We recently stayed at Sea Esta, and it was a wonderful experience. The property was impeccable maintained and had amazing amenities. The living spaces and kitchen were wonderful for entertaining and relaxing. The patio was great as well, and offered great views of the neighborhood. Communication with the property manager was helpful to make this stay more than comfortable for us. Overall, Sea Esta was a perfect vacation home, and we can't wait to go back!

Rhis is a nice location if you want to be very close to the pool. My teenage daughters and their friends enjoyed riding their bikes around Watercolor. We rented a golf cart so we dry to the parking area by the beach access ($25 per day to park). There is room at the property for 8 bikes, an 8 seater golf cart and one large SUV or truck. Our second vehicle we parked down the street (about 2 minute walk) in one of the street parking spaces. Depending on time of year and day you can find a street parking space closer. The golf cart drive to the beach is about 7 minutes. My daughters and their friends enjoyed riding their bikes to the beach. There were plenty of spaces to park a bike for free. The house had plenty of spce for the 12 of us (8 teenagers). Using thebunk beds was perfect for the teenagers. Plus the carriage house had a lot of space and its own kitchen. The main kitchen with its large island and dining table worked great for us to cook and eat in the kitchen. The decor was beautiful. The beds and couch were comfy. Multiple porches were we could relax. May is a great time to go. The weather was perfect. Warm enough to enjoy the beach but not oppressively hot yet. Definitely recommend Watercolor and Sea Esta!

The home was just as advertised, well-equipped, plenty of room, plenty of linens, very clean The location was great because we could walk to the pools and park. We also walked to the shops and restaurants several times. Seaside is a bustling, busy area and we had a memorable family trip!

We had a wonderful time! Across the street from camp Watercolor and a short bike ride to play tennis or pickleball. The home had everything we needed! Will definitely be back!

Plenty of room for our extended family. Bunks for kids, large open kitchen and family room. Very short walk to Camp Watercolor which was so much fun for the kids ages 3-12.

My family and I recently stayed at Sea Esta in Watercolor and it was unforgettable. The property exceeded all of our expectations and we cannot recommend it enough.
The location was perfect, close to Watercolor and just a bike ride from the beach. The house itself was well maintained and super spacious.
The amenities of the neighborhood were an added bonus. The heated pools and water slides were a hit with the kids and adults, and we spent hours on the lazy river. (Not to mention the bars at the pool)
The bikes were surprisingly nice and allowed us to explore Watercolor. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.
Overall, we cannot recommend Sea Esta enough. If you are looking for a luxurious and unforgettable family vacation in Watercolor, this is the place to stay.
We cannot wait to return for another visit! Five stars all around!

House says sleeps 16 should be 12. The full bunks counted as 2 people. Not practical. For a party of 16 only allowed 12 arm bands necessary for access to all amenities. Upon arrival Saturday, We were only left with 9 arm bands and 3 temporary cards. When I called, was told the other 3 arm bands would be delivered first thing Monday morning. At 11:45am Monday I text Kathy to see where arm bands were and she told me the manager was busy and would have to bring in an hour or so. I told her my family had already been denied entry to beach because cards were no longer good. She said yes those were only good for weekend. I ended up having to go to HOA office myself to pick up bands and they were not ready. They said no email for bands for me. Come to find out they had my rental address listed for last name Wimberly. Ended up wasting more than 1/2 day getting run around before getting to beach. The faucets in master on 2nd floor didn’t work. The ceiling fan in bunk didn’t work. No TV in 1st floor bedroom. Bracket there but tv removed to accommodate make shift shelving for lack of closet. Bugs crawling on sink in 1st floor bathroom. Grout dirty. Toilet in master leaking and dripping on to kitchen cabinet while we were preparing food. Maintenance guy came out and said would be back with plumber. Never did. Outside shower broken. No propane. Meal ready to cook Office rude said at least 1 hr. On short notice. Need better check off system for rental ready. Only 5

My family and I enjoyed a fantastic stay at Spartina Circle. We loved that the water park was directly across the street. We spent so much time over there and the staff was super friendly! The house had wonderful accommodations and was lacking nothing. We loved sitting outside on multiple porches swinging or enjoying a meal or drink. We also enjoyed bike rides on the nearby trails and over to Seaside. It was the best vacation ever and we hope to be back soon!

