Great place! Clean, comfortable, spacious, great yard and view (especially from the hot tub at night). Very responsive host, well stocked kitchen ware and some pantry staples. Only negative was that we couldn’t stay longer.

We were in town for my oldest son’s college graduation from WSU Tri-Cities and had a fantastic stay! House was super clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area for a visit.

Great house! Only issue was there is a lot of local construction immediately got a nail in my tire which resulted in a 2 hour delay @ the tire store. The wind was very high and resulted in the lid to hot tub blowing off and never getting warm enough to use. The top is not the right match for the tub so the snaps did not align properly. Other than that great house!

Super impressed with cleanliness, layout and thoughtful amenities. We didnt try the hottub as planned but looked in good condition.(might have if only our family was renting) Had been concerned about the road that appears in the background of the pix and it wasnt busy or audible from inside the house. Most difficult thing we ran into is that google maps doesn't understand where it is located, so took longer to find and had to do some guesswork. This is due to new construction near by so will be resolved id guess soon. (Sent us into the development just north but not a thru street) Bottom line is that once found, it surpassed my expectations and the owner was very communicative. Thx for a great weekend!

This is by far, one of my top two home stays at a VRBO! The property is impeccable and is exactly as promised. A Fantastic neighborhood of brand new homes and a very safe location. Traveling with my little sis it's always on my radar. The beds were amazingly comfortable as was the whole home! Isidro was a welcoming host and communicated right on time! He also has Mexican food restaurants that are delicious and gives a discount, Thank you Isidro, we had a great relaxing time!

The property was brand new and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and the owners had thought of everything you’d need for cooking including coffee and water sugar and even some spices. Nice pots and pans in the kitchen.

Isidro and Alma’s beautiful brand new home was perfect for our family to use as our base as we celebrated our nephews wedding weekend. Five of us family members- all adults shared the home. Plenty of room for us all Loved the spa for our soaking our feet after a long day! The light weights and punching bag in the small garage gym area was a plus! Neighborhood is brand new and very quiet! Every small detail is thought of here! The best VRBO we have ever stayed at!!! Nothing bad to say at all. Owners went above and beyond with communication and aiding in an easy smooth check in and departure. The house was beautiful and extremely clean and the fuseball table and fun stuff in the garage kept the kids entertained as well as the trampoline ( their #1 favorite!). While the adults enjoyed the BBQ grill and hot tub in the back yard. I would certainly recommend it and definitely would rent it again! Thank you!!!!!

Three friends from childhood playing golf and fishing once a year for the past fifteen years. This is by far the very best of places we have stayed. We are all in our seventies and technology challended....it was so easy to enter the home and lock it up when going on our excursions.....the owners were excellent and the home was beautiful....can't say enough about this awesome property...thank you again for a wonderful week

The house was new, beautiful, and well decorated with all the items you need for a vacation including a hot tube and fire pit. They thought of everything and it was so relaxing to chill out at this house. I applaud them for their effort to make sure the guests had everything they needed down to providing robes and slippers.
