HAPPY HOUR in SCOTTSDALE, our large, one story, newly remodeled home with 9 BRs, 11 BAs and resort amenities awaits your arrival. This spacious and comfortable home sleeps 20 and is ADA accessible! Each bedroom has their own half or full bath and there are 2 additional powder rooms. AMAZING! The home is situated on an acre lot in a safe, well maintained and centrally located neighborhood. Your commute to all the exciting attractions in and around Scottsdale will be short.
We know the exciting backyard oasis will be your happy place! The large pool with option to heat invites refreshing swims year round on sunny days. The pool heating fee is $95.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F. A poolside couch on the covered patio provides a shady spot for overview of the pool. The private hot tub is ready for romantic moments with that special someone.
Circular cushioned seating in front of a gas fire pit offers views of the outdoor TV and is a wonderful gathering place to chat with friends. There is a gas grill and built-in bar for cooking and dining al fresco. On a cool evening, gather round the natural gas fire pit to share adult beverages and toast special occasions. For our golfing guests there is a putting green to warm up your winning shots before heading to a nearby course.

The home's floor plan is open with a great room arranged to view the 75 inch TV. A pool table plus a game room with foosball, arcade games, puzzle/game table and TV will provide hours of indoor entertainment for guests of all ages. All TVs are smart TVs and not cable or satellite serviced. Wifi is complimentary.
The kitchen is completely stocked and includes counter and island seating. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your gourmet coffee roast. The dining area has table seating for formal or casual meals at home. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The bedrooms are split between 3 different wings and there's no need to argue about sleeping quarters: ALL bedrooms have king beds and TVs. Bedroom 7 has two king beds. All but one bedroom has a ceiling fan. Several bedrooms have doors that allow direct access to the backyard paradise. There are desks with chairs for your remote work in two bedrooms. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.
The primary bedroom, Bedrooms 2, 5, 7, 8 and the casita have full baths with either walk-in showers or tub-shower combos. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have attached half baths with commodes and vanity sinks. Bedroom 6 does not have an adjacent bath. Guests in Bedroom 6 and the bedrooms with half baths would share Bathroom 4, a centrally located full bath with a tub-shower combo plus a walk-in shower. There are 2 powder rooms: one is at the front of the home and the other is in the game room.
A dedicated laundry room has not one but two washers and two dryers. Detergent is supplied. There is ample parking in the circular driveway for 6 vehicles. Parking of an RV may be permitted with advanced approval in writing from Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

We had an amazing stay at this home. We had a group of 14 that slept comfortably in all King size beds. The only minor thing was when we checked in, the code wasn’t syncing with the new code so we were standing out in the August heat waiting for a call back. The issue was resolved fast and we were able to enjoy our stay! Very nice and quiet neighborhood. I felt really safe in this home.

We came to Scottsdale to celebrate my husband turning 70 this month. The house was perfect for us, our children, their spouses and our 10 grandchildren!
There was plenty of space for us to spread out but also spend quality time together. We especially appreciated the three full size refrigerators on the property. With our big group, we had lots of room for food and beverages. We cooked all but one meal over the four days and had more than enough pans, utensils, etc.
Our grandkids spent lots of fun hours together in the pool. They also put the pool table to good use. Due to space limitations on two sides of the table it would be great to have shorter pool sticks. Many rousing games of foosball were played. Internet connectivity was wonderful with lots of streaming and gaming from our teenage kiddos.
If you have a large group, I highly recommend this property.

Perfect house for 8 couples (55 and over). Many extras were in the house- extra towels, appliances, 2 refrigerators, games, etc.
The backyard was great to sit around the fireplaces. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but they looked in great shape.
All beds are king beds and very comfortable. We had enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone.
The location was excellent for our group and all of the things we wanted to get to.

This house was perfect for our large group of guys on a golf getaway. Everybody was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom, plus the common areas (kitchen and family room) was a nice large size so everybody could gather and hangout in the evenings. Will definitely consider staying there again for future golf trips!

This property has three wings plus a casita that is perfect for multiple families to stay together and yet still have their own space and privacy. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The pool area is spacious and outdoor areas are large and functional for larger groups.
Kitchen could be cleaned up and refreshed a bit. It needs some "TLC" and appliances need attention. Cleanliness is lacking in kitchen and tile floors, which is easy to address with a good cleaning company.
The management company was VERY attentive and I would definitely book with Arizona Vacation Rentals again when visiting the Scottsdale area.

Our whole family (17 people with kids and grandkids) stayed at this home for my daughter’s special event. All of the separate bedrooms and bathrooms were used and appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool throughout our stay. The kitchen and dining area was set up well for many people to cook and eat. It was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. Wonderful service! We would definitely stay here again!

The photos for this property make you excited. The truth is, there is quite a bit lacking for the amount of money we spent to stay there over Thanksgiving. The pool and jacuzzi are excellent. But the the landscaping (or lack thereof) detract from the setting. Lots of concrete/stones and a brown fire-retardant compound around the fire pit. The rooms are plentiful but small. My shower had no place to put soap or shampoo but on the floor (no 'ledge' or 'caddy'). What's more, you had to stick your hand outside the shower around the back of the shower wall to turn on the shower and adjust the temperature (your arm dripping water on the bathroom floor all the while)!!! We were a BIG group. 18 family members. Lots of sharing of beds. But the communal area to congregate was TINY. We could only comfortably seat 5 people around an excellent TV without dragging other chairs into the tiny space. There was a pool table. Nice. But you couldn't take your stick back without hitting the wall in 2 of the four sides of the table! There was an arcade area but we didn't use it. The neighborhood is poorly landscaped. We did ALL our own cooking digging through cabinets to find the available cooking utensils, etc. I give the kitchen a B-. Communication with the property manager and the owners was excellent and cordial. There was a 2nd outdoor circular fire pit that could seat a large group but the evenings were quite chilly so we didn't make use of the area. Needless to say, collective dining for 18 bodies was very challenging. We put tables together, etc. but it ultimately required us to set up 3 different areas within the kitchen using available countertops, barstools, etc to seat everyone. We made the best of what we had but based on our experience I suggest the property management company should be advertising accommodations for parties of up to 12 guests, not 18-20.

Most things were great, however there were a lot of small inconveniences. Our garbage was never fully taken away. Pump and cleaner went out on pool. Sliding glass door off rail, dishwasher rack broken.

What a place!
"We stayed as a large group of families with kids, so we really appreciated the space with lots of bedrooms and SO many bathrooms (all but one bedroom has its own bathroom)! Every room had a King size bed which was a treat. This place is massive! There are even two firepit areas, one of which has an outdoor TV. One night the kids roasted marshmallows while the rest of the group watched football. We all absolutely loved the game room with arcade games and a pool table. The huge heated pool was warm enough to swim throughout the day. We had loads of fun and would definitely stay again!"
