Arrowhead Lakes is a beautiful community located in Glendale, Arizona in the Northwest part of the valley. Situated North of Beardsley up to Melinda Lane and 51st Avenue to the east this quiet neighborhood is nestled in the shadows of the Thunderbird foot hills and has four separate lakes that run through the community. With access to the lakes ( Great Falls, Emerald, Sunset and Shadow Mountain Lakes) for fishing and boating it is an outdoor paradise.
Arrowhead Lakes is in a great location, with easy access to the Loop 101 making driving anywhere in the valley a breeze. It's close to shopping centers, restaurants, hiking trails, biking, fitness centres, golf courses, water parks and only a 10 minute drive to the State Farm Stadium - home of the Arizona Cardinals. Enjoy a baseball game at the Peoria Sports Complex or catch some baseball Spring Training. You feel like you're staying in a secluded lake community but actually you are not far from downtown Phoenix. North Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale are also an easy 20-25 minute drive on the 101 freeway as well.

* Pool heating fee is included in the total during the winter months. We keep the pool temperature around 88 degrees.
* This is a very quiet, residential waterfront community. As such we work very hard to be good neighbors. We have designated quiet hours which are from 9p - 7a each night to limit any noise across the lakes to our neighbors. We make use of noise monitoring hardware to monitor for excessive noise.
* Any violations of the quiet hours policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without refunds.
* This home is a complete non-smoking home, inside and outside. No cigarettes, canibis, cigars or vaping allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
* In addition, in place of a security deposit, we require all guests staying at the property to purchase a $99 property damage waiver which covers up to $10,000 in damage with a $0 deductible. This is a mandatory fee for all bookings via VRBO and direct channels.
* If you are entitled to a refund per the cancellation policy listed at the time of your reservation, we reserve the right to retain a 3% credit card processing fee. This fee will be calculated based on what has already been paid to date toward your reservation. In the event that you are only entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation amount, we will waive the 3% credit card fee when processing your refund.
* The pontoon boat is provided at no additional charge for your stay and is available for your use. We maintain the boat to the best of our abilities and perform checks before each guest's arrival to make sure that they are charged and in working order. However, we cannot control mechanical failures or other unforeseen circumstances that may make the boat unusable for your stay. In the event that the boat is not in working order, no refunds will be given. The rate quoted is purely for the rental of the house and the property itself. The boat is offered as a free amenity and is offered without any guarantees made about its availability during your stay.
* For safety reasons use of the pontoon boat is prohibited if temperatures are over 95 degrees or if we are experiencing high winds. No compensation is provided if the boat cannot be used due to weather.

Beautiful home. So many amenities. Big house for just two people but we loved the space. Next time we wonât go when itâs 118* outside! Very quite and lots of privacy. Definitely recommend this one.

Beautiful property, very clean! Cleanliness is a big deal for me and this house didnât disappoint. Property managers, Kristine and Ross, were absolutely wonderful and very responsive to issues we had with the pool (owner needs to upgrade heater). Glendale is a great area. Try Oggiâs for lunch or dinner (recommended by the PMs)âitâs fabulous, teenage grandsons are still talking about it. SIL and grandson enjoyed fishing off the pier/pontoon. Itâs a wonderful neighborhoodâwe walked to the nearby park a number of times so the littles could play.

This is a beautiful home with lots of extra amenities that weren't even in the description. We did have a few maintenance issues that I reported on a Tuesday: ice maker not working, electrical extension not working in master bedroom, hot/cold shower handle switched so cold is hot water and hot is cold, and the fire table on back porch wouldn't stay lit. Contacted mgr Kristine and she was sending her husband out on Wed to check the fire table issue. He came out Wed evening and they contacted me by phone to inform me that it was working properly and explained how to use the dial properly and sent a picture as well. When we got home, the picture they sent did not match the one on our back porch so I sent her a pic of ours, and she realized she had sent him to the wrong rental. She did apologize and sent him out on Thursday, but he confirmed it was not working properly and would not be fixed prior to our departure on Saturday. The other items reported were not addressed during our stay. Kristine was very pleasant and always responded when I reached out, but it was disappointing to rent a home of this value and not get a resolution of some sort. I didn't want to say anything negative because there were so many extras that weren't even mentioned in the description, but as a VRBO renter, it isn't fair to other renters if I don't. Still a beautiful home to rent and would consider renting again.

We had an amazing time at this property for our destination wedding! The house was just as described and very comfortable. It was great for our out of town family to wind down after our wedding.

We stay at several properties and it was very evident that this one tried to have all the extras to make a great stay. Little details like phone chargers on every nightstand, robes for all who were staying, 4 bikes with locks and codes, fishing poles, heated pool, plenty of kitchenware and nice welcome basket and gift.
The pontoon boat was great! The pool was mostly in the shade at this time of year; however, it was heated well and that would be good in the hot summer months.

Overall, we had a good stay at this Arrowhead Lake property! The house is beautiful and is well equipped. We did find that the house does require a bit of TLC. Some simple maintenance of the pool area, bikes etc. is needed. We also noticed that some dish-ware and bedding were not cleaned properly before we arrived. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and peaceful. That is the best way to describe this property. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool in the evenings, watching the birds and appreciating the view. It is also close to shopping and good places to eat. It is adjacent to the freeway although we never heard anything as far as traffic noise was concerned. Every accommodation was made to make the home comfortable. Communication with the property manager was terrific! We would stay here again anytime!

Checking in our first night after dark we knew we'd get groceries early the next day so we wouldn't have to leave. Coffee in our robes before the sun came up, pool time before the heat set in mid day, a little work and self-care time in the afternoon and back to the pool once the shade returned. We came to Arizona to visit my son for his birthday and the home was perfect in every way . It had a great layout , great size, a nice covered patio and pool plus a large dock and pontoon boat . We could swim, boat or fish or just hang out , the house was great for all of this . Priced well to , we would stay again for sure

We had an amazing time at this property in Glendale! This is our second time renting a home on Arrowhead Lake and this house was everything we wanted and more. It was the perfect vacation for a group with lots of different interests - fishing, swimming, hiking, shopping.
We loved the use of the boat and took it out everyday. Fishing on the lake was fantastic, best fishing in Arizona. The house is close to Thunderbird Conservation Park with a ton of hiking trails for every skill level.

The house was very open and perfect size for the 8 of us to hang out and relax. Neighborhood was peaceful and easy to stroll around in. Being on the water and putting around in the pontoon was enjoyable.
