About this house rental

You are alone on 9 acres and the trail system for ATV's, snowmobiling, Horseback Riding, hiking whatever outdoor activity you desire is right out the front (or back) door!

Surrounded by hardwoods, it is beautiful all year long!

Constructed by one of Iron River Premier builders, we have a little country, a little class, some outdoors and everything else in between!

Walk out the front or back door and you have direct access to 100's of miles of the state's best trails, take a 4 wheeler, SXS, snowmobile, Harley, mountain bike or take a hike to anywhere in the northwoods that you might want to go.

A short drive or walk and you have the grocery store, bakery, winery, brewery, restaurants and gas.

Nice, clean cabin with a great layout for us. Having the washer and dryer was so convenient. AC was only in kitchen/living area, not bedrooms. WIFI was down some of the time and the smart TV has no local channels. Pretty natural surroundings and privacy.

House was perfect for our trip plenty of room. Location is awesome right on the trails. Huge parking area for trucks and trailers. Beds were too soft for our liking and we had some mishaps with the coffee maker. All in all a great place to ride from and hang with family and friends. Would stay again. FYI trails in this area are really nice and not busy.

We had six adults stay at this property for a fall side-by-side weekend. Beautiful location and very close to the trails. Loved the fact it was remote with no neighbors in sight.

What a beautiful place and location! We came to go UTVing and enjoy the beautiful fall colors. Not at all disappointed with this trip.This house is definitely one of my favorites for many reasons. The beds were very comfortable. The long table in the closet was nice to use for clothes. The heated floors felt amazing after being outdoors all day along with the gas fireplace. We absolutely loved our stay here and we will be back! Thank you for opening your place to us!

Everything you could want...comfortable beds, tons of pillows, linens galore, good cookware (even leftover containers!), great location, firepit wood and responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

Leah was quick to answer all of our questions. The property is in an awesome location to get on the trails or explore the area by car. The large driveway was fantastic to be able to park, maneuver our 20’ trailer. The cabin is beautiful and has had a lot of thought put into making sure you feel like home. Our family loved it, we will be back.

Perfect! A home away from home. The house had everything we needed and so much more. Convenient location to excellent trails. We needed a little extra help one day and the hosts went above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about this property and the hosts.

We came up with our SxS for trail riding. This rental is right off the major corridor. Loved our stay and the rental oroperty is great. Owner has everything you need.

We had a great time at the house. Very clean and organized, had everything we needed, very private setting in the woods, still only a few minutes from town, excellent level parking for a truck and trailer and plenty of room to turn around. The property is located right on the snowmobile trail but not too close where you hear the snowmobiles from in the cabin as they go by. Perfect spot to get away and enjoy the long weekend on the trails or hanging out at the property. Our kids enjoyed playing on the hill next to the house, having plenty of space inside for games and relaxing. We can’t wait to go back!

This place is amazing! When we arrived plenty of room for parking trailers and trucks. This home really caters to snowmobilers, atv's utv's side by sides etc. Room for gear right inside the door as you come in. In floor heat which felt great after a day of riding. Trail is at the end of the drive way and to the left. Communication was great, directions were clear, lots of nice small touches. Will be booking again for sure to bring our kids and also a trip with our friends for snowmobiling.

From the check in process all the way through the day we had to leave, this was truly a wonderful experience. We had a great adventure with our family in this clean, well, manicured, and overall perfect cabin in the woods. The huge parking lot to turn around or trailer just makes life easier. Already booked to come back this season. And next.

This was the best VRBO experience ever. The cleanest and most well stocked with everything we needed. I will be staying here again for sure. Great for ATV/snowmobiling. You can jump on a trail right from the cabin. Super nice people to work with. I recommend this to anyone.

The house was located in a great location, just off Hwy 2. Easy driving to whereever we wanted to go in the area. The house was spotless, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with service ware and utensils beyond what we would have even thought we needed. An awesome, awesome place to stay. Hoping to go there again.

We rented this property to go ride sxs in the area. The trail was super close to the property that’s why we originally chose it. However once arriving the property far exceeded our expectations. It was better than listed. Very clean huge driveway for our trailers and trucks hauling our machines. Very private location to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The inside was very well thought out and designed. More than enough space for the 3 couples that we had there. By far one of the best places we have stayed at. If we go riding in this area again we will for sure stay here.
