Welcome to "HOMERUN HITTER"! We came up with this unique name because this home is in the perfect location for families traveling for baseball, softball and soccer since it is centrally located! Booking this property for your family getaway is a HOMERUN!
This home is located 1/2 mile from OWA. You can see the firework shows that OWA puts on from our back yard! It is less than 1 mile to the Tanger Outlet Mall, only 2 1/2 miles to the Foley Sportsplex, 8 miles to the Gulf Shores Sportsplex, 12 miles to the Orange Beach Sportsplex and 10 miles to the Beach!
"HOMERUN HITTER" amenities include 3,352 sq.ft. of living space, 4BR/3BA that sleeps 10 guests, community fishing lake in the back yard! The back yard is fenced in. There is a pool table in the home as well. This house is centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Free parking for up to 4 vehicles.
The living room features a 65" wall mounted Smart TV, a sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, 2 arm chairs, ceiling fan, the pool table and access to the enclosed season room with the fishing lake view
The master bedroom features a king bed, a 50" wall mounted smart TV, a ceiling fan, dresser with mirror, chest of drawers, 2 nightstands and a private master bathroom that offers a walk in closet, double vanity, linen closet, soaker tub, tiled walk in shower, & a water closet.
The kitchen offers stainless appliances, solid wood cabinets, granite countertops, island with seating for 2, bar area with seating for 2, large walk-in pantry and a dining table that seats 8.
The large laundry room is accessed through the kitchen area and has a washer, dryer and large folding area.
The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed, 50" wall mounted smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, 2 bed side tables and a large walk-in closet
The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed, 50" wall mounted smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser with mirror, 2 bed side tables and a large walk-in closet.
The 4th bedroom offers a king bed, 50" wall mounted smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, 2 nightstands and a large double closet

We offer extended stay discounts starting November 1st and ending March 1st on reservations that are 28 nights or more, and a full week discount on reservations that are 7 nights or more (Excluding peak season and holiday weeks) If your selected dates qualify for a discount the discount will automatically apply!
Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old.
Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed.
Guests will receive another email after the reservation is made for guests to provide a credit card to put on file so we can place a security deposit hold, in the amount of $500, on 3 days prior to the check in date. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until a security deposit hold is successfully placed.
Guests must adhere to all the policies and and follow all the rules and regulations within the rental agreement.

We had 3 18 U softball players and 5 parents for our week long stay. House is very roomy. Could have had a few more people easily. The July Heat and Humidity was torture, but the AC in the home is so good. The pool table and foosball table are great entertainment for teenagers.
If we come down here again, this will be our home again. Thank you for everything

I am a CNA/PERSONAL ASST. who when looking for places to stay provide plenty of space and to be very handicap accessible for my client, This home did very well provide all that we asked for. and we enjoyed our stay. the location is awesome and is very close to plenty of attractions and places to eat especially if you are one to just take a break and don't really need to go to the beach. The other 4 occupants also enjoyed their stay . We Thank you and look forward to visiting this home again.

We had a fantastic stay at Homerun Hitter while attending the Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival. This home is in a fantastic neighborhood and soooo close to OWA. It's also less than a mile away from the Tanger Outlet, grocery stores, and restaurants. The house is extremely roomy and has a huge backyard with great grass for the kids to play. The home had a nice pool table and foosball table for the adults to enjoy as well. The host was great and always quickly responded to any concerns. We hope to visit this home again soon!

HOMERUN HITTER was very clean and spacious. It was ideally located for our visit with relatives, OWA, the beach and shopping! Terry was quick to respond when needed, though the instructions for accommodations were very thorough. Really appreciate everything.

Everything was fantastic ! Even better than described. 25 minutes to the beaches, stores very close by and great dining opportunities. My son caught 2 huge bass in the lake.......

We had a work conference in Orange Beach and needed to bring our two little ones under three years old. This was the PERFECT location! It had a nice backyard for them to play and it was very close to good food, fun activities, and not far from the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will rent again if in the area!

We stayed at this location for a volleyball tournament and the home and location was absolutely perfect. The home was very spacious for our group of seven and well maintained. We really enjoyed looking at the pond out back. Very peaceful.
We will definitely be staying at this location again in the future.

