This single-family home is 1 Mile from Hobe Sound Beach, the property lies less than 1 block away from the beautiful Indian River that is teaming with active marine life, you can catch the sunrise on a daily walk through the friendly neighborhood that is its own piece of paradise. You can then enjoy your time in your own private Butterfly Garden that is filled with natural beauty that will offer a real sense of peace. You can bring your boat or watercraft, there is a Public Boat ramp less than 10 mins away. The West Palm Beach Airport is 39 miles south. MUST SEE snorkel sites, Cato's Bridge in Jupiter Florida - Phil Foster Park at Blue Herron Bridge snorkel trail, a must see for everybody- BEAUTIFUL! A contact card on site for a local captain which is a great friend that schedules tours of the local waters. There is plenty of parking with a circular driveway. The home has 2 bedrooms with one full bath and a half bath in the garage. The kitchen is complete with cooking items. There is a queen size bed in each bedroom. In the living room is a queen size sofa sleeper. There is a foosball along with board games. The screened in patio is a great place for relaxing and enjoying sunsets or meals. There is a charcoal grill that is to be used outside of the Patio area. Chuck's Place is a perfect getaway and with the scenery in the Butterfly Garden, a great place for Honeymoons, anniversaries, or family photos. This is exactly as the description. The house is decorated super cute, very clean and has anything you could possibly need. Every morning we took a walk around the beautiful neighborhood and stopped at the dock at the park at the end of the road. Mary has a beautiful mini botanical butterfly garden with a beautiful fountain in the middle and chairs to sit and relax while watching the butterflies. The beach is pretty much around the corner which was very convenient to watch the sunrise. Mary is very attentive if you need anything and helpful with any suggestions of where to go or what to do. Thank you Mary for letting us share your piece of paradise

The host(ess) was excellent. Everything we needed was provided, communication was easy and prompt. She was truly committed to us having a great stay and made us feel at home. The location and neighborhood was excellent. We would highly recommend Chuck's Place to our friends.

Chuck's Place had everything we needed. Well appointed. Very clean. Nice location. Quiet neighborhood close to whatever one might want to do. We didn't do any cooking (having fun and enjoying the area's seafood cuisine) but the kitchen looked to contain anything we might need. Looking forward to coming back :).

Unfortunately the few days we decided to stay here there was a front that moved in and we had 30 mph winds and rain. But we still enjoyed the peace and quiet. Hung out on the screened in porch, watched movies, etc. Our 2nd stay here. Rain or Shine it’s still a great place to stay.

We came to town for the Chili Cookoff. This was a perfect location as it was just 1/2 mile from the event! Parking was amazing. Lots of space for us to park the chili wagon. Clean with all the amenities one would expect I definitely recommend this location!

Property fit us perfect 2 dads with 3 17 year old boys for a baseball trip spent a lot of time fishing in the bay and relaxing in the house. Plenty of games to entertain them during down time between games.

Everything was fantastic. The patio area has plenty of room for 5 guests and the backyard is open and very pretty. Overall a very nice stay. My only complaint is that we found roaches in the house a couple mornings.
