Ledgestone Lodge | Family and Large-Group Oriented Chalet in Lake Harmony

Nestled between the trees in Lake Harmony Estates, our 8 bedroom, 5 bath home is the perfect blend of seclusion and proximity for large groups, families, and corporate retreats looking to escape to the Pocono Mountains and enjoy all the area has to offer.

*PLEASE NOTE: NO PROM or GRAD Groups, even with adult signature or chaperones. All members must be 25 years or older to rent unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

8 Bedrooms plus loft – Sleeps 29

Ledgestone Lodge comfortably sleeps up to 29 guests across 8 bedrooms and loft. The bedrooms are spaciously laid out over three floors with one large primary suite and two bedrooms with two queen beds each on the first floor, one large primary suite and two bedrooms with two queen beds each on the second floor, and two bedrooms with two queen beds each plus a loft with twin daybed on the third floor. This layout is perfect for groups who value flexibility and privacy in space.

Enjoy all the comforts of home with cedar log beds, Smart TVs, cooling ceiling fans, AC in every bedroom, and functional bathrooms. Each primary suite has it’s own full ensuite bathroom with stand-in shower.

Open-Concept Living

Unwinding in our home of 5,400 sq ft of living space is easy. The great room located on the second floor is spacious and connects seamlessly to our large, raised deck separated by a dual sided fireplace. High vaulted ceilings, solid hardwood floors and stained wainscotting add warmth throughout the space.

There is ample space to gather with friends and family with a large sofa in the main living room and gathering-style seating around our large island table with seating for 16.

Our fully equipped kitchen is large enough to prepare meals for large group gatherings and retreats. Granite countertops with ample workspace, a wine and beer cooling fridge, and bar counter for four are perfect for entertaining and gathering. Two refrigerators, two freezers, and two dishwashers allow for cooking for large groups while offering the means for an easy cleanup so that you can make most of your time with family, friends, and coworkers.

The lower-level game room at Ledgestone Lodge is fully loaded with a Multicade arcade system, a professional Olhausen 8' slate pool table, a wine and beer fridge, a large plush sofa, and flat screen TV.

Outdoor Living

Our fantastic indoor entertainment space opens to the finest in outdoor living. Our undercover patio with Adirondack seating is perfect for those looking to enjoy the beauty of nature that surrounds them under the cover of our raised upper deck. Some guests have been lucky enough to feed the local deer from the patio! With several closely positioned trees in the front yard, some groups have creatively hung their hammocks to drape between the clustered trees.
The raised upper deck offers another 700 sq ft of outdoor living with a gas Weber Genesis grille and plenty of seating for the whole crew to get together and enjoy alfresco dining under the stars.
Our private hot tub jacuzzi is located just around back of our home and is suitable for groups of 6-8.

This was the first big family vacation we’d done with everyone. Expectations were high and this house delivered! It comfortably accommodated our group of 22 ranging from toddlers to grandparents. The double fridges and dual dishwashers, large kitchen, fantastic island, and sprawling table were perfect for mealtime gatherings. The open concept of the main living areas gave a spacious feeling even though we were all super close. The large TVs were perfect for movies and gaming, and the multiple sitting areas allowed us to both hang out and spread out. One of our favorite features was the double sided fireplace! That was particularly nice as we had a cold and rainy spell during our visit. The hot tub and other amenities were also a lot of fun! The house was well stocked with high quality dishes, and had a good assortment of pots, pans, etc. With eight separate bedrooms and five bathrooms, the house served our party pretty well. I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and this was one of the cleaner and well maintained ones. The location is fantastic. Lots of things within an hour drive to do for tikes, grands, teens, and adults! Biking, hiking, train rides, boat rentals, beaches etc. Plenty of wildlife too. One of the favorites was the local garbage bear that made his rounds almost every morning (so yes, keep that trash box latched tight)! The hosts were great. Good communication, clean instructions, polite and professional. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I came down with Covid so I was unable to join my family during our wonderful Poconos weekend. But my family loved it all! I had rented another home last year but this year my family said this home was much more ideal for our family.

