About this house rental
INDEPENDENT ROOMS! Similar to a granny flat but not exactly. Unique and Rare opportunity preferable for long stays: two beautiful furnished bedrooms close to Curtin Uni & Waterford Shopping Centre in Karawara. To be rented separated or together, walking distance to Curtin Uni and Waterford shopping centre. Just besides Como, Salter Point, Bentley, Vic Park and Kensington areas.
Nice and quiet cul-de-sac street with plenty of secure parking. Rooms are independent from main house and entrance through side door. These two rooms share a toilet, bathroom and laundry/kitchenette area for basic cooking. Similar to a granny flat but not exactly. Sorry no pets, no drugs, no smoking nor alcohol. 4 weeks Bond required. Close to bus stop & Uni campus; 5 minutes driving/cycling to Canning Bridge train station. Call me if you want to see them. Not a party house.
You will have:

Warm in winter, cool in summer with a fan included

Side bed table, desk and chair included with an additional computer monitor
Inbuilt big closet with double doors both with mirrors
Carpeted bedrooms
Nice & clean tiled floor on common areas
Big windows with plenty of light and elegant wood blinds
Come or book a viewing to take a look, you won't get disappointed!!
Single bedroom has been taken, only double bedroom available, be quick to secure it before both are gone!!
You will have your own independent entrance and will be able to come and go at your own time. Contact with the main house mainly on the weekends or as per your own preference. We respect privacy. You won't find other opportunity like this. In these times of COVID-19 very clean and respectful guests are desired and references needed. If you are tired of renting with a lot of messy people, you like to be respected, you are super clean and you don't like your food or personal items go missing, then this is definitely for you!
Note: we don't receive people for quarantine purposes.
