We came to Houston to watch the Copa America soccer games, and our stay was perfect. The location of the Alluring 2 King Suite made going to the games easy. The pool was another highlight of our stay as we spent a lot of our days hanging at the pool. Finally, the host and suite were Awesome. It was very clean and comfortable, I will definitely look to stay here next time I come to Houston.

We needed a place to stay while attending Rice graduation and the apartment was in a great location! Very close to campus and Rice village. There were so many places close by to eat and the neighborhood was so nice and safe. Parking was easy. The apartment was perfect for us! Sequioa was super responsive and so easy to work with. She even left us treats in the fridge! The apartment looks just like the pictures. Beds were very comfortable and loved that each room had a TV. I will defenitely book this apartment again on our next trip to Houston.

We were looking for a place in Houston near our family, friends and Rice University. It was better than we could have hoped for The property is a secure gated building with attached parking- very easy to enter and exit The unit was in excellent shape- clean, well appointed including laundry machines The bedrooms including full bathrooms (2) were clean and beds were very comfortable Sequoia communicated with me frequently and was great. Highly recommend for extended stays with family

The area was very nice and secured—the host was so sweet and made sure we were comfortable the entire time of our stay! I loved the area so much and most definitely enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you for having us and trusting me with your place, I will certainly be back!

Great. Easy to get to NRG Stadium through back roads. Avoided a lot of traffic. Apartment was great and host's was always available.

The kitchen needs some basic condiments. Would be better if they had more towels. Not enough comforter.

After a long travel day, a non-working garage code and significant difficulty locating the apartment within the complex did not help family morale. After this setback, the property was clean, spacious and just what our family needed. Other than not having immediate assistance when we could not get into the garage or find the unit, the owners were great.

This was a beautifully decorated condo near the medical center. The beds were very comfortable and we had more than we needed. Loved the games and the fully stocked kitchen. Communication was seamless! Would stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great place, nice location and the amenities were terrific. We did have an issue we needed to resolve and that was frustrating. We took care of the issue ourselves and when we made the owner aware I was told I was lying about it. Didn’t appreciate that very much, especially when we went to lengths late at night to solve a problem for them. Besides that, everything was terrific.

The place was beautiful, apartment was as the picture, everything exactly as pictured. But the communication with the host was poor. We literally was hot and sweating the whole stay. The A.C was not working it worked the first day and never worked after. First and worst experience ever. But over all nice home. She also said maintenance didn’t work weeknds but they did when he came in to fix it he said that they work weeknds. No attempt to even call them until the day of checkout 30 mins before we left. Ooo and not only we can adjust it she does as well on her side. It’s just to hot here to be left like that and I have asthma.

Everything was literally perfect. My sister in law and I brought our teenage daughters for the Taylor Swift concert. Had absolutely not one issue. Property owner is excellent with communication and the property is just perfect. We felt very safe and the unit was very clean with everything you need to be comfortable. While it is only 1 mile from NRG, I’d only recommend walking if you are prepared to walk a mile. (Cute concert clothes and shoes prevented us from walking.). I definitely recommend this listing.

We had a great stay here. It was comfortable and convenient. We were able to walk to NRG for the rodeo and pick up groceries and essentials on foot at the nearby Kroger. We were able to manage the trip without a car by ubering. We will likely stay here again.

Good place to stay but just know that they will tow you. In 3 of the instruction emails I got and in the welcome book in the apartement it never said anything about a parking pass needed. It just said park on floor 4 or 5. 1 lengthy and buried in the bottom of the email it said parking pass needed for level 4. Woke up to our car towed and $300 later and several hours wasted. Place is clean and nice but should have parking pass required in EVERY place it talks about parking especially in the check-in instructions.

We had our original vrbo cancel on us the day we arrived in Houston. This host was super responsive and we were able to reserve and check in within 4 hours. Property was as described. Quick walk to NRG stadium for the event we were in town for. Thanks

This was a great place to stay for a week following my surgery at MD Anderson. It was very clean, comfortable beds and well equipped, as well as convenient to the medical center. Sequoia was great to work with. Would definitely stay again!
