It’s an amazing property. We loved everything about the property, starting from the comfort till food and relaxation
Nothing as such
4.1
Nothing
Everything except the location about this property is bad. It is a 2 star property advertising itself as 4 star.
Dirty room with Dirty Linens and pathetic staff.
4.1
Plastic avoidance.
Please- never again offer filtered (non botteled) water to western people. Although I asked several times, I was told I can drink it. Afterwards I was stomach sick for 1.5 weeks.
The idea to avoid plastic is super, but not for that result.

Beautiful property. It was peaceful and serene. The staff were very kind and helpful. Eco friendly property.
None of the guests wore masks and the property did not enforce the rule.
4.1
Serene natural habitat with comfortable accommodation and pleasant staff.
Not much of activities happening. Anyway it was expected in view of the pandemic

The property has a lot of trees and animals and the entire vibe is so close to nature , that it’s a perfect getaway from the urban jungle. Waking up to the melodious chirping of birds every morning was very soothing. The thing we liked the most is the amazing food , we opted for full board and were mightily surprised by the variety and also the excellent dishes they offered.
They also have their own open Greenland at the backside which meets the serene lake and spending the evenings there was sheerly blissful , they also have a setup of providing high tea with yummy snacks in the evening. They also have cycling area near the lake which we didn’t try due to my wife’s foot injury.
The swimming pool is clean and very large with depth extending 6feet plus.
We loved our stay and plan to comeback during the onset of monsoons.
The AC was weak in the room and wifi is scarily close to being totally dysfunctional.
We also opted for the spa but the masseuse here are not trained at all , so pls save yourself some bucks. But these are the things you can easily forgive considering how beautiful the property is and the excellent food and staff.

The location of the property is really nice. The cottages are a few and it doesn't seem crowded. There is a feel of proper jungle resort. My 2 year old enjoyed the nature a lot. There were various plantations such as mango, jackfruit, passion fruit and avacado inside and they also make delicious home made icecream from those fruits. The backwater and river is such a calm place. We enjoyed the hammock too.
Safari was organized nicely and there is only one option of mini bus or canter. The transportation was also included which takes around 20 mins. If you want to hire Jeep Safari, then this is not the resort to book. Go for govt run ones.
Me and my wife also took the messages in spa and liked it.
The staff was helpful and courteous. They were always welcoming with a smile.
It's too expensive for the services offered. We paid around 32k for 2 nights.
The food was really bad. We expected much better quality of food at a resort. Only thing we liked was their home made icecream but that too needed to be ordered separately, although without any charge. There is only buffet option and you can't really order from the menu as we found out that they can't prepare most of the items. Even the tea and coffee were bad.
The Jacuzzi wasn't working and we had to call maintenance to get it started. However, there was no hot water supply at any point of time, so we couldn't really use that.
Although part of the package, our driver wasn't even provided accommodation as Driver dormitory was full from workers currently working at the resort. He was given a bed in kitchen after multiple requests. He also told us that food given to him was undercooked.

Although the spread of the breakfast was not great, the choice of the items was intelligent and very satisfying.
Location is excellent and the resort is perfect for a week-end get away and relaxation. The green turf bordering the back-waters, hammocks facing the back waters, cycle ride on the turf were all relaxing and joyous.
There were not sufficient activities to keep the guests engaged as this resort is very far away and as rate includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, rarely do guests move out. Except for some time spent at the bar before dinner, there was not much to do. Since day time was spent in going to Wildlife reserve, rest of the time spent in sauntering around lazily, having a couple of beers, it was ok.
