There is seating for 10 at the formal dining table and an additional eight bar stools in the kitchen.

The first bedroom sits on the first floor and features a king-sized bed. There is a full bathroom, complete with a single vanity and walk-in shower, outside of this room. On the mezzanine level sits the second bedroom, which features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, that has a double vanity along with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. On the second floor, the 3rd bedroom features an iron queen-sized bed and boasts stunning ocean views as well as a private balcony. The private ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The 4th bedroom acts as the primary suite and features a king-sized bed, oceanside seating, and stunning ocean views from the balcony. The primary bathroom has a double vanity, a makeup area, a walk-in shower, and a spa tub. The 5th bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom consisting of a double vanity, walk-in shower, and spa tub. The 6th bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds and a private bathroom complete with a shower or tub.

On the 3rd floor, you will find the remaining rooms, as well as more living space and a full kitchen! The 8th bedroom is open and has two twin-sized beds and two trundle beds, and it also doubles as another living room! Along with a full second kitchen, there is also a washer and dryer on the third floor.
