503 Shorewood is a recently updated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Penthouse Villa. From the time you are behind the Shorewood gates you are in a little slice of landscaped heaven. Taking the elevator to the top floor you can see the ocean from the moment you open the door. Passing the updated open kitchen, there is a nice dining area and a comfortable living area (includes a queen sleeper sofa) with a cathedral ceiling and flat screen. But with floor to ceiling windows you will be watching the ocean more than the TV. Off the Living Room is a balcony perfect for morning coffee and an evening cocktail.
The Master Bedroom has the same views. Imagine waking to the sunrise right from the King bed. With tons of space and a flat screen it is the perfect place to get away from it all. The Master Bathroom has a large walk-in shower to melt any cares away.
Also tastefully decorated the Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed and flat screen and uses the updated hall bathroom.
Whether you are using the kitchen to just fix breakfast or a complete gourmet meal during your stay this kitchen has it all. There is also a washer dryer for your use as well.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.The condo was in a prime location.The unit had all of the necessary items for our visit.The one thing we would recommend is replacing the mattress in the master bedroom.It was very uncomfortable.Beyond that, it was great!

This was our second time at Shorewood, first in this unit. It's a great location, love the higher floor because you can sit outside and have unobstructed views of the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need, there wasn't a utensil that we were missing. My husband was happy to see the Keurig. The bathrooms are small and cramped so be ready for that. My kids thought the second bedroom bed was too small for them so my son slept on the couch, said it was comfy enough.
Suggestion to the owner: add some wooden multi- hook strips to a few of the blank wall spaces so folks can have a place to hang towels up after a day at the beach! So many rental units just don't have enough places to hang damp towels!
Overall, we love Shorewood as a vacation spot and wil always look here when we come to HHI. Location can't be beat, the private beach access is perfect and the pool is great. Walking distance to everything at Coligny is a great perk. Two thumbs up!

Absolutely perfect! Penthouse views, waking up to the sunrise and enjoying coffee on the private deck, watching the dolphins pass by. Easy walk down to the beach. The property was quiet and well maintained. The condo itself was super comfortable..from the couches to the beds. I was able to cook comfortably in the kitchen and it had all I needed. Quick walk to Coligny plaza for shopping and of course, ice cream! We enjoyed the bikes and exploring the island. I will definitely be booking this place again!!! One of the best condos we’ve stayed in!!

This was our first time to stay at Shorewood Villas, and we were very happy with this choice. The unit was very clean, furnished nicely, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location was great - just an easy quick walk to Colignay Plaza for restaurants and shops. The pool area was beautiful. We appreciated beach chairs and bikes being included. We hope to come back next year, and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week! This property has a speculator view. Four bikes included and four beach chairs! Easy beach access! Overall room was nice and clean. Minor complaint on A/C vents appearance …but nothing major! Would recommend to anyone! Would stay here again! ☀️

Some of the best views on that end of the island. Loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Everything in the unit was new and clean. 2 missing knobs on lights and a loose toilet are all that keep this from being perfect!

Condo and facilities were clean and well maintained. (only downside was the ice maker did not feed ice) Very quiet unit. Top floor view of the ocean was great. We used the included beach chairs and bikes to the max. One bike had a flat tire, we call the bike shop and it was fixed within an hour. The proximity to resturants/shopping/beach was excellent. We would recommend, 5 stars.

Recommendations to make the experience better: 1) Replace balcony/patio furniture with “high top” style furniture included in marketing photos so that guest can have unobstructed view of ocean. 2) Clean / dust ceiling fans ... gross ... otherwise unit very clean . 3) Consider having basic kitchen essentials (foil, etc.) for guests - these are generally found in many VRBO/AirB&B type rentals and help make experience for enjoyable. 4) Install plastic/rubber seal strip on bottom of shower door in master bath - water pours onto floor even if being careful.

A very beautiful villa, everything we needed and the views were spectacular! We decided to book it for next year and someone beat us to it by 2 days. The complex was very well maintained, pool so nice, we hated to leave. Will be watching for 2025!

This is a very nice location and the pictures were true to the actual property. Beach, shops, restaurants and bars are walkable (10 min). The property is gated and secured. I would definitely stay here again.

We traveled with my 2 small kids (2 and 4). We loved the location and pool is great for young kids but has plenty of space for everyone. The path to the beach has mats all the way down which is great with a wagon.
The condo has amazing views and is recently updated. The kitchen amenities could use some additions like unbreakable cups, measuring cups and mixing bowls - but otherwise was well appointed.
The condo is large with tons of storage.
Management should check on the tv in the living room - it is coming off the wall.
The master has great blackout curtains and the balcony is so nice.
We loved our stay and would stay again!

Wonderful condo
We visited Shorewood for a third time in the past few years. We went with our three adult children and their young families. This is a perfect walkable location and the condo was great! Clean, beautiful ocean view and convenient to the pool area.....highly recommend!

Great location, room showing it’s age
We enjoyed our stay overall. The area is close to shops and dining. The room was clean on arrival. The rooms are in need of some minor repairs/ fix ups. For example, there is paint peeling off the ceilings in a few areas, rusted air vents, poor air flow to the second bedroom. We also all had cold showers every night. The water started hot but turned cold within minutes. Maybe that was because both showers were running at the same time. We didn’t want to have to deal with repairs while we were trying to enjoy our vacation so we didn’t bother calling the property manager. The bathrooms are much smaller in person than how they appear online. Over all, a decent stay, but we would not return. It seemed very over priced for what it was.

A couple of things we weren't sure about before we stayed -- the condo building has an elevator and the condo has a keurig coffee maker in addition to a drip coffee maker.
The condo has two bathroom, but they were both really small. It was just two of us staying in the condo, so we took one bathroom each.
The primary bed was a little uncomfortable. I found I had to try to sleep towards the edge where there was more padding.
The rental company was good to work with and we would look into using them again.
