About this house rental
Upon entering the gated front courtyard you will enjoy the tranquil garden and pond with waterfall sounds to begin your relaxing vacation. This two story home is set in the peaceful, tree-lined Downtown Lodi neighborhood.
Crescent House is a large, contemporary two-story home perfect for gatherings both inside and out. Three bedrooms and two baths are situated on the ground floor, including the Primary Bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom. The other two ground floor bedrooms share the hallway bathroom. The second floor is a large private room with treetop, neighborhood views in all directions. This room has a dedicated work space, private full bathroom, and kitchenette. All beds are king sized with fine linens. Bath towels, hair dryers, and shampoo, conditioner, and soaps are provided in each of the three bathrooms.
The kitchen has luxury stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove top, microwave/convection oven, wall oven, dishwasher, and a large French door refrigerator freezer with filtered water dispenser and icemaker. A breakfast nook is nestled in the kitchen to savor your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Four bar stools allow dining or chef coaching from the spacious kitchen island. A beautiful built-in wine bar has a mini fridge, wine and margarita glassware and serving ware to enjoy all of your Lodi wine tasting favorites. The adjacent antique dining table seats eight to ten guests. All cooking and serving ware you will need are provided for your use.
The backyard has a lush garden and paved patio for you to enjoy dining outside under the market lights. Use the gas BBQ grill, and the fire pit all times of the year. The front entry way pond provides a lovely waterfall sound during your stay.
The garage is available for guest use and two cars can fit in the driveway.

You can tell by all the positive reviews that this home is a winner on so many levels! Pictures do not convey the serenity of this well-built home with high end appliances, plush linens, generous toiletries, huge master bed/bath, and so much more. Loved the piano, TV viewing room with comfortable seating, the koi pond, and the magnificent master bath shower. We were out all day wine tasting but preferred returning to this home to cook in for dinner, enjoying the private patio and barbecue.
Neighborhood is quiet and upscale, and we enjoyed long morning walks, marveling at all the beautifully landscaped homes, and petting some friendly neighborhood cats as a bonus. We are already looking forward to next year's return. Many thanks for sharing this lovely home.

Such a beautiful home. We checked in with ease. We didn’t need a thing. Everything was perfect.
Our family girls trip was so fun and staying here in close proximity and in walking distance of great restaurants, made it so relaxing and easy.
We all agreed we had never fallen asleep and slept so well on these beds and bedding, as we have ever anywhere else we’ve stayed. We all wanted to know what brand mattress and bedding! The house is beautiful and has an awesome floor plan and layout.
All the rooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen is huge and has everything you could possibly need.
High ceilings, lots of windows and several access doors to the beautiful patio and side yard.
We enjoyed our stay and would say to anyone looking at this property, just book it!

It was wow from the very beginning. Starting with the Koi pond and the tranquil entrance. The home is large and beautiful with great space for entertaining. Very comfortable beds and a large kitchen. There is attention to detail throughout the home. We loved the gas fireplace. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

A great place to get together with family and friends with plenty of space for all. In town for a family gathering and after the event a few came back to the house and it accomodated us well. We will defenitely be booking this place again. Awesome

The listing was more than we expected. Check in with easy communication with the host was especially great. We had some problems with the fireplace and Marnie came over to show us what to do and solve the problem that same night. It was too cold to go outside, but it was beautiful outside And the Koi fish were fun to see as you walked into house. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

The Crescent House was perfect for our family of 6!
The host/owners took everything into consideration when designing this beautiful spacious home, clearly with the guests in mind.
The large open floor plan in the living/dining area was filled with comfortable seating, stylish decor, a baby grand piano and many windows for natural sunlight.
The fully stocked modern kitchen was amazing....very organized and had all the extras. The bedrooms had king beds that were cozy and comfy and the backyard was quant, perfect for relaxing.
The location was convenient and easy to access.
We loved our visit and plan to return.

