Estupendo

El apartamento estaba limpísimo y muy bien equipado, puedes aparcar el coche en la puerta y además no hay que desviarse casi nada y para hacer noche está genial, con la piscina, el parque de juegos para los niños...

Quizás las camas eran un poco duras y por mejorar algo yo pondría algo más de variedad en el bar, pero todo está bien, ya es la segunda vez que vamos.

Relax por momentos

Nos han gustado las instalaciones mucho, la casita entera por dentro: mobiliario, baño, decoración etc También la piscina, el agua estaba increíble de temperatura, el entorno….

Complejo cómodo

El apartamento está reformado y con mucho gusto. Tiene todo lo necesario (sartén, cazuela, etc) para poder cocinar en el apartamento. La calefacción es por pellets y rellenan todos los días la máquina. Es una especie de camping, aunque en esta época no estaba abierto y la piscina tampoco, pero tenía buena pinta. Es un espacio grande. El complejo tiene restaurante. Algunos días tienen barbacoa y fuimos a cenar. ¡Fatal! Muchas cosas llegaron frias. También tienen pizzeria y muy bien.

La cafetera es de cápsulas. Te dejan dos cápsulas de cortesía para el primer día, pero el resto ¿Qué? Fuimos a comprar a Hervás y no tenían. Tenías que ir hasta Plasencia a comprar las cápsulas. Deberían tener una cafetera italiana. La cama doble tenía una almohada grande. Pedimos almohadas y nos dieron otra, pero es un fallo a estas alturas una cama con una sola almohada.

I reserved a single room but was given a very nice one bedroom bungalow with kitchenette. comfortable bed, nice bathroom, all very clean. very attentive waiter in restaurant and also the front desk man who checked me in.

bungalow was a rather long walk from the restaurant. no wifi for the bungalow group I was in. pellet stove for heat was a bit tricky to operate. restaurant food was very poor: I was served undercooked eggs, and sausage and bacon that was quite raw and had to be returned to the kitchen. location is a mile north of the village center, good if you have a car, or if you are walking on from there on the Via de La Plata.

Disappointing

The staff were fantastic very helpful and friendly. The quality of the food very fresh and delicious.

We stayed in bungalow number 1 It had a bullet hole in the front door ,yes I Said bullet ,the bedding was terrible and the main bedroom celling was covered in mould.

New bungalows, nice stay.

We stayed in brand new bungalows (B7), all was clean and new with well equipped kitchen and comfy sofa. In winter we enjoyed bio pellets fire place. Good location on via de la plata, near beautiful village Herves. Restaurant was really nice (steaks and pizza) and staff was friendly. Wifi was good in restaurant. Would stay again.

Only minor things: more hangers for towels and jackets, additional blanket in winter. Checkin instruction with equipment on request (eg. hairdryer). Wifi in the bungalows (there was wifi in Restaurant and other areas)

Friendly welcome, staff were attentive. As I have stayed here before the Hotel is good.

Good service, enjoyed the drinks I ordered, no problems with staff.

The location was perfect for the journey through to our destination in Spain. Available bar etc. Table chairs outside chalet good for outdoor drink and food. Plenty of room to park..