Our stay at Spartina was extremely relaxing. I went with several old friends of mine looking for a low-key vacation away from the kids. I stayed in the main house with 4 others and 2 friends stayed in the guest cottage. Everyone was super comfy. The location was ideal, as we were just a short walk away from several restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. The Watercolor community was friendly and welcoming, making our stay very enjoyable. It is one of the most family-oriented communities we’ve stayed at on the 30A. The management company is prompt and helpful too. We were short on wristbands when we first arrived, but the issue was resolved extremely fast. The pools and beach weren’t too packed, which is nice for this part of FL. We grilled out a couple of the nights and enjoyed wine every night on the screened in porch, away from the bugs! I recommend you book ahead for restaurant reservations if you can because spots can be hard to get depending on the season. Downtown Seaside was a short bike ride, or 10 min walk from the house. I definitely recommend checking it out on your stay. Be sure to take advantage of all the beautiful nature trails in Watercolor, whether you take the bikes or go on a walk, we did both. It is a must!!

We recently took our daughter and her girlfriends to Watercolor for her birthday and stayed at 106 Spartina. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the beautiful scenery of the Watercolor community. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything we needed to feel right at home. Most everything about the house is updated and worked well. The kitchen was plenty large for lunches and dinners with all the kids, and the outdoor patios were nice for relaxing. One of the best features of this home is its proximity to Camp Watercolor, which is where the girls spent the majority of their time. We felt comfortable with them going on their own since it is just across the street from the house. The beach is a bike or golf cart ride away and is easy to get to, but the kids preferred the waterslides across the street (of course!). At night we mostly stayed in and played games in the living room or watched Netflix. Most of the rooms have smart TVs
which was nice for the kids to be able to entertain themselves. All in all, we had a great time and will certainly stay there again on our next trip to the Gulf.

106 Spartina Circle is overall a nice home. It is well located across the street from Camp Watercolor so it is great for young kids. The layout is also nice.
The home itself needs some maintenance. There was a broken board on the deck which was a safety concern especially with young children. The maintenance company did come replace the board 4 days into our trip. There was a sewer smell in the downstairs bathroom at certain times of the day and the guest house was musty. The return air vents were dirty and several lights needed bulbs which we bought. None of the dimmers on the light switches worked. It just seemed like the home needed some TLC and a deep clean. I am sure this is a challenge when you have back to back renters. For the money, I was hoping for better.

Good but a few major issues
Overall, this property was good. It accommodated our group of 11 well as far as size. The bed layout was not ideal for our group as we didn't realize the beds were only Full not Queen (except for the master). The master was roomy but being on the 2nd floor was not easy for 70+ year old grandparents to maneuver up and down. The bathroom was nice, but the hot water broke the day we got there so they had to shower in other rooms for a night or 2. They did remedy the problem with 2 days. The location was excellent however, literally steps from the Camp Watercolor pools which we used daily. Not a very far bike ride to the beach, Publix, or the boathouse 5-6 mins or so. The bikes however were a major issue. They are property of the house and not rented out through the bike agency there so since 4 of them were not ridable (gooey handles, rusty tire, rusty frame and chains, flat tires), we had to go rent more bikes to accommodate us (which was not cheap when you're staying a week). Another issue was that although the golf cart had been advertised as an add on, it wasn't until we had already booked the property that they told us it actually wasn't available. This was annoying since we had elderly grands with us and a nephew who was recovering from surgery. To add to the frustration, the very nice golf cart was parked in one of the very limited parking spots at the house. We couldn't move it since it was locked and covered. There was only enough space for maybe 3 cars if you played tetris but with the golf cart taking up one it made a few family members have to park really far away. It was also difficult to get property management to give us more than 2 parking passes, which they never did do. There were a couple maintenance issues that will need to be fixed before renting, a big hole in the flooring outside of the carriage house, wobbly barstools, and most of the locks on the exterior doors will randomly lock you out/not open. The grill was nice to have, and we used it quite a bit. Also, the carriage house was a blessing to get away from noise. So, overall, we did enjoy our stay. Most of the issues we could overlook because we were just happy to be with each other. I would say that if the issues mentioned were resolved, I would recommend this house.

Overall great trip
Location great. Overall great house - swing chairs are fun; a few issues of note biggest one being internet which was shotty - welcome packet says internet outages not their issue and someone did try to come to fix but it was a nagging problem throughout the week - on avg. had to restart internet at least once per movie when watching Netflix at night. Also ice machine nice touch but note it’s loud when the water is filtering into the ice maker if you’re sitting in the kitchen. Only other point that they may want to fix are the bikes - which were all pretty banged up: overall hard to pedal, two had handlebars that had sticky gunk on them - listing said there were 8 that came with the house but only 4 there and really only 1 that was rideable - ended up renting bikes down the street for $75 each for a few in our group. Otherwise great trip.

Wonderful house!
I would definitely recommend this home in Watercolor. The layout of the home and location near the community pool were fabulous. We did not want to come home!
The only hiccup we had was getting the codes for checkin. That is an easy fix for the rental company and did not materially impact our stay. We also had to ask for a bike pump bc all of the bikes’ tires were flat.
But I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
