About this house rental
Enjoy the all year round Heated Pool and Spa and ease away your stresses with the Hot Stone Sauna. There are also leisure activities on offer such as studio bike exercise and treadmill. Enjoy a game of pool or some summer fruit picking the gardens.
This luxurious two story retreat decorated with a mix of contemporary & retro furnishings.
Whilst we do anticipate Wi-Fi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wi-fi availability is dependent on the network provider. The owner will not be held accountable for network errors.
The property will accommodate up to 10 guest (including children) $1100 per night (Sunday to Thursday). $1500 per nights (Friday & Saturday) After 10 guests (including children) there will be $50 extra per guest per night for up to maximum 5 guests. Minimum 2 night stay. Check in after 3pm- check out before 10am unless otherwise notified. Full access to house except Staff Rooms, workshop shed outside next to the pool area.
The bedding configurations as follows -
Upstairs
1 king bedroom with walk in robe, en-suite with spa and balcony with views of
Mt Buffalo.
2 X Queen Bedrooms.
1 X double bedroom.
1 bathroom with separate toilet.
Downstairs:
1 x spacious bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a single size bunk bed and a double size bunk bed.
1 x queen bedroom only open when there are more than 13 guests.
1 x bathroom with 2 separate toilets.
The property also has to spacious lounge areas, which include 65 inch flat screen TV with Netflix and Stan, complementary Wi-Fi , leather lounge. There is a cozy wood fire for those chilly winter nights and full air-conditioning got the warmer months. The second lounge room also has a 65 inch flat screen television with Netflix and Stan , 2 bean bags, a spacious lounge suite.
The open plan kitchen looks out to Mt Buffalo. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining table can seat 8 guests.
Step outside to a beautiful patio with an outdoor setting, BBQ, lovely surrounding gardens and unbeatable views.
All bedding and linen supplied.

The Buffalo River Retreat is approx. 30 minutes from Bright, 40 minutes from Wangaratta and 25 minutes from Beechworth. Lake Buffalo is approximately 20 minutes away where you can enjoy boating and fishing activities. There are also several wineries within a 15 - 20 minute drive from Myrtleford. Snow fields- Falls Creek & Mt. Hotham within 1hour 30 minutes. Ski hire - Rays Ski Shop Myrtleford. Check with Myrtleford Information centre regarding bus services to the slopes.
Tariff $1100 per night mid week (Sun-Thur) up to 10 Guests (including children) and $1500 per night weekend (Fri & Sat).

Please note: no pets please.
The property has an outdoor security camera, capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. This is to ensure that no additional guests are staying at the property. If there are more than 15 guests at the property, you will be asked to leave as this is breaking a house rule
