded and ready! Just some advice if your traveling into Altanta for an event like we did- give your self a good 2 hour ahead start during rush hour!

We had a great stay here! The house is very clean and had plenty of space for us to enjoy. A great backyard as well as two screened porches. The linens were very nice and the beds were super comfortable. The Sterlings are great hosts! Thanks again for an awesome stay and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the area.

We stayed at this property owned by the Sterlings this past week for a baseball tournament in Lakepoint. The home was lovely, comfortable and perfect for our family. The kitchen was spacious and beds comfy and the downstairs area was great for the whole family to gather to watch TV. We brought our two dogs and they loved the big roomy backyard. We would definitely stay at this property again and the owners were very responsive.

Lovely home with plenty of room
We stayed at this property owned by the Sterlings this past week for a baseball tournament in Lakepoint. The home was lovely, comfortable and perfect for our family. The kitchen was spacious and beds comfy and the downstairs area was great for the whole family to gather to watch TV. We brought our two dogs and they loved the big roomy backyard. We would definitely stay at this property again and the owners were very responsive.

Amazing home away from home
We stayed here while visiting family and it was an incredible experience. The house is amazing. The screened in back porch was awesome. We will always try to stay at this property when we come to visit.
