About this villa rental
Position perfect, renovated units that are located directly opposite the beautiful McCrae Beach, Foreshore and Coastal Walking Track. Just a short walk to the very popular Restaurants, Cafes and shops of McCrae Village and also 100 meters from the McCrae Yacht Club and Lighthouse.
Across the road from the Beach and walk to everything.
Unit 1 is the front unit with easy access to a relaxing deck area from the open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Fully renovated, the unit comprises an open plan living and dining area, designer kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, central bathroom and European laundry.
The main lounge, dining and kitchen area is air-conditioned and opens to a rear and side deck area which has an outdoor setting and BBQ. The lounge has a TV and cosy gas log fire for the cooler days. Cooking is easy in the fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas cooktop, microwave and full size fridge and freezer.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 2 has a queen and single bed.
The bathroom is modern with a shower over bath, vanity and toilet and includes a European style laundry with trough and washing machine.
2 Secure off-street Parking spots. One in front of the Villa and one inside the property which is gated.
Long and Short Term rentals welcome.
A short drive from Sky Eagle Chairlift, Breweries, Many Wineries, Surf Beaches, and Mornington Racecourse and plenty more!
All linen and towels provided. BYO Beach Towels.
Lost or damaged linen or towels may incur fees.
There are three other units available to rent on the property (if available) - ideal for groups or multiple families who are wanting to holiday together but still have their own space.
Please note that during the December / January holiday period there is a 7 night minimum booking with check in/check out on Sunday.

Only stayed one night, but loved it and wish we'd had more time. Chose the place due to proximity to the yacht club and found it met our requirements perfectly. Great host, provided all the things we needed and more. The unit itself was spacious and well decked out. Would come again.

My partner and I stayed for one night and absolutely loved the place. Nicely stocked kitchen including all essentials, lovely clean rooms and bathroom, and the outdoor area was lovely. The location is great - just a short walk to the beach and some nice cafes. Will 100% be returning!

We would like to stay again due to easy proximity to McCrae beach & walks to Dromana and/or Blairgowrie!
We would want assurance we could have been able to extend our departure time by one hour or at least be able to contact Sylvania if we lost the key (unlikely) but not being able to make contact re the collapsed towel rail in bathroom plus unable to locate aircon remote control (heater instructions in booklet but nothing abt cooler???) we are in our 70’s but far from blind! After sweltering through night I located remote behind plant on wall nowhere in vicinity of the aircon!
Overall we loved our experience & Thankyou for the wine & bickies!

The location of this place is absolutely perfect! Right across from the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants, we were in love with this unit! Silvana was amazing from the get-go and even left us little treats for our anniversary. We would HIGHLY recommend this stunning place!

Modern unit in convenient location
Visit started well meeting friendly host putting finishing touches on the property for my stay. The unit is open and airy with decks front and back of the property. Lovely decor and amenities and perfect location to beach, shops and local cafes. Will certainly book again
