Looking for a prime location to vacation? Seagrass Flats Unit 2 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that is located less than 75 steps to the Gulf and has a shared heated pool. This unit has been completely renovated both inside and out. Bathrooms and kitchen feature quartz countertops; vinyl plank flooring throughout; full-size washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances; new fans/lighting and the interior is perfectly decorated, with new, very comfortable furniture and bedding, walk-in shower, and flat-screen smart TV's. The location of Seagrass Flats is ideal. The Gulf is across the street with its aqua-blue water and soft sands for a swim, sunbathing, or a nice walk, a playground park and bay fishing at the end of the street;. An easily accessible free island trolley to travel the 7-mile Island makes this your ideal vacation destination. This condo offers all the comforts of home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make a full-course meal or quick snack while the living room has plenty of seating to relax after a long day in the sun and watch your favorite movie on the flat screen, smart TV. Primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom while bedroom two features a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. The living room features the third bed with a pull-out sofa bed. Outside you will find the shared heated pool and patio area complete with tikis and gas grill for use during your stay.

Great little place very close to the beach.Very comfortable.King size bed provided great sleeping.Huge tv in living room.Sectional was great for afternoon naps.Couple of restaurants & convenience store within walking distance.Poolside grill did a great job grilling ribeye & red grouper.On the downside.There was some road noise.Our two week stay we only saw the sun a couple of days.Overall I give the vacation an A.We would go back.

The unit was exactly as advertised. It is located on the corner of a main road and the road noise could be noticed a bit more but didn't take away from our experience! The beds were very comfortable! Unit was stocked nicely and was very clean! I loved that there were travel sized personal hygiene products! Pool was clean and warm! Easy beach access right across the street! Overall would stay here again!

I was not given access to the until in 6pm. 2 hours after check-in. Our first night the smoke alarm started to chirp at 4am waking everyone up. I made sea breeze aware during business hours that morning.. they sent a tech out who did nothing with the smoke alarms because the alarms wasn’t chirping when he was there. Later that night about 7pm(after hours). The smoke alarms started to chirp again… I called sea breeze to report the issue again to which they came out the following day to replace the fire alarm. I will never stay w sea breeze again.

This unit was very clean upon arrival. Newer appliances in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. We spent a lot of time around the pool, which was very nice. This unit is across the street from the beach. Very convenient to the rest of Anna Maria - shopping and restaurants. Trolley stop is a half block away. We booked the twin unit next door for next year. We highly recommend this property.

Clean unit had everything listed as advertised. Close to beach. Comfortable for 4 people. Good location, however lots of traffic day and at night during quiet hours when trying to sleep. It was very nice to have accessories for beach. Beach Chairs, Umbrellas and Beach Wagon are on a first come first serve basis. Overall all was rated 5. Enjoyed the stay.

The location and proximity to the beach was unbeatable. The beds and linens were clean and comfy. The on-site laundry was perfect. The overall cleanliness was good. We loved that they provided items to get you started- like TP, paper towel, sponges, dish soap, etc. The pool was warm and relaxing, but could have used a midweek vacuum. Overall we had a great stay at Seagrass Flats!

What a great time we had at Seagrass Flats Unit 2. The condo was clean, cozy, equipped with all the comforts of home. The beds maybe more comfortable than my own. My family of 6 fit very well in the area. The beach is a across the street and the Trolly Stop steps away. Easy check and check out. Great location- cloze to Bridge street. Highly recommend this adorable unit :)

This property is amazing. The beach is so close and can come and go as you please. The pool shares with 4 units but plenty of space for everyone to enjoy it. It’s a nice change of pace from the beach to the pool and Vice versa. We plan on renting it again next year and bringing my extended family. Hosts respond quickly to any questions or concerns.

We LOVED this property. The owners obviously put a lot of thought in what renters would need/like. We especially loved having access to beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a cart to carry it all! The place was beautifully decorated. If you love to cook (I don't) the kitchen might be on the small side.
