Excellent place to create memories, reunite with family and friends.
Great large 2 story home with plenty of room to sleep 12 people comfortably. Additional guest can be accommodated with floor space and couches.
4 Bedrooms on the main floor, with an upstairs large bedroom with 2 queen beds, and large sitting area. Located in a nice quiet cove with plenty of room for swimming off the dock.

FABULOUS!!!! Family and friends of all ages from various areas enjoyed a special time together!!! The location was the best and allowed the adults and children much water time! The foosball table, ping pong and pool table were available for fun times also. The house was very accommodating and comfortable! We will definitely return to the ESCAPE on Lake Greenwood!

House has plenty of space and a wonderful view of the lake and a great yard. Large table with plenty of seating, lot of places to sit in the living room and a few quiet spots throughout the house to relax. It is a older home that is well used, with a few hiccups here and there. That being said, my family had a good time and we enjoyed our visit.

The Lakehouse was the perfect spot for our group in town for a horse show at the nearby Lander Equestrian Center. There was plenty of space for everyone and we loved the convenient location and lake views.

This was our first time renting with VRBO and certainly won't be the last. This lakefront property was a perfect setting for friends and family to reunite and enjoy the outdoors. The spacious kitchen was well equipped and met all of our needs. We also made good use of the BBQ grill outside. The kids and grandkids played in the lake for many hours while the grandparents watched from camp chairs we brought from home. The kids also had a good time on the trampoline, zip line, and paddling around in the provided kayaks. The sounds of all the children playing while the adults reunited was music to my ears. We could not have picked a better place than this lake house for the amenities and location were perfect for us. Thank you for making such a great property available for others to enjoy.

Nice house. Plenty of space for a big family to get together for a long weekend. Nice private dock for fishing or parking a boat. The kayaks got used a lot. Kids and adults loved the zip line swing and the fire pit. Private cove had a shallow swimming area perfect for the kids.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our host was excellent with communication. The property was very spacious. Our Grandma enjoyed back porch sitting watching her grandkids and great-grandkids swim, fish, play on the swingset, and jump on the trampoline. The lake was nice. The house was cozy. The neighborhood was quiet. The host was great. Will likely stay here again next summer.

Overall it was a very nice house, very clean, very neat and tidy. Only issue was there wasn't the amount of beds stated on the site. Only had enough beds and couches to sleep 14 to 16. Not the 20 posted.

Tim was a great host and very responsive to messages and questions, however, there are several issues with the property itself. First, there are dogs VERY close to the property that bark constantly. My in-laws stayed in the front bedroom and hardly got any sleep due to incessant barking, and I could hear them in the back bedroom. Obviously Tim has no control over this as they seem to belong to the neighbor, but it was definitely not an enjoyable experience. Second, the playground is completely unstable and almost fell onto my 4-year-old nephew as soon as he sat down on one of the swings. Third, the shared bathroom shower was clogged up and drained very slowly, the mat inside the shower was moldy, and there was a loofa left in the shower from a previous stay. Fourth, the air conditioning is not powerful enough to cool the entire house. We booked this house solely based on the fact that it had enough beds for our party of 11, but the entire upstairs was too hot to sleep in and we had kids sleeping on hardwood floors downstairs for the duration of the stay, which was not ideal. We did have an issue with there only being 2 towels when we checked in, but Tim had the cleaning crew bring more the next day. I did make Tim aware of the issue with the playground and shower, so hopefully those are addressed.

Great space for family/friends to gather for our daughters graduation. She had several ceremonies on different days - this allowed us to gather in one place attend her events and spend time with family/friends. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Tim's place on the lake! The home is quite large and spacious, more than the photos give credit. We had 3 families with a total of 7 kids and the space was perfect for our reunion. Kayaking, playing on the zip line, relaxing near the lake, cooking in the large kitchen together, and lounging in the large den were favorite memories made possible by this home. Tim the owner was very responsive to any small issues that came up, and resolved them promptly. We loved our stay and would be back in a heartbeat!

The property was great for a family, plenty of room and in an excellent location on the lake. The lake house had everything we needed and the host was very gracious. A bonus was that there was a grocery store only 5 minutes away.

I can't say enough about the host, Tim, he was friendly, responsive, and extremely accommodating. He provided information about things to do, restaurants, and about the lake. The house was spacious with plenty of room for our entire family of 13. The cove is an excellent place for small children to play and swim. If you are looking for a lake getaway, you could not choose a better place.

Hosts were great… accommodating and great communication. Home was awesome in a great location with all the amenities you could need. Great for small or large family. Home has all you need. Hope we get a chance to return one day. Lake was gorgeous and quiet with great fishing. Highly recommend!!
