Game Room: Pool Table, Ping Pong, Shuffleboard! Huge couch in Theater Room!! Very Private Backyard with covered patio, BBQ Grill, Fire Pit that are all great for entertaining!

The House Has Two Buildings; The main house with all sleeping rooms and kitchen with living area and the Huge Game Room is separate so everyone can enjoy plenty of space.

We offer 24 hour checkin via key code and 24 hour customer service.

Less than a 1 mile walk across the bridge to Little Elm Beach and Boatramp. Hydrous Wake Park and popular Hula Hut Restaurant are less than 2 miles away along with numerous food/drink options. Less than 15 minutes to The Star in Frisco Where The Dallas Cowboys Practice. Less than 30 minutes to DFW Airport Less than 45 minutes to Love Field Airport

Check-In Time: 4 p.m. Check-Out Time: 11 a.m.

The following are CITY Laws for short-term rentals and MUST be followed. Please respect all laws so we can ensure you have a great stay!

1. Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. on weekdays, and 11 p.m. until 8 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Maximum occupancy should not be exceeded.

-Maximum Occupancy: 12

3. Primary renter must be present during the entire stay.

4. Four cars MAX on property. Short-term rentals do not allow for parking on the street or anywhere except our driveway.

No Pets are allowed anywhere on the property.

No smoking of any kind inside our home.

Immediate eviction and an additional fee will be applied for violation.

This place was absolutely perfect! I was worried we would have to bring some of our own things like pans or towels but this place provided everything we needed and MORE!! They had things we didn't even know we needed! & didn't opt for the cheap way out in providing those items. They truly thought of everything that you could possibly need to make the stay comfortable. The property was extremely spacious making it perfect to accommodate a large number of people. I was also highly IMPRESSED with how clean the place was & also how comfortable the beds and even couches were! I highly recommend this place! Definitely worth the cost for a hassle free & comfortable stay.

This was the perfect accommodation for our family group of 6 adults and 4 children, ages 4-9 who were here from Colorado, New York and Tennessee. The floor plan was great as was the game room. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was amazing and perfect for our families to reside while celebrating our sister/cousin's wedding. Even the lizards on the house at night and the bunny rabbit who basically hopped over to us as we sat around the fire pit were a hit! Plenty of personal space yet also lots of gathering areas for us to hang out and enjoy one another. We haven't all been under the same roof since we were kids so this experience and location was perfection!! Definitely recommend others to book this place Thanks again!!

We were in town for a graduation. I wish we could have stayed longer. Loved the location and really enjoyed the setup of the house. Lots of individual areas to break off in small groups to do our own thing if we wanted. Would return if the opportunity presented itself.

We found this gem of a home when we visited Little Elm to attend a wedding. The home is tastefully decorated and well stocked. It had everything we needed and more I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake across the street. The home has 3 lovely bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. The 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs can be a private space, like having your own apartment. We made good use of the game room as well, lots of evening games of billiards and shuffle board. We sat out back a few evening enjoying bbq and the fire table. The only negative out back is the noise from the traffic, although it did not really bother us and could not be heard inside the house. The home was perfect for us and I would definitely rent it again and highly recommend it.

Wasnt fully ready when we got there but, what i loved was the speed and recovery to fix everything and help me and my group very comfortable, Ms Breanne is awsome, her and her crew are nice and very understanding, highly recommend and really appreciated the opportunity to stay at this property

We had a Great time cooking in the kitchen together, planning for our next year of work, and we had a lot of fun. We were easily able to rest in the amazing Bruce. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

They house was perfect for our big family. The owner was very responsive and we appreciated that when there was a small plumbing issue. The location was great, easy access to stores, restaurants and the water. We totally recommend this home for large families like ours.

The house was recently renovated and it showed. The decor was lovely. Separation for the group was great. Grandsons loved the upstairs movie area and detached game room. Sleeping spaces fit our group perfectly. Upstairs bathroom was beautiful (my fav). The miss on the remodel was the windows. It still has single pane windows allowing you to hear all the traffic noise from the busy road behind the house. We were awoken by fire trucks, ambulances, or police cars every night. The air conditioner by the downstairs bedrooms clicked very loudly as well every time it turned on or off. The internet had to be reset multiple times every day. This is no fault of the owners, they had a booster. I wish this property was located on a different street in Little Elm, we would visit every year. Little Elm is a lovely town with lots of restaurants, places to shop, and playgrounds/play areas for the kids.

We used the stay for my infant, husband, and a full event staff for a dance convention, and it worked very well for us. When the baby cried, the rooms were spaced away enough that no one was bothered, lovely kitchen, may places for lounging, a nice game room, and yard space! We loved it!
