The condo pictured is our 16th floor incredible gulf and and city view from our living room and every room in the condo. Freshly updated with a new suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances, new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the master bedroom, renovated shower with glass doors, additional new furniture and a 65" Smart TV in the living room in November 2022. The balcony has a walkout from both the bedroom and the living room. This is the more spacious 1 bedroom unit in the complex that does not have the AC unit on the balcony so all you hear is the waves breaking on the shore. It features a king size bed along with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors connecting to the balcony, overlooking the west gulf view of miles of beautiful beach, the City of Destin, Destin Harbor, Crab Island, and the Destin bridge.

The unit is ablaze at night with the beautiful lights of the city and the beauty and sounds of the surf at the same time! Watch the dolphins frolic in the surf from inside your condo and still enjoy the allure of the city lights at night.

"On the Beach" and is centrally located in the heart of beautiful downtown Destin. Within a few block you will find amusement parks, restaurants, fast food, fine dining, and everything in between. Great night life, countless malls and some of Destin's most famous restaurants are only 1 to 10 minutes away.

Watch the harbor fireworks from your living room, balcony, or bedroom, when available, unsurpassed views of the breath-taking Gulf of Mexico and fantastic sunsets at the beach or directly from the16th floor.

Sundestin Beach Resort provides all of the creature comforts one would expects while vacationing in one of Florida's great resorts.

The unit features 2 flat screen smart tvs, a walk-out floor to ceiling glass balcony from the living room as well as the bedroom, a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, 2 separate 1/2 baths that adjoin a separate full size shower/tub with glass doors in a separate room. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen with both a drip and K-cup style coffee maker. The window view from the kitchen is the eastern view of the beautiful city of Destin, the Choctawhatchee Bay, and the Mid-Bay bridge. For those who also need to stay in touch with work, a desk and a 27" computer monitor is also available in the unit for use with your laptop. Camp chairs for the beach, beach bags and coolers are there and ready for your use.

Guest will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee for late check out as cleaning staff is independent of the resorts housekeeping team, and have to travel offsite to other assignments.

This condo had amazing views towards the Destin harbor and sunsets. Kirk was responsive and helpful throughout the booking and check-in process. Would definitely book here again!

The condo looked exaclty as it did in the photos on Vrbo and it was all clean and well maintained. I had zero issues other than the water went out one morning but it was restored within 3 or 4 hours, so no big deal at all really. Overall we loved it and would gladly stay there again next year.

16th floor, great view of fireworks and ocean. Everyone on property was extremely nice and helpful. A must to order from Merlins pizza. My only suggestion is to provide coffee and etc. for it. Other than that almost perfect.

This property is better than described and pictured - we were delighted with the ocean views (and sounds!) from both the living room and bedroom. We visited for 4 nights and did not need a car to enjoy the area (Ubered from/to airport and several locations, walked everywhere else, used Instacart for grocery delivery). The beaches are gorgeous and clean - I’ve never experienced sand so soft and white. Cannot recommend Kirk’s property more highly - everything you need is in the condo (kitchen equipment, linens, essential toiletries), the furniture is clean/comfy, 1 shower/2 separate rooms for toilet/vanity was genius, the location is outstanding.

Loved the condo. It was extremely clean and well kept. Everything you could want as far as dishes, cookware and appliances. The view was absolutely beautiful. The staff at check in were very friendly. The only drawback was some construction noise but that could not be helped. Would stay there again for sure . Oh and the personalized welcome sign made it all the more special: ) Thanks for a great stay!

The individual condo was nice and as advertised. The extra bathroom was convenient. The views from the unit were incredible. The building overall is older and could use some updating but it’s under construction so maybe that is planned

We absolutely loved the condo and it's view! In fact, we would have given a 5 rating, however, unfortunately we were not informed of the noisy construction taking place on every level of the complex. Nor were we told that the outdoor pool was also closed. Full disclosure is always preferred.

This location has a beautiful view and is located in an area close to many attractions, museums, beach activities, and etc. Walks on the beach, sunsets, restaurant/bar in the building, and many activities such as bingo, cards, dominoes, and etc. made this a relaxing and fun winter snowbird stay. The guest crew are all very helpful, kind, and understanding around all requests. thank you for a great stay!

The condo is decorated beautifully with high quality and a stunning view. . However, after 24 houes the fresh aroma in the condo turned to a mildew smell by time we returned that evening. The condo needs a deep cleaning. We had to clean the bathroom sinks from what appeared to be hair spray. The frig crisper had some kind of food crumbs. One of the lamps had a cobweb hanging under the shade, while The window sill was so dusty I wrote the message dust me. We always take odoban with us so we sprayed most of the handles and surfaces.

This condo was clean, updated, comfortable, 2 huge tvs, pub height chairs and table on the balcony, and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all of the basic gadgets and tools that we needed. We appreciated the ice maker and the water dispenser on the refrigerator. The view of the sunset was really nice. I was concerned about not being straight on to the water with the condo being on the west side of the building. We still had great views from our balcony. My favorite part was the 2 patio doors to the balcony with one being in the bedroom. We had a perfect week!

The listing was accurate and room was clean with comfortable bed/furniture. Great communication from the owners and check-in process was seamless. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies: bakeware, pans, coffee, utensils and the like but zero extras (spices, foil, etc.). The biggest complaint we had was the giant, high top patio table with heavy, railing height chairs - not a very comfortable space to enjoy the view. Condo is in a great location that was central to many attractions, within walking distance to a few, along with a short walk to some restaurants and shops. Good amenities within the condo - the room and all on-site facilities met our needs for a great week! Great place!

The unit was SO clean! We were very impressed. Please let your housekeeper know! We had an amazing time but I think the time of year we went was the big reason. The bed was very comfy. Any Sundestin employee we dealt with was friendly. We weren’t impressed with the food at the bar and grill but the drinks were great! We would totally recommend this place a great room for a couples getaway!
