The kitchenette is perfect for preparing beach snacks, complete with a mini-fridge, sink, and microwave.
The tranquil primary bedroom features a private balcony with Gulf views and seating. All the bedrooms have TVs, and two have en suite bathrooms.

This condo was great for our large family. We love how close it is to the beach. Will stay here again!

Our team stayed here for the weekend and we loved having so much space and a bathroom per bedroom. The kitchen and living space provided a lot of room for visiting, playing games, or just watching tv. We would definitely stay here again!
The only down side was the pool was pretty dirty during our stay. As a result we didn’t swim in the pool but instead enjoyed the beach being so close by!

This host uses Vacasa to manage their property. If you are thinking of staying here read the reviews on this property management company. We contacted them immediately upon entry due to the horrid animal and mold smells. At the front door hanging on the hook was a Damprid bag full of water. So many issues with our stay: The door lock malfunctions and takes many attempts to get it to work. The garage door key pad does not work. The property advertised for 12 people they do not provide enough towels, wash cloths, no linens for the pullout couches, toilet paper was barely existent. Many of the beds did not include blankets. We found a dirty towel hanging behind the door, the previous guest left their cooler and half drank beer cans and swimsuit on the balcony. The AC was regulated we could not turn it down only until after we called and complained did they let us control it. Water pressure for showers was a trickle. The washer is broken does not complete a load the dryer made a horrible loud sound like the belt was broken was not safe to run. Shower curtains if they stayed up were moldy and dirty! We contacted Vacasa through their App and their 1-800 number each problem we encountered. We got the standard answer: Understood. I apologize for this inconvenience. I am having a service ticket created to have our local staff come by the home to have this looked at. we NEVER got a call back nor did anyone from their “local” team come by

From only the master bedroom can you see the ocean out the window ..it's maybe 300 yards away but a nice beach that goes forever.
Kitchen Supplies were limited and quite old.
Stove hard to use since numbers all worn off.
The home itself was clean with fresh paint but if your used to a hotel with soap , toilet paper etc better bring your own as there's only enough to get started.

Good location and comfortable beds. The house is large enough for two families. We just had an issue with the washer not working and it was not fixed before we left.

Overall the house was very big and spacious for our family.. Our kids had a blast with the pool and games. There were some small things that need fixing but overall was a good stay.

The master bedroom balcony had an unexpected view of the gulf where we could sit and watch the sunrise over the water. A short walk took you to a great beach that is ideal for relaxing walks in the surf.

We wanted to find a place that would offer a comfortable feeling and keep our immediate family together. This was the best choice ever! We were able to have some long lasting memories at a time of grief for our loss of a close family member. Check in and out process was so easy, a booklet that helped us along the way, and almost all the items we needed to be comfortable.(Take your own soaps,etc). The views and location were ideal! Any help we needed with questions were promptly answered. Thank you!!!

This is a great house and is stocked well. It is very close to the beach - walking distance. Our tennis team had plenty of room and the 4 1/2 bathrooms made it so easy for 8 women. Plenty of chairs for sitting outside. The 2nd floor with the living area and kitchen is great. Plenty of room in the kitchen for everyone. Had a few little hiccups, but the host was so QUICK to respond and take care of everything. Will use again for sure!!!

Walking distance to the beach, live music venue, golf cart rentals and restaurants. The condo has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. 3 balconies. And garage parking. Lots of space to spread out with family and friends. Vasaca had it stocked with everything we needed. We will be going back!

Our group of 11 women needed a place to gather and relax each day after long days on the tennis courts. The property met every need and exceeded expectations!
From extra towels to comfortable sleeping arrangements, and a fairly well appointed kitchen, this property did not disappoint.
We had great access to eateries, a new IGA grocery, the beach and downtown CC.
The electricity and AC went out twice during our stay all related to a local outage, and the property manager was quickly on sight to oversee repairs.
The price point for this rental was good given the time of season we needed to book.
The only neutral comment I have is that parking was limited in the complex, but this was clearly communicated to us before our stay.
Should we have the opportunity to visit again we will try to book this listing.

Great place! Very clean. Across the street from the beach. We rented umbrellas and chairs at the beach so didn’t have to haul a lot of stuff. 3 story place w garage. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. Great living space. We had a fabulous time! We highly recommend this location.

Padre Island Stay
Hi! I stayed for six weeks at this location. The townhouse was spacious and close to a public beach, which was convenient. I'm giving three stars because the beach was very nice, but otherwise, I would rate this location with fewer than three stars. When I arrived, there was overflowing garbage bins outside the doors, and it took five days to have them emptied. I was not notified that painters would be onsite for more than two weeks. They were disruptive and entered the garage of the townhouse without my permission . They also threw tarps over my vehicles in the garage without asking me. The dryer didn't work - because the painters painted the vents shut. The garage door broke and was not repaired for five days. The wifi wasn't great either, and for a remote worker, that is unacceptable. The wifi improved immensely after I bypassed the management company's portal for logging in. Note that there is no grill at this location and no desk for remote workers. During my stay a new management company took over, but some of these issues occurred with both the old and new management companies. The new management company's local representative was responsive, and they are reimbursing me for a small part of my trip, but truthfully, it is not enough since the entire trip was ruined by these issues. I enjoyed the walks on the nearby beach, but that is all I enjoyed.
