Nice overall. The air conditioner was really loud but that did not bother us. There were no ceiling fans but there were standing fans available in all the bedrooms.

The place is much larger than it appears from the outside so, if you have a group, or will be traveling with family it is very accommodating. The area is very nice as you are initally driving into the neighborhood where the house is located, but as you get closer, it's not as appealing. Especially the street where the house is located. SOME neighbors have a lot of junk in their yards and there is at least 1 abandoned trailer a few lots down. It looks like they are fixing the house next door nicely.
The front and back yards of the rental house also need some attention. This is not a deal breaker since the house is very nice on the inside...but definitely not so new anymore. It would be much easier to feel okay with what they charge for nightly rental if the neighborhood and their own yard were better kept. Again, it's not a deal breaker.
Lastly, I personally do not like the smell of fabuloso scented cleaners. It makes me nauseous and they use a lot of it. Also, if you have allergies and don't like carpet, you have been warned.
We only stayed one night since I goofed up and selected the wrong dates. Sadly, since I booked last minute I was not eligible for a refund for the extra night. Despite that, host was easy to get ahold of, very nice, & responded fairly promptly.

This house was as stated in the description but the outside leaves much to be desired and the area around doesn’t look great either. I could overlook this if I felt safe but the code I was given to get into the door was written on the post right by the door. When I messaged the contact, her response was that it had just been changed by the maintenance guy so no one else would have it. But then who wrote it on the rail? We survived but not sure I would do it again. The only other negative was that the floors did not look like they had been vacuumed.

It was great. Super cozy but one thing we were kinda bummed about is that my family and I bbq year round and even though there was a grill and tank we couldn’t use it because the tank was empty. Also just a suggestion to get a better shovel, as one day it snowed while we were there, the shovel was super cheap and didn’t do such good cleaning.

Property was exactly as advertised and was quiet and was in a perfect location allowing us to easily visit the sites we were seeing!

A modestly-appointed property in the edges of Kachina Village, it was perfect to house several of us for several days for an out of town wedding. Very convenient to the highway, and had easy access to flagstaff and surrounding attractions.

Stay was very nice, as we had no problems during our stay!

This house was perfect for our extended weekend stay in Flagstaff. It is very clean, had everything we needed for preparing meals, and is a quick drive into town. The host was also very responsive.

This house hands down had the most comfortable beds and softest linens of any place I have every stayed. Great central location to many must see attractions. We stayed for two nights and had the chance to see both Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Would definitely stay again!

Went up for a snow weekend in Flagstaff. This property is in a nice location, south of the city but a five minute drive to the major stores. If you’re looking to hangout by the mountain this place will be a bit far, but this neighborhood has a park so you can play in the snow and a hill if you want to speed with kids. It was quick and convenient! The house is bigger than the pictures show! It’s perfect size for two families with kids. Would definitely stay again. Property manager was there to answer questions quickly as well.

We had an amazing time despite being stuck on Kachina. If you plan to visit check the weather. We had a snow storm and we were stuck for 2 days until we braved the snow. The roads are not maintained! If you have a 4x4 you will be just fine.
Other than the weather and road conditions this home was beautiful. The home had everything we needed. We will be back! ❤️

This was a wonderful home for 2 days. My family and I enjoyed the stay and the home was awesome. Planning another trip soon.

We found this house to be clean, modern, spacious, & very well equipped.
The neighborhood was nice and had nearby access to a park, a wetlands preserve, and to the main road to Flagstaff
Communication was prompt. We found propane tanks to the grill & firepit to be empty when we arrived but were replaced on the same day
Furnace blower was a bit loud.
Loved that TV use was simple
yet with many options
Suggest wine glasses be added.

This home is clean and fresh inside, everything seemed new and freshly painted. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. We were there for a music festival at nearby Ft. Tuthill, so just slept there and had breakfast and coffee in the morning. The front isn’t landscaped, the back yard has some chairs and a fire pit that we didn’t use. The backyard isn’t fenced and a stray dog was in the yard when we arrived. Our friend slept on the south side of the house and unfortunately the neighbor on that side left their barking dog out all night so he couldn’t sleep. If that could be resolved we would stay again.

Just need a quick family trip up north to relax. Everything was nice except the air conditioner sounded like a plan was taking off.

The street and the driveway are crushed rock. So it's very dusty outside. But the unit itself was perfectly maintained and nicely equipped with extra blankets and kitchen things like coffee filters. I'd absolutely stay there again.

Very nice!!!!!
Would definitely stay here again. Host was the Best! We noticed that the carafe for the coffee maker was missing and notified the host. A new one was dropped off within a couple of hours. Home is very well maintained and appears to be almost new. Very accessible (3-4 minutes) to 17 expressway yet far enough so you cannot here the traffic.

Great Home Away From Home
We were visiting family for a wedding and wanted a place to stay while helping with all the preparations. This vacation home was exactly what we needed and really surpassed our expectations. It was easy to book. We had communication in a timely manner on the check in process, which was easy.
We arrived to a very clean, beautifully decorated home. The rooms were good size. There were TVs in every room. It was very cozy
We had all the things I forgot, like laundry detergent. And again, did I say CLEAN!? The beds were comfortable. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor hikes much with it being winter, but there was a sledding hill nearby. There is a Dollar store within 1 mile of the cozy home. And all this for the best price I could find by far. Needless to say, we will be staying here again, hopefully soon.

Excellent family accommodations
We enjoyed a wonderful weekend in the snowy pines. This home was perfect for a family of six. Everything you need with comfortable and clean sleeping arrangements. Everything was modern and the property is well maintained. We will look for this rental again!

All the little things
Our stay was wonderful! Everything we needed was provided, even things we weren’t expecting (coffee with a scoop in it, little roses made on the TP, and so much more). It was quiet, comfy, private and clean!!! I would stay here again anytime. Thank you for a wonderful experience :)
