Stayed here with a group of friends for my birthday. It was convenient for everything we wanted to do, an unbeatable price, parking spots, snacks, water - you name it. Was confused about the space, but when you arrive there are more beds than you expect- also super fast host communication. Would definitely go back, very cute!

The property looks exactly like the photos. The yard very nice, everything was clean, and it includes all the things you need for comfortable stay. I will say that it is small but was good for my family of 4.

Loved our stay at the villa! It was cozy and quaint yet offering many areas to spread out and relax. The hot tub was a bonus as well as the closed in sunroom. Communication with our host Rosy was great, she was very friendly and helpful. She takes good care of her place and I really felt safe and at home here.

This is a cozy, private space in a quiet residential neighborhood. Three adults slept comfortably, but probably more ideal for two. Rooftop deck, hot tub, and outdoor seating to relax or entertain. Gas stove, Keurig machine, and everything you need to prepare meals and save on eating out. Accessible to all North Hollywood has to offer without being right in the middle of it.

We drove down to N Hollywood from Idaho to attend a taping of a comedy show at the El Portal theater and visit relatives that live in the area. The pictures don't to the Villa justice, it definitely exceeds the pictures. It is a quaint place that is very comfortable. Located in an established neighborhood it is close to everything you could want. Great food and good entertainment.

The home was perfect for us. The kitchen and bath were both updated with modern appliances and fuxtures. The separate rooms gave the kids their own space. It was our first time in LA, the lication was close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

Looks just like in the pictures. Very clean inside and out, loved the hot tub!! I would bring more towels next time. For myself and my two kids there were 2 bath towels, 2 towels that looks like hot tub towels, and a couple wash clothes. Luckily I brought towels for the hot tub so we had enough. Other than that it was awesome and I will definitely book again:)

Rosy was such a wonderful host! She made sure our stay was the best and assisted us with any questions we had. The jacuzzi was a plus. The property was very clean and in a quite and safe neighborhood!

After a bumpy start getting checked in, we had a wonderful stay. The hot tub felt amazing after busy days of sightseeing. The neighborhood is quiet and we were able to relax and sleep well.

So close to the airport, which was a great ! Close to shopping and food. There is only one thing I would change. The place was great and price was excellent , but the bed. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. Other than that Id say it was perfect and I hate complaining so I wanted to give it a 5 star.

Safe quiet pleasant area, apartment is spotless and fully equipped,. My wife and I are very impressed. My only problem with adding a 5 star review to all the others, is that it will make this place fully booked up when we try to come back.... Loved it . . .

My experience was spectacular. The place was clean, all the necessary items were there, from kitchen utensils to mosquito repellent to use in the patio. The manager was always on the lookout. It was a very pleasant stay. I recommend it.

I came out to California for 12 days to look into residency amongst other things. I found Rosy’s listing and was immmediately drawn to the hot tub and rooftop sitting area. And while the aesthetic and location was amazing, it was the hospitality and service provided that set this stay apart from any other stay. Rosy was beyond excellent at proceeding not only the essential items but also prompting answers and attended to anything that I needed. I cannot thank her and her staff enough for providing a care free stay and incredible hospitality. Do yourself a favor and look this location up if you’re ever in the area! You will not be disappointed

The accommodation allowed us to explore the LA area by day and relax at night. We didn't use the hot tub as the weather was very hot - a/c in the main room was great, but sun room did stay very warm overnight. We sat outside in the evening, but be warned to take insect repellent as we all got bitten on the first night. We enjoyed the fresh grapefruits from the tree. Set in a safe-feeling residential neighbourhood with a supermarket and fast food places nearby. Good for a couple or family. Having 3 beds was great for us so our teenagers could have their own space!

I love this place. Had everything laid out - more supplies than a lot of other places. One of my personal favorite touches is the shampoo, soap, and lotion dispensers! They hacked the space so perfectly. I didn't use the jacuzzi because it was so hot already, but I loved that option. Above patio is gorgeous also! I was very, bery happy.

This villa is an entirely private property that offers so many beautiful amenities. Ending each day with a private backyard and jacuzzi with lights surrounding you is an amazing romantic experience you and your s/o are sure to appreciate. We highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting the area or just want to experience a great retreat!

Amazing Stay!

The space is small but accommodated my family of 5 comfortably. The location is great – quite neighborhood and not far from Universal or Hollywood. My favorite space was the backyard, which is amazing. The hot tub, roof top patio, picnic table under the shade of the fruit tree, and lights made it feel like we had our own little slice of paradise. We would definitely stay here again.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient place to stay in LA! Everything was great and the place has most anything you need. The owner is very accommodating and works hard to ensure that you are happy at her place. My teenage son and I stayed here two weeks and made amazing memories. The hot tub and the grapefruit tree along with the lighted fenced yard make the place feel very homey. We would definitely stay here again! BTW the off street parking is so convenient and well lit and felt very safe.