We celebrated my brothers bachelor party at the house, with friends flying in from all over the country. The space was perfect for a group of 16 guys. Having all queen beds was a major win. Thanks for the great stay!

We all had a wonderful time at the Ledgestone Chalet. Everything was clean and neat. There was plenty of room for 25 people to eat together and make use of the 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Many of us used the washer/dryer and double dishwashers without difficulty. We would definitely recommend this and would stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Spent a planned ski weekend at Ledgestone Lodge and, while the weather didn’t cooperate for skiing, the house afforded us plenty of space and amenities for our large family group to enjoy. Clean and well-appointed. Process was easy and communication throughout was very good.

Erin and crew were wonderful hosts! The house was immaculate and the owners are very kind and welcoming. There were 28 of us who spent Thanksgiving here. We all had a place to sleep, every amenity imaginable and the surrounding area is amazing with lots to do. We loved taking walks around lake, finding hiking trails, and hanging out at the house playing pool or enjoying hot tub. We also went to the indoor water park nearby. The kids loved it. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a Thanksgiving feast and the table and kitchen island were large enough for us to share a meal. Unforgettable family memories. Thank you SO much!

This is the second time we stayed here and had a wonderful time. Our favorite feature was the dining room table which was large enough for us all to sit around and eat and play games. The fireplace which faces indoors and outdoors is another nice focal point and it was warm enough to sit around outside. The house provided linens this year which was a plus. The only downside was that the oven only seemed to heat when on convection so it took us forever to cook dinner the first night. Also, be aware that the bears can get into the garbage despite using ammonia and locking the latch. All in all, its a great house - very spacious and great location!

We hosted our parents’ 50th anniversary family get together here and the house was perfect! No issues to deal with. Very spacious and fun things for the kids to do. If I could say 1 thing- the master bedroom should have a king bed. Beautiful home!

The house is beautiful! It is huge and easily accommodated all of us. It is in fabulous condition and has everything we could have possibly wanted. The enormous granite dining area seats at least 16 people and was the gathering spot for us all weekend. The location is perfect - an easy walk to the lake and a convenient drive to so many places. We really appreciated the dual dishwashers, 2 full sized refrigerators and the separate wine and drink refrigerators under the island and on the lower level in the game area. Hot tub was excellent and easy to use. All-in-all, excellent experience - thank you!

This house was perfect for our group of 13 adults and 8 children (ranging from 1-17). We loved how open the kitchen/living area was, as well as a the basement. The kids liked the loft area which is where the wanted to sleep even though we had plenty of bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and had two refrigerators and a wine fridge as well as a fridge in the basement. The indoor/outdoor gas fireplace was awesome too! Plenty of parking and space outdoors to hang out and play games. Deer visited multiple times a day and we hand fed them fruits/vegetables so if you like that kind of thing, bring extra food for them and they’ll keep visiting throughout your stay!!

The house was very nice and spacious for a large group but wouldn’t stay there again. It was expensive and you literally have to clean the entire place prior to leaving (all trash needed to be taken out including the bathrooms, bed needed to be made, floor were to be vacuumed, dishes needed to be emptied and put away). Basically all cleaning needed to be done and the only thing the cleaners would have left to do is mop! Your paying so much in cleaning fee plus the rental and than on top of that cleaning the entire place yourself! We also had to take the trash to a near by trash bin (drive there with the trash in our car) because the trash was full when we arrived.

We travel with a large group of 24 every labor day, so it's tough finding a house and location that suits our needs. This one checked all of the boxes! A house large enough to house all of us and keep the kids entertained, a lake with a private beach to cool off, and an indoor waterpark to release some energy! Our host, Jim, was very accommodating with my millions of questions and very clear about our stay. If anyone wants a stress-free week or weekend, this is your spot. Thank you!
