Located in the San Clemente Pier Bowl, this area resembles a charming Spanish walking village with quaint cafes, a fantastic coffee shop, ice cream options, a convenience store, and two excellent restaurants. You’ll also find a waterfront park and a beach walking trail nearby. You can easily enjoy your stay without needing to use your car.
We strictly enforce Quiet Hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Since our neighbors are very close, it’s essential for us to maintain a peaceful environment. Our ability to operate our Airbnb business depends on not disturbing them, so we will take necessary measures to address any parties held by guests. We apologize for the strong wording, but we’ve had past experiences that we cannot afford to repeat, and we must avoid noise complaints from neighbors. Thank you for your understanding.

- This condo is located in a fully soundproofed 6-unit building, all of which are owned and operated by us. Five of these units are one-bedroom, and we also have a studio. If you need multiple units, let us know, and we will do our best to provide you with adjacent ones. This is condo #4 out of 6.
- We allow up to 2 pets (or 3 if they are all small) with pre-approval. Most breeds are acceptable as long as they are quiet and well-trained. Our pet fee is $20 per night, per pet. There is a small "dog park" on-site, and San Clemente is a pet-friendly area.
**Unit Privacy**
- There are security cameras in the outside common areas only; none are inside the units.
- We have decibel sound meters installed in the kitchen and balcony areas of our condos to alert us to any violations of our quiet hours. These devices do not record or listen in any way; they only measure the overall noise level. (Noise Away Brand)

Our family had a wonderful time helping to celebrate my wife's birthday! The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly just as described. Unbeatable location and extra nice to have bikes and all of the recreational gear available. They have thought of every little detail...even the iron already had water in it! Hosts also brought in an external a/c unit to keep things a little cooler inside. They were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again, thank you for a truly 5-star stay!

Our family of 4 adored this property so close to the beach and pier and near all the amenities. We had the fortunate experience of staying during the annual festival and were close to everything! This was, by far, the best VRBO stay we’ve experienced. We know the area well, so we knew it was a great spot, but the accommodations were far beyond our expectations. The welcome amenities were so very thoughtful (wine, beer, soda, water). The condo was exactly as stated and shown in the pictures. Bed was super comfy. We will always try to choose Staying With Friends accommodations for our future (& frequent) visits to OC. Oh! And the Christmas Tree for our holiday stay was the perfect touch!

The property was absolutely beautiful and in a great location to restaurants and shopping. Cathy and Pete really did a great job decorating the condo and providing us with a 5 star stay. My husband and I do a lot of traveling and this was by far the nicest place we’ve stayed

I needed to recharge my batteries so this getaway from LA was perfect for my dog and me. First off, the condo is in a great location, right across the way from the pier and beach, just 2 minute walk to the beach trail. The condo itself is so modern--heated toilet seat and bidet features?!--ceiling fans, so clean, beautiful bedding, plenty of dishes/cookware/towels...your home away from home! This property is NOT dated, it's the exact opposite...again, MODERN amenities and very clean! Great locale, the property mgr is very attentive, and a place I want to visit again (and again!). The welcome gift of wine and drinks was such a thoughtful, sweet touch too. I highly recommend this condo.

We loved staying here and will definitely come back next time we are in town. This condo comfortable fit my family of four. I stayed on the Murphy bed with my 17 year old and it was very comfortable! All the amenities this condo provides is top notch! Everything from checkers, chess, beach toys, chairs, beach towels, outdoor showers and more. Very nicely decorated, clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, high end sheets and great view! Also, walking distance from downtown restaurants, shops and beach. Thanks for sharing your home!

Just a short walk and you are right on the beach. Amenities are top notch, with outdoor showers, beach equipment, they even have shampoo and conditioner on the shower. Everything was so clean and in great condition. We will be back, thanks for a great stay!

Very nice, clean condo with a great aesthetic. Everything is well thought out, and convenient. Location gives easy access to many shops and eateries as well as the beach. The checkin process is easy and owners have thought of every possible need. From beach gear and outdoor showers as well as wagons and bikes. The laundry room is stocked, and the kitchen has everything you will need. The bedding and mattress was very comfortable.

Great place to stay. My boyfriend and I were so surprised how great the stay was. Definitely one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. Location, kitchen and amenities were nicer than I expected. We already booked our stay for next month.

The condo is beautiful! The location is wonderful! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. The parking was a blessing. The amenities such as towels, bicycles, yoga mats, smart tv, were exceptional! I would live to go back and spend more time there!

This VRBO is situated right above the SC Pier and is great because you can walk the beach trail in 2 minutes and get to the amazing restaurants and coffee right below you or take the bikes provided and ride up Del Mar for even more dining/shopping options. The bed is extremely comfy and the best part is you can hear the waves crashing at night. Very well appointed, they did think of everything! Just know there is NO closet for hanging items in Unit 4 although there is plenty of room for putting your clothes into drawers. They also left a welcome gift that was very sweet!
My only suggestion for the owners are to provide some hangers so guests can hang some items on the valet and to remove the curb at the parking space for Unit 4, it scrapes the underside of your car unless you angle the car out.
Other than that I highly recommend staying here!

The property was very well located in a dry walkable location and it was very well stocked. I was welcomed with wine as well as beer and seltzer in the fridge. I began to sprinkle one day and there was an umbrella waiting for me at the front door. I loved walking the beach and doing yoga via Peleton- Mat and blocks located in the unit. A great stay I would highly recommend this VBRO.

This condo is beautiful and just a short walk to the pier and San Clemente shops. There were a ton of beach supplies, drinks in the fridge, and even a cookie making kit that my daughter enjoyed. The Murphy bed in the living room is super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

What a wonderful place!
This condo was the perfect little place for a family of 3-4. It was well appointed and beautifully upgraded. The view was fantastic and it was so great to be able to bring our doggies! They have a great time too and it easy a short walk to a grassy area. The beach was just incredible. We felt like it was Hawaii and we all swam in the ocean, where I usually can dip a toe only. We brought food to cook but we enjoyed the fisherman’s pier restaurant and view very much also.

Our first trip since COVID-19
We were looking for a nice relaxing place at the beach to spend some time outdoors with our three-year old toddler. We found a perfect place in San Clemente. Attentive hosts, beautiful views, amazing amenities, a short walk to the beach, we couldn't have asked for more.

Great space for 2 and great location
This place was a great location to shops and restaurants and most of all the beach. There were beach chairs etc and towels to take the beach. The place was clean and had all the accessories for cooking if you wanted to to do. The owners were very nice and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT beach location
This place is as close to perfect as you can get. No detail is left out for some time at the beach. The only thing that was wrong was that there wasn’t a pen with the guest book so I couldn’t write a rave comment in there as well. I’m ready to book for a month and have a working vacation!
