Booked this cute cottage for a couple of weeks during a home renovation.The home is clean, cool and comfortable.Great attention to detail and better than advertised.The host was beyond accommodating allowing us to extend our stay multiple times.We even rode out the hurricane on July 7th here. The house held up extremely well and even retained power while most homes around us lost electricity.Would definitely stay here again.Could do without the hurricane though 🤩

Loved the location...just 3 blocks from Honour Coffee and Saha yoga...
Somehow I couldn't work out that the 2nd bath was back around the living room, not that big of a deal. But, that shower needs a better showerhead, preferably a handheld.
The middle bedroom desperately needs a ceiling fan.
The back bedroom requires the thermostat to be set to 65 to make it moderately cooomfortable back there---balance the system? Also needs something to hang clothes on/in---like a small covered rolling rack.
Family of armadillos came out to 'play' when the gardners showed up!

Love the place. All the little touches with cleaners, soaps, body washes, paper towels, coffee/tea/popcorn, well-stocked kitchen, cleanliness, bed comfort, and the list goes on. We've stayed at plenty of rentals through the years with different experiences; this was one we really enjoyed. Love the town as well and this rental helped it to be an awesome weekend.

My wife and I make many trips to the Houston area and try to stay in Tomball when we can. Of all the VRBO's we have stayed at this is by far the best one. The owners have done an excellent job in remodeling an older home into a clean and comfortable place to stay.
Everything about this stay was excellent. Usually I can find a couple of things that were not right or missing to make me comfortable but the owners have covered this well.
Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is up to date and well laid out, bathrooms are great and showers nicely done with plenty of hot water and good water pressure.
Location is great for quiet and easy access to resturants and the downtown area, really walking distance.
While we there a storm blew through and left leaves and small branches on the driveway and front porch and the next day someone came by and cleaned it all up.
Yard crew came and cut the lawn one day and so overall the outside is as well taken care of as the inside.
WiFi is excellent and once I installed the front door lock app it worked well to give us access.
Summary:
You will not find a better place to stay in Tomball and the price is competitive to the others of similar size. This place is extremely clean and well furnished so I highly recommend staying here when in the Houston area, this will be our default from now on.

We were in town for a few days for business and pleasure and this house was the perfect fit for both. The house had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything fun in downtown Tomball.

I traveled to Houston for business and also had the opportunity to visit my brothers. The location was ideal, as it was in close proximity to both my family and major highways. The house itself was stunning with exquisite furnishings and tasteful décor. It comfortably accommodated the three of us and offered the perfect location. The weather was delightful and we spent much of our time sitting outside on the porch, enjoying each other's company. The property was immaculately maintained and the décor was flawless. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and stores to explore. Our host, Renee, was exceptional and made our stay all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this option over any hotel.

The house was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we required for a comfortable stay. What impressed us the most was the care and attention to detail that was evident in every space. Every aspect of the house, from the furnishings to the decor, was well thought out and beautifully executed. The proximity to downtown and local restaurants was also a huge plus, making it easy for us to explore the city during our downtime. This place is super cute and clean. The decor is great! The property manager was great to work with, I hope we didn't drive her crazy lol! We were there for our grandsons baseball tournament and if he plays there again, we hope to stay!

Nearly Five Star
The house was clean with nice amenities and stocked with gracious supplies. The beds are comfy, parking great, neighborhood peaceful. With all of that, there were some negative aspects to our stay: mainly the back bedroom was very HOT (even when the air was turned down to 68, it was unbearably hot during the day in that bedroom); next the water in the showers is also very hot (my toddler could not handle it at all); lastly there are Velvet Ants in the yard (I know this is Texas and they are a part of nature just think that maybe a mention of their significance to potential guests who are not familiar with them is warranted). Otherwise, the house is great!

This sweet little cottage is in a shady neighborhood of towering trees right off of Main Street in Tomball, Texas, which turned out to be a great place for our weekend in Metro Houston. Renee is a wonderful host and communication was easy and very friendly.
