We rented this home for our adult children and grandchildren to stay in. The house was perfect for what we needed! It was well appointed and conveniently located 7 minutes from our home. One suggestion would be better lighting in the family room. Our options were harsh can lights with no dimmer switch or one table lamp that was insufficient for the space but,again, just a suggestion. Really the only disappointment was the way we were treated by Wes, the property manager. Not sure if he just had a bad experience with rowdy college kids or if it’s just his overall demeanor, but he was just a very condescending and sarcastic person by nature. My 30 year old son was driving in from LA with his friend and golden retriever with the intention of leaving the dog with my husband and me at our house. All he did was contact Wes the day of his arrival just to confirm that the dog couldn’t stay at the rental. Wes said no, the owner is allergic and has a strict no pets policy. No problem - he drove straight to our house to drop her off. The next day my 38 year old daughter answered the door to find Wes there unannounced, supposedly to see if everything was okay but she said he was trying to walk in and she stopped him but he was trying to look past her, clearly looking for a dog. Not appropriate! Eventually we all started referring to him as Angry Guy. When we couldn’t find the code to turn on the hot tub we all jokingly argued over who would contact him. There are more incidents too long to get into but the owner should know we were not a bunch of crazy party people (in fact, we didn’t even drink). Just a family of nice kids, oarents and grandparents looking for a place to gather that had plenty to do for the kids. By the way, they loved the pool! Would rent it again, but Wes might need to take a chill pill and get a little sensitivity training.

The property is beautiful and the house was perfect for the 5 couples that stayed. The location was near grocery stores and other shops in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is amazing with lots of space to prep meals, and everything that you need to stay in and cook meals-even the pots were All Clad! Everyone enjoyed the back yard, pool, and spa. We met Wes, the property manager at the property and he showed us around and went over everything we would need to know for the home. We had a wonderful stay and if we come back to Scottsdale we would stay at this property again.

We were 5 couples on our annual trip. The property was clean and well maintained. Our host, Wes, was great and very attentive with quick response times to any questions. Only issue is the A/C is cotrolled by the owner and kept at 75°, which got a little warm for those hot night sweats if u like to sleep cool. Overall, I would recommend this property and would definately return to stay again.

The house was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The kitchen was well stocked, the dishes, pots, pans, etc. were plentiful, and I know this isn't a common comment, but the kitchen knives were sharp! (I've been in too many rental with dull knives that make cooking a pain.)
The property POC was very pleasant, accommodating, and responded to all inquiries in a timely manner. The house is located near some great golf courses, which was perfect for our trip.
I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Property worked great for our needs, but the house was in disarray. None of the amenities worked, no pool net to clean pool, pool chemicals were off, house was beat up, kitchen cabinet doors falling off, tp and towel racks falling off the wall, no key to fire table to use, which description says is available.

The location is wonderful, almost to Carefree so houses are spread out, and it’s just a 5 minute drive to a nearby desert conservation area with many trails to walk. We loved getting up every morning for an early walk/hike. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and we spent most of our day in the water since it was in the 90’s. But there’s nice shade also if that’s what you prefer. The open concept indoors was perfect for meals, games, and hanging out. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you might need. The only surprise was you aren’t able to use the fires pictured on either side of the hot tub since a previous guest cracked one...but that was no problem for us. The pool and hot tub have really great water features and lighting schemes that make the ambience and more than make up for that! And there’s another fireplace you can use if that’s what you want. Overall we had an awesome time and loved this location!

Our family stayed here for our wedding elopement in Sedona. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed! Location was amazing.

A fantastic week of relaxation
We had 3 families, with 6 kids ranging from 15-21. We rent VRBO’s often and I can say that this one was furnished better than any others we’ve stayed at. Everything was top notch and high quality, from the appliances, utensils, cookware, towels, beds, patio furniture, etc,. Everything was clean, new, and fully stocked. You could cook, bake, grill out or prepare anything and they had the best equipment to do so.
The pool and patio area were amazing. We have a lot of activities planned but ended up doing very few of them because everyone just wanted to relax by the pool and enjoy the sun. The pool and hot tub were the perfect size, and easy to manage the different functions via iPad.
The bedrooms all have bathrooms, and the beds themselves were very comfortable. There are TV’s in very room, even in the pool table room and outside! And the living room TV was huge, which was perfect for watching the NCAA Final Four during our stay. The gas fire pit was a regular gathering spot every night that everyone enjoyed as well.
The house is very close to Cave Creek, which has a lot of shops and restaurants. And also just a few minutes to a Target and Safeway grocery store to stock up when needed.
All in all it was an awesome vacation, and would recommend to anyone looking for a large, clean, modern, and well stocked house to enjoy a trip to Scottsdale.

Excellent stay in Carefree.
The home was terrific for our group of four couples. It was comfortable and has many amenities including great outdoor space with pool, hot-tub and gas fire pits. The home is near golf and hiking. We enjoyed the home and would rent it again. The only draw back is the you don’t have control over the thermostat and it was cold for a few days during our stay so we had to call to adjust the heat.

We were not given a PIN number and the home manager would not give us the pin when asked. The manager asked that we tell him where to set it remotely. When we told him were to set it , he would set it one degree lower. A few days later the thermostat reverted back to 68 degrees and we had to again get the manager who promptly set it at 70 degrees, one degree cooler than was asked. I’m certain that the manager could have come to the property to reset the thermostats allowing the guests to adjust the temperature themselves. Customer service was lacking by this manager.The property and furnishing were high quality and more than adequate. Despite the thermostat problems , I recommend the property.

Great family retreat
What a wonderful house for family reunion after 2 years apart for Covid. Plenty of room for all 12, 6 adults and 6 teens. Everyone loved the pool/spa, fire pit area. The roomy kitchen was loaded with all you need, even with Christmas baking. Beautiful views, hikes close by, grocery store close too.

Immaculate and spacious
Stayed here with my immediate family and my siblings families. There were 14 of us and the house was plenty large enough for us all. It was perfect! Very clean - looked recently built - each bedroom had its own bath, had everything you could need, and Wes, the property manager was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House
My friends and I rented the house for a long weekend. The house is absolutely beautiful and has every feature you could want. Awesome pool with water and light features. Gas fire pit and outdoor kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of towels and linens. The neighborhood was really nice and private too. The property manager met us at the house and told us about the property. He was responsive to a couple questions we had as well. Overall, great stay and location. We didn't want to leave!
