Stay was great, perfect for our family of three. My only run was the street construction which made entry slightly inconvenient. Other than that we had clean towels and sheets with enough kitchen amenities to make breakfast or reheat leftovers. Host was easy to communicate with also.

We came into town for a girls trip and our stay was excellent!! The property was well cared for, clean and quiet! . There was a hiccup with the air conditioning but the host was extremely quick to get repairs made and kept communication up through the whole process!! I would easily book a property from this host again!! She was amazing!!

I appreciated all the little details that our host provided in the adorable bungalow. She shared some ideas of things to do during our visit, and was immediate in response to adjusting the thermostat. The house was a perfect place of tranquility and comfort for our nice weekend getaway!

The location is tranquil; the beds are comfy; tasteful decor; nice and clean. The host was so kind to have many welcoming treats, ie bottled water, snacks, coffee pods, ice cube trays, and many large luxurious towels. If I return to KC area, I am likely to stay in this home again.

Lovely 2 bedroom. Extremely comfortable beds. With supplinh my own stand mixer and pans I was able bake and decorate my daughter's wedding cake.the owner went the extra mile in helping with a particular situation.

The house is very convenient to many places, but for us it was just right for getting to Kansas Speedway. The house is well appointed, the bedrooms are generous, and the bathroom is all you need and the towels are large and comfortable. The house has night lights everywhere, so not much chance of stubbing your toes! Go Chiefs!

My dad and I stayed at Carrie's place over a long weekend in August. It was a great stay. Carrie was very responsive anytime we needed anything, which we didn't because the home was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and pretty centrally located for traveling around KC. Most attractions (Union Station, WWI Museum, Old Town Westport, etc.) are within a 20-minute drive. There are great restaurants nearby (Q39 for bbq ... great veggie burger and my dad loved the ribs and brisket). I would highly recommend staying here anytime someone travels to Kansas City. We will definitely be back!

Carrie was a wonderful host. We were needing a place to stay after coming home from the hospital post-surgery. This house was perfect! Carrie provided so many necessities. We weren't sure how long we would need to stay; Carrie was very accommodating. Would stay again!!

We came to Shawnee for a week long softball tournament and we’re so pleased with our home. Shawnee was hit with bad storms the day before our arrival and the owner was in communications with us all day, providing updates as the electricity was out. Lucky for us the power was restored and the owner made sure all the fans and ac were on so we did not arrive to a hot house. Hearing the other softball parents complaint about the hotel they stayed in just reassured us that we made a great choice.

My family and I were in town for a long weekend Softball Tournament. Wanted have more space than a hotel to be at. This is was in a nice neighborhood and less than 7 minutes from our softball fields. Would stay here again.

This place was terrible for sleeping. The King bed makes noises that sound like a loud whoppie cushion. The landscape lights keep that room lite up all night. The ceiling fan seems to only have slow, slower and slowest as it's speeds. On top of that they regulate the temperature remotely at 75 degrees which in my opinion is too hot to for comfortable sleep. The last morning we woke up there, after sweating all night, the thermostat had been changed to 79 degrees. They only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for our several day stay. I would also improve safety by putting a slip mat in the bath tub along with a grab rail there and by the toilet. It doesn't matter to me really what the owners do - we will never stay there again.

This is our first time staying at this location. There were 3 of us in our party. The house is in a good location and it felt welcoming and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very nice, we all slept great! Comfy couch too. The host took care of a lot of small details…Coffee and creamers, medicine kit with bandaids, laundry detergent etc. The house was a exceptionally clean. No dust in corners! Loved the Roku and the easy access to watching TV/YouTube. We felt at ease and really enjoyed our stay. So appreciate all of the good communication from Carrie too. She replied promptly and courteously to every note sent. We will definitely stay here again!
