First row beachfront! Remodeled in 2021 and 2023 - 6 bedroom 6 bathroom home. With 2 kings, 2 queens, and 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds, this is your dream getaway for the family, multiple families, or your friends vacay!
The perfect blend of modern comfort and luxury Boho style. Relax on the large shaded deck, or use your walkover to the beach to splash in the waves.
We are here for you during your stay! With that said, we maintain office hours, and are typically not available between 9pm and 7am for things that are not emergencies. We will get back to you as soon as possible if you reach out during those hours.

We are located along the permitted beach area - no overnight beach camping or fireworks allowed. Just minutes from restaurants, bars, and shops. Our beach is large and not quite as busy as the beaches closer to town!
We have plenty of parking in our driveway and beneath the house. There is also street parking available.

- Beachfront! Shared walkover to beach just in front of house.
- Newly remodeled open floor plan with tremendous, unobstructed views of the ocean.
- Stair access from street/ground level, but main home is on one level.
- Beach amenities provided: adult beach chairs, child beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, body boards, shade canopies.
- We spray for mosquitos every 3 weeks! Please note a spray may be scheduled during your stay.
- Large shaded deck overlooking the ocean. Clothes line with clips for hanging wet/beach items.
- Parking available in driveway, beneath house, and along street.
- Water filtration system installed summer 2021 (Surfside water is heavy in metals like iron, quite brackish, and not potable unless filtered. Our filters break down the metals for a cleaner bathing experience, and provide 100% potable water in the kitchen. No need to bring your own filtered water!). *Please only drink water from the labeled kitchen tap, or from the refrigerator. Fridge ice is also potable.
- Fully stocked kitchen including full-sized fridge, additional beverage fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig machine, kettle, can opener, lemon juicer, bottle opener, and wine opener.
- All basic cookware and dining ware is provided
- A starter set of consumable items is provided: dishwasher pods, trash bags, 2 k-cups per adult guest, 2 rolls of paper towels.
- Charcoal grill on deck; please provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Grill tools are provided.
- 6 full bathrooms, each with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom are provided.
- Washer/Dryer and starter set of laundry pods are provided. Iron and ironing board are stored in the laundry closet.
- Fresh linens provided (1 set of bed linens per bed, 1 set of towels per guest, 1 beach towel per guest).
- 5 Roku Smart TVs; log in to streaming apps with your subscriptions. **Please note, we do not provide cable TV.**
- High speed WIFI.
- Family friendly: 2 pack-n-play cribs (please provide your own crib sheets), 1 booster seat / high chair, kids plates, cups, bowls and cutlery. Assortment of toys and games provided.
- 2 outdoor shower areas for rinsing off from the beach.
*Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
The area:
- Driving and daytime parking is allowed on this beach with a Surfside permit, but no overnight camping or fireworks is permitted.
- No glass is allowed on the beach.
- Please remove all trash from the beach and help us keep Surfside clean!
- Before you arrive, guests will be asked to complete guest verification through 3rd party provider, Superhog. This ensures we are up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and provides both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact the main guest via email and/or text to complete verification.
- Guests are also given the choice between a $500 refundable security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. This is required prior to check-in.
- Our home is set up for families with children and groups of adults.
- In heavy rains, we do experience slight flooding beneath the house. Vehicles are not at risk, but this does create some annoyance. We are working to resolve the issue.

We stayed just a couple of weeks after Hurricane Beryl.
Property was in good shape, all things considered. Great location and the interior layout was perfect for our needs. Would stay here again.

House is lovely and as advertised.
We had to be in Surfside just after a hurricane, and it made for a tricky situation, since the island didnt have power for part of the time.
The owners were fantastic about communicating and were fully transparent about the state of the property. So if you see lots of reviews saying a house was nice, but wonder what would happen if theres an issue, rest assured these people will make sure you are taken care of as quickly as possible.

A group of our family and friends - 12 total- stayed here over July 4th and loved it. Sarah was amazing to communicate with. She had all the beach chairs, 3 canopies and even a wagon full of sand toys for little ones to use. She even provided beach towels for us to use! We originally had 16 ppl, but some couldn't get off work. The house would have easily accommodated all 16. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house has 2 a/c units so it was easy to satisfy both the cold sleepers and the warm sleepers. 2 great coffee makers and the kitchen was fully stocked! Of course, the view was the BEST - coffee and cocktails every day! I highly recommend this property!

It was an excellent property with plenty of room for everyone and an enormous deck to spend your mornings and evenings!! House was super clean and nicely updated . Would recommend it , we were a group of 16 people age ranging from 40+ to teens and infants and all of us just love the house , location and beach , will come back !!!

We had the BEST time at this property. We had a group of 8 adults and 6 kids ranges 12 months-8 years old. The location was the thing that sold us with little kids… it is RIGHT on the water, with a very short walk to the beach. That was perfect for littles who we needed to go back and forth with to nap or feed, etc. The property itself was SO. NICE. And decorated trendy AF! Cute cute cute! It had lots of amenities including the small details such as sound machines and chargers in most rooms, 2 pack n plays, and 1 high chair/booster seat. There were 6 bedrooms and a very spacious living room. Each room could fit one pack n play comfortably. They also had some huge canopies you could bring down to the beach which was not listed in the description that was a huge plus! There were a couple chairs and some beach toys and boogie boards, although we brought some of that stuff ourself too, since we didn’t know that was available. Lots of parking and information communicated very clearly! The ONLY downside was the mosquitoes on the walk down to the beach, but bring bug spray or walk fast and you’ll be fine, for whatever reason, once you get to the beach, they’re gone, and also once you get back to the house, on the upstairs porch, they’re gone as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

We placed a last minute request to rent this house, and was contacted almost immediately. Sarah was so understanding and accommodating, and really helped to make us feel welcome in her beach house on Surfside Beach. She stayed in constant communication, and even had the housekeeper come and clean some dirt tracked in when they had moved furniture inside during the storm (we were not worried about it, but she insisted to ensure our experience was first class). The location of the house is fantastic, directly next to and overlooking the beach. The home itself is huge, clean, recently renovated, and wonderfully equipped. We could not ask for a better experience. You saved us some hot, sleepless nights. Thank you!!

We had 11 people stay total. It was a quick 2 day birthday getaway . Very spacious inside the house . We all slept very comfortable. It’s right in front of the beach . Great location only 2 minutes from convenience store and 7 minutes from restaurants and anything else you may want . I would definitely recommend .
