About this apartment rental
Summary:
Built in 1863, this apartment has been renovated to blend the charm of a historic house with the design style from its namesake. Sink into the sofa in the open-concept living area and admire the artwork sourced from local artists throughout. Off street parking, Self-Check-in, beautiful outdoor space and fast Wi-Fi are just a few of the things that will help you relax during your stay.
The Space:
This building was built in 1863 but was completely renovated in 2018! Luckily for us that means we have all the charm of a historic house and neighborhood with all the convenience and amenities of a modern designed space. This bnb has many art pieces and all of them are sourced from local artists.
Guest Access:
This is Apartment 3 which is on the west side of the house. Take the Steps from the first floor deck up to the second floor deck and the door is the one with a 3 in the middle of it.
You can park in the parking lot directly across from the building. There are parking spaces marked "Bed & Breakfast Only". Park in the space with the sign designated for apartment 3.
Access to the apartment is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
The Neighborhood:
The Licking Riverside neighborhood is a quaint, historic neighborhood full of beautiful Italianate and Victorian-style houses. Dine at delicious local cafes and bakeries, go for a stroll along the river, and listen to some live music downtown.
Getting Around:
Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

My family stayed here as a stop on a road trip. We ended up staying an extra day because this lovely neighborhood and surroundings were so enjoyable! This place was so cute, tidy and exactly what we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

We brought our two sons in town from Indy for a Reds game to celebrate my husbands birthday. The location is perfect for walking across the bridge to the stadium. It was a great fit for our family of 4 - will definitely consider for future visits!

Perfect location and great place for an overnight to watch a Reds game. Easy parking and just walked over the bridge to the game! Would stay here again!

Need a mat at door to help keep tracking snow water into the apartment. Need lamp in living room. Overall simple decent place! Wld stay again.

Great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Some lights on the outdoor stairs would be great for after dark.