My family loved, loved this VRBO! Plenty of room, open floor plan. Grandkids and Grandparents had a fantastic time cooking, walking the dog and playing games. Our rooms were huge and open so we had plenty of room for telling stories with Nana And Papa. Probably far too much information. Thank You Marne For Everything!

Along with my husband and I, one of my sisters and her husband enjoyed a wonderful time at the Crescent House. It was such a gorgeous and super comfortable place. And, the house offered a great location for other family to visit. We will keep this place in mind for future family activities.

We had the most wonderful stay! My sister got married in Lodi, and this home was a perfect place for our family. It was central to everything, even more beautiful than the photos, and Marne was incredible to work with!

We were a group of 8 friends that stayed for a week in Lodi for wine tasting, good food and fun. The house was amazing! All of the bedrooms were spacious and perfect for couples. The master bathroom was beautiful and relaxing. There was lots of space for us to hang out as a group and the patio had a fire pit that we sat around every night. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we need to cook breakfast and dinner in during the week. The house is within walking distance to a grocery store and downtown Lodi. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was lovely and fully furnished with lots of amenities, comfortable beds and great location to all the wineries. The owner has done a wonderful job decorating the house. We plan to stay there again on our next Lodi visit.

What a beautiful, well kept and spacious home. Very comfortable, clean and organized. This had all the comforts of home. Located in a pretty tree-lined street with easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Check in/out process was clear and simple. Marne was easy to contact and quick to respond. The Crescent House is so lovely and had everything we needed. We just wish we had more time there so we could have enjoyed cooking with the quality cookware. I really appreciated the good water pressure in the front shower. Thank you for accommodating our stay and we hope to return for a longer stay.

Beautiful home! Great and well equipped kitchen for any need. House has plenty of room to acomodare guests. Beds were comfortable. The grounds and the koi pond added a nice touch. The kids loved feeding the koi fish. Close to everything from shopping to wineries.

Everyone loved this house and grounds! My 87 year old uncle particularly loved that he could render his favorite old Irish melodies on the piano. We found everything we needed to enjoy family dinners prepared with the fresh bounty from the Lodi Farmer's Market.

We had a wonderful time staying in this gorgeous home. It is located close to downtown and not far from Lodi's special wineries. The home is elegant, but was very comfortable for all of the family. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden and koi pond.

We were lucky enough to find this home in a wonderful neighborhood close to a grocery and a couple breakfast cafes. The home was SO clean & the beds comfortable. The location was perfect, we wish we had been able to stay longer! Will definitely come back & stay here.

It was celebration time and we needed 4 rooms for 6 people and a doggie. We had a local bed & breakfast booked months ago and about a month ago received a call they sold the B & B and could no longer accommodate us. It was panic time until we saw this home on VRBO. This home is located in a nice area of Lodi, surrounded by friendly neighbors and if you have a doggie-not far from a park. When we arrived, we found a very large, clean, spacious, updated home that had absolutely everything anyone would need or dream of needing. To be honest, without the home-made breakfast we would have had at a B & B, the Crescent Street home was even better. If you would like to get together with other couples and explore the Lodi wine country-this is the home you need for your getaway. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the home.

We had a great trip to Lodi! The four of us loved the house and all its amenities. Our introduction into the local wine community got a jump start at the Lodi Wine Visitor Center. We highly recommend starting your visit there. What a great community. We will be back!

Big things and little things were all thought of and taken care of Plenty of space and plenty of comfortable furniture. Good sized kitchen with all the tools we needed. All 4 bedrooms were nice size with good lighting. We kept only 1 car in the garage but 2 would have fit. And there was a hair dryer in every bathroom!
We cannot say enough about how kind and helpful the manager
The 6 of us struggled to think of any suggestions to make it even better, and could think of only one: adding a full length mirror somewhere in the house would be marvelous

We were lucky enough to stay at Crescent house recently. From the moment we walked in the house exceeded our expectations. We joked that the house had magical sleeping powers because we all slept in each morning we were there. Marne was super attentive and responsive. We can’t wait to stay again.
