Great place to stay, everything was as advertised.

Fantastic location could ski right to the property. While the building is a little old, the condo itself was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful condo that was a corner unit just a quarter mile from the slopes. While my husband skied, I enjoyed the fireplace, relaxing on the sofa and watching the Roku stations on the TV. Everything was provided for us including an electric blanket, heated bathroom, shovel, and wood for the fireplace (even though we did buy more.) The hot tub was nice after shoveling snow and a day on the slopes. The kitchen was well equipped, with lots of spices, plenty of dishes, and cooking utensils. There is no dishwasher but not really any need. We had a question when we first checked in and it was answered promptly by the condo manager. Lovely place. We'd love to stay there again when we're back in Utah.

The house is super dirty, the kitchen is full of grease, everything has a lot of dust, there is no dishwasher, there is no light in the refrigerator or in the bathroom, the sofa is very uncomfortable

My family and I had a fantastic vacation! The condo was a perfect first floor location to access either giant steps or wildflower lifts. At the end of the day the Brian head shuttle also dropped us off right in front of the condo. The condo was warm and comfortable. We spent late hours on the comfy couch warming in front of the heater and watching movies. The kitchen entertained us during lazy morning breakfasts and late evening dinners. Perfect place for a family of 4!

The condo was nicely redone ! We enjoyed our stay and fishing just right next door was fun , bring your own worms though, no one in that city sells them , so you have to drive into town if you need them ! The condo could use new furniture! In the front room, it just seems really old. Also the fridge light is out and could use a dish drainer for washing dishes ! Overall great experience!

The Condo was ok with one exception... the hot water doesn't fill up the bath tub over half way before running out and a shower lasts maybe 3-4 minutes.

Great location to the resort and pond/park! Will be coming back! Only reason for 4 star cleanliness is the rugs could use some washing or replacing!

The condo was super clean, quiet, and comfortable! Directions were clear and easy to use. We enjoyed all of the many TV streaming services. This unit had many windows to see the beauty of Brian Head!!! We will return.

We’ve stayed at this property several times over the past couple of years. The refrigerator light has been out for over a year and the bathroom sink drain needs to be snaked.

Cute little place with a great setup , a two minute walk to Giant Steps. They also have an indoor spa right down the hall. Perfect after a day on the slopes as

This was a great place to stay for a ski trip. It’s close to everything and it’s on the first floor, so it was easy to get to with ski stuff.
The bed is comfortable and the sectional was great to relax at the end of the day. It’s quiet and has beautiful views of the lift and the mountains.
We will definitely be back😊

We stayed 2 nights here. The place is very eclectic which is fun. The couch was super comfy. The king bed was comfortable too. The check in process is easy. And the location is great! Right next to Giant Steps. The unit is also on the ground floor right inside a side door. Made unloading and loading so easy.
The hot tub was clean. The sauna looked nice but we didn’t use it.
The place was clean. The 4 stars is because of the linens. I’m kind of a linen snob, so if you don’t care then skip this part. The sheets had really bad pilling. Luckily I often travel with my own sheets, so I am able to use mine when needed. The towels were just okay. The closet that had all the linens and bedding for the blow up mattresses was sort of unorganized.
I would recommend this place though and I would stay here again. It suited our needs great. If you’re a linen snob like me take your own sheets, towels, and blankets. (I prefer snuggling with my own blanket)
Thanks for sharing your place with us. We had a great time chilling after skiiing.

This was our second stay at the same condo. Our family owns other condos in the building, so when we get together my wife and I like to rent this unit.

Great place to stay!
My husband and I stayed here because it was in between Zion and Bryce Canyon to hike. We loved this small town atmosphere and the places to eat. Great experience and would recommend staying here!

Great rental near ski resorts, day trips to Zion and Bryce Canyon.
We had a great time! The rental was clean and fresh, had all the comforts of home (plus some!) and great decor. We even find some surprise goodies from the host.
We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect couples retreat
This was the perfect space for my husband and I to get away for a couple days. The condo was clean, perfect size for just the two of us, and very comfortable. Easy access to to both skiing lodges. The lodge to the smaller hills was a short drive away but you are right next door to the lodge with the bigger hills. We also utilized the hot tub on premises after our day of skiing and that was great! I was really impressed with this vrbo for multiple reasons but also impressed with the host as having the added touch of extra toiletries that one of their guests may have forgotten. I had forgotten to pack my toothbrush and to my surprise there were a few new toiletry items sitting in one of the bathroom drawers. I was super thankful for that. I’m sure this would also be a great place to stay during the warm months as Brian head also has hiking near by. My husband and I will definitely be back to stay again.

Very convenient
Loved it! Super cozy and quick walk to the main lift. We didn’t want to leave.

Good location but that’s about it
Pillowcase was stained, shower soap dispenser was empty, and there wasn’t a single box of Kleenex there. We called and left messages for their contact Barbara twice the first night we were there. She didn’t call back at any time during the two days we were there.

Nice fully equipped condo. Great location.
Cute condo. The 1st floor location was nice after a great long ski day. Kitchen was fully equipped. Fireplace added nice ambiance!
The shower/tub mixer valve need some work….could not get a good temp. Either super hot or Luke warm. Also could use a better supply of linens. (Wash cloths and towels).
Overall a great rental.

Adorable Condo & Perfect Location
We LOVED this condo! It was beautifully updated, comfortable bed, and great location for easy access to Giant Steps. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi in the building. We'll definitely be back!

Great location & place
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was everything that was listed. I would however make sure you note in your description that there is a laundry room in the condo complex that is coin operated. Didn’t know until we showed up. Location was amazing. We were walking distance to Giant Steps which was helpful for my kids to walk back to warm up after snowboarding. Very nice place to ring in the new year and thank you for providing firewood for those cold nights. Happy New Year.

Due to cold weather we had to spend indoor majority of our stay. Thankfully the apartment had all what we needed plus a lot of extras that we didn't think earlier about. Very comfortable, recently upgraded, walkable distance to ski lift. Highly recommended.

Truth in Advertising
We loved this place and Brian Head. You literally walk out the back door, over a snow patch and you are in the Giant Steps parking lot!
The condo looks newly refurbished and has all the amenities. They left us some thoughtful snack and treats. Linens were new and high quality. Outside storage is great for skis and snowbaords. We will be back, thanks for a great stay.

Perfect location, Clean, comfortable
We found the location to be ideal with easy walking access to the park, resort, and restaurants. Easy access and I am glad we didn't have to deal with flights of stairs. The Condo was clean, comfortable, and felt like home away from home. Parked right next to the entrance for the condo. We enjoyed the hot tub and the end of our daily adventures. We will be back !!!. Thank you
