Sweet Escapes was the perfect cabin for our family get together! We hosted family from California to Virginia…and points in between. The roomy 3-floored cabin gave each family member ample space for their quiet time and the main floor had adequate space for dining and playing Bingo and singing karaoke together! Not to mention there was plenty of parking for all of us!
Thank you, Anna for sharing your lovely cabin for our family memory!

We enjoyed our stay overall. We had 5 families staying together for a family gathering. There was great space to stretch out and not feel we were all on top of each other. We had some issues with getting the hot tub cleaned and running but eventually this was sorted out.

This place was perfect for our large group of 24. There was enough room for everyone without feeling overcrowded. The teens in our group loved the game areas.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cabin and it exceeded all our expectations. Very large cabin with 3 floors and ample room for our entire family, including grandparents, parents, and kids, we never felt cramped or crowded. The open layout and large windows allowed for plenty of natural light to fill the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that we all loved.
There were so many entertainment options! From the game room with pool table, foosball, and board games to the outdoor deck with hot tub, there was never a dull moment. Evenings were spent gathered around the living room fireplace, sharing stories and laughter, creating memories that I will forever cherish.
I want to highlight how close this cabin is to all the main attractions downtown. Whether we were exploring the nearby hiking trails, visiting Dollywood, or taking in the sights along the Parkway, everything was just minutes away. And after a day of adventure, it was a joy to return to the peace and tranquility of this mountain retreat.
The owners were incredibly accommodating and responsive. We can't wait to return to this slice of paradise!

We grouped this cabin for a group of ladies going to the Women of Joy Conference. Overall, we were disappointed in the experience. The property needed a good cleaning and overall maintenance. The front door knob was detached. The upper level AC never worked. When sending messages to the owner the response time was slow up to 3 or more hours. Towards the end, she stopped responding. When I initially let her know that the AC wasn't working, I was asked to check the breakers and send photos of the thermostat. Towards the end, when I let her know it still was not working, she asked for photos again. I let her know that I could not because I was not at the house, but someone needed to be sent because we had older ladies in our group and they needed to have the AC working. I never got a response to this. Multiple times I asked to have a new place provided or some credit given back. The owner never responded to these requests. Additionally, we had to go buy towels to have enough towels for the women in our group. Further, the phone number for the listing never worked. Eventually, the owner gave us a number to send the photos she requested to. As we continued to experience problems, I also tried to call this number and no one ever answered. Overall, I spent quite a bit of time trying to ensure our group could be comfortable in the home and had great difficulty getting responses. While a repairman did come out, nothing was ever fixed.

There was plenty of space for everyone. On the first night the hot water was not working, however the next morning it was working fine but the water pressure was not good. The TVs were not working for us to watch, even after notifying the property manager, nothing changed. A lot of the outlets were not working. The coffee maker needs replacing. We are coffee lovers..I do believe overall everyone enjoyed the trip

Four of our families came together to hang out and enjoy the nice summer weather in Pigeon Forge. This cabin was perfect for so many guests. Enough space to get away if needed, and plenty of activities and space to still feel right at home. The upstairs loft was PERFECT for the cousins and siblings to hang out, while the adults had a nice hangout space in the downstairs pool table/game area. I would 10/10 stay here again.

I agree with previous renter that the cabin needs a deep cleaning. The jacuzzi was dirty. There was only 2 pool sticks and they were not in the best shape, cue ball was chipped. We had to wait 45 minutes to check in due to cleaning crew still in the house at 4pm which was the agreed check in time. Not fun with a large group of people. This could be a great rental if things were addressed and fixed. Slow responses from the host also was aggravating and some questions were completely ignored.