We were absolutely delighted with the home and location! The host was a great communicator. The house was nicely prepared and as advertised. Kids loved having the yard as well as pool table! Highly recommend this house for families so much space and 3 bathrooms. Location about 10 miles from the beaches we went to a new beach everyday! Convenient to shopping and Tanger outlet mall was just a few minutes away!

Shockingly big! 4 large bedrooms, tons of seating. TV’s in every room. I really don’t have a single complaint. Make sure you pack extra toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags/detergent etc. The house provides the first round but after that it’s on you. Easy drive to the fields and the beach. We met the neighbor who was really nice! Easy communication with the owner too. We would definitely stay here again!

Terry was an absolutely great host to work with. His house was extremely beautiful and close to everything from shopping to restaurants and to OWA. The drive to the beach was less than 25mins My family and I will definitely stay in his property the next time we visit Foley.

We had a group of 4 golfers. We had plenty of room with 4 beds being a must. The living room was roomy enough to sit together and watcha movie and we did. The addition of having the pool table gave some good entertainment during down times.

We stayed here while we were in town visiting family. The home is immaculate and huge. My kids were happy to each have their own bedroom and beds. Our entire family really enjoyed the pool table and foozball table… it kept the kids of their electronics 😁😁. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home we highly recommend.

The house was awesome! It had plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. The house was clean upon arrival. The view of the lake was relaxing. Will definitely be back!

This home is wonderful! It is located in a safe well established quiet neighborhood. It is clean and roomy. Our family of 9 adults stayed in the home and never felt crowded. There are no steps to enter the home and uniform vinyl flooring throughout which allowed my 84+ parents to negotiate the home safely. We enjoyed hours of fun around the foosball and pool table. Shopping, groceries and many restaurants are nearby. Beautiful Gulf Shores beach is only 15-30 min away (depending on traffic).

This property was amazing! Very clean and spacious. My sister and I both brought our families to meet up with relatives from Pensacola. The house had plenty of space for everyone to have food and fellowship and not be right on top of one another. We enjoyed cooking with one another and even grilled for the fourth. The only critique I have of the house is we needed extra blankets. The beds were VERY comfortable. Everything else was there including a pool table which was a great addition for the guys in our group as the women gathered outside in the sun room. We enjoyed the view of the beautifully manicured lawn and lake out back.. Our host was very responsive and very helpful! The only damper to our trip was the neighbor who was upset about the fireworks. Apparently there are no fireworks allowed in the neighborhood but we didn't know. Thankfully Mr. Terry our host responded very quickly and explained that he was not aware of the policy either. Never fear we bundled up our crew and took off with a few of the other neighbors and finished our fireworks show at a nearby church who graciously allowed us to finish provided we cleaned up after ourselves; which we did. All in all we had an AMAZING stay. Enjoyed the nearby beaches and Lambert's Cafe is a must do! Some of.our group enjoyed a nearby amusement park that they thought was great. We would definitely stay again and I RECOMMEND this house. My family and I come to the Pensacola/Foley area several times a year. We will definitely stay again. Thanks again Mr. Terry!

The owner was great to work with and was always helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Very spacious we had 10 in our group (3 separate families)and we were never crowded. Plenty of bathrooms. It could honestly fit a few more with no problem. Neighborhood was beautiful and it was literally 5 minutes from Walmart, dollar store, and the Tanger Mall.

Easy to deal with Period!
Walked in to a 8 ft pool table and foosball with plenty of space, great place to entertain family and friends.
Very clean, quiet from room to room. I did not realize my buddy was talking on the phone in his room, until 3 hrs later when he walked out and apologized for being so loud. I could not hear him, that was nice to be able to sleep in while others are being productive. So much room in the living room, family room and kitchen. The master bedroom is ginormous with a well laid out bathroom with separate toilet room. The 3 bathrooms make life with my daughters and wife simple stress free, there was no waiting! Nice quiet neighborhood, we took a walk 3 of our 5 nights very peaceful!
We will be back next May-Thanks again!