Our vacation here in the Smoky Mountains was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the breathtaking views and the serene atmosphere. The cabin itself was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. It was clean, spotless, and we could see the care the owners put into decorating and maintaining the cabin.
The location was perfect for us, very close to all the attractions, restaurants, bars, etc. We loved being in a resort community in a central location that didnt feel too secluded. Roads were easy to drive on and didn't have to navigate through steep or challenging roads.
The thoughtful touches provided by the host, such as the well-stocked kitchen and helpful local recommendations, added a personal touch to our stay. The cabin was clean, neat, well organized and we felt right at home. We especially enjoyed hanging out by the pool and fooseball tables and it was so nice to relax out on the multiple decks.
We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable vacation, and we're already planning our next trip back!
2.0 / 10.0
The cabin needs a good deep cleaning and repairs. The bedding was dirty and had to washed before we could sleep, the mattresses were uncomfortable and one of the beds was broken, one of the sofas was broken, the pool table was garbage, the cabin was dusty and smelly, the bathroom shower liners were disgusting, the carpet was filthy, one of the showers dripped in the downstairs bathtub, and the chefs table was being held up by a brick. The host was really nice though. We shared this information with her, so hopefully she'll hire a new cleaning crew and maintenance person. With the online pictures, cleaning fee, and overall cost, we were really disappointed in the cabin. It was the worst rental we've ever rented, and we rent 2-3 times a year for family vacations.

Great cabin just needs a few modern updates and some more pots and pans. We would definitely stay here again the location is great. The main photo if from the back of the cabin so it’s a little confusing when you pull up.

The cabin was lovely. It was spacious and accommodated 14 people with plenty of room to spare. We had an issue with one of the bedroom suites, but the owner kept communications open in an effort to get it fixed. The only big issue we had was none of the gas fireplaces put off heat. They are truly for show—which is ok but we had visions of reading by the fire. All around a great cabin.

My family and I stayed in this property for our annual Christmas vacation. The property was perfect for a large group, and my family and I enjoyed our time at this property however, there were a few issues. The first issue occurred before we even checked-in, the host sent her check-in instructions a few days before arrival and I noticed the check-out time was earlier than stated on the initial booking. The earlier check-out was an issue because it’s difficult to pack up a large family, fix breakfast and clean up on the morning of check-out. When I brought this to the hosts attention, she offered an earlier check-in upon arrival but we live 7 hours away, the earlier check-in did not solve the issue and we were not able to take advantage of the early check-in. The second issue, when we did arrive at the cabin, one of the beds was broken. The host offered an air mattress as an accommodation while we waited on maintenance. As an adult, when I’m paying to sleep somewhere, an air mattress isn’t an acceptable accommodation, especially when paying for a premium property. The host did schedule maintenance to come by the next day at noon, he arrived at 4:00 PM. The maintenance tech upon arrival already knew about the broken bed, so instead of fixing the issue, they are just putting a band-aid on it with each complaint. Third issue, there were a set of mattresses blocking our bedroom balcony windows, when we asked the maintenance man about the mattresses he acted like it was a non-issue because they had paid for them to be removed, it just hadn’t been done yet. This makes the property seem dirty, and raises the question of bed bugs. Fourth issue, the bedding on every bed is wrong for the season. There was what we consider summer quilts, that are very thin. On the first night, we were very cold and everyone ended up having to add extra bedding to the beds. This also puts extra work on the cleaning crew. Fifth issue, we had small children in our party, and kept finding random screws throughout the property in the floors. One screw, no issue but we found four. That’s a safety issue. Sixth issue, the property is in need of a deep clean. The expensive cleaning fee tells me I should expect a clean property, even if the property is booked at 100% occupancy with regular cleanings between guests.

This was an amazing location so close to everything. The house was pretty and cozy and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were uncomfortable but everything else was great!

First, the host was very responsive to emails requests regardless of time. The house was exactly as pictured, great location - nice community with great views and access in 5 mins to Pigeon Forge. We all had privacy but enough space to allow 14 of us to play games, eat our meals and just visit. The outside porches on all levels were wonderful. Several really enjoyed the hot tub. It was great to have shower, large jacuzzi tub, fireplace and TV in most of the bedrooms - the king beds were also welcomed.
We enjoyed a birthday surprise upon arrival that made our arrival special.
I did make a couple of suggestions to the owner that would make this place a 5++ experience which was met with appreciation and indication that it would be addressed quickly.
Hope to return again one day!

Amazing stay, perfect location
The cabin is beautiful and very spacious, it had ample room for my entire extended family of 21 guests. We loved the pool table, Jacuzzis, hot tub, foosball table and really beautiful views. Beds were all super comfortable and it was very convenient to get to all the attractions on the strip. We will definitely make this a family tradition to come back and are already making plans to visit next summer! Thank you for an amazing stay!!
