Great stay. Very convenient and comfy

This was exactly what I was hoping for. Beautiful, close to shops, just outside the door. Walkable to everything. Will go back...

We had such a lovely time. Studio is centrally located close to everything. Property was welcoming and so clean! A must see to appreciate.

The property was exactly as advertised….clean comfortable and a great location. We absolutely loved it

Centrally located, nicely furnished, very comfortable. Sofa bed was not as comfortable, and stairs were steep and long. Otherwise, very nice accommodations for a couple of small family.

Great place for couples. Everything close by that you need. The a/c window unit came in very handy as it was 94 degrees for a couple days of our stay!
4.9
Great location, but on a fairly busy intersection. Everything in the condo was well-maintained, cleaned, stocked, and fairly new, just as advertised! Though we were limited with towels to use during our stay, it didn't stop us from enjoying our vacation.

If you're looking for a great place in downtown Long Beach, this it! It felt much bigger than a studio and the ease of parking, getting to the unit (a few stairs involved) was super easy. The bed was very comfortable and you'll love the interior decorations.

This property is located in the perfect part of town with the arch and boardwalk just down the street 2 min away. Key pad issues which are scheduled to be fixed shortly but they answered the phone promptly with instructions. Nice and clean and the pull out bed was actually comfortable.

We needed a week away after a lot of family stress and loss. This apartment is beautiful, and so well located! Near the end of the boardwalk, we enjoyed nightly beach strolls. Supermarket and pharmacy across the street are well stocked, and we filled out kitchen with what we needed upon arrival. It is quiet and yet in the center of town, so we walked did shopping, dinners, even the liquor tasting room and spa over at Adrift Hotel. Great TV and comfy bed! We will come here again.

We really enjoyed our stay--the locations was perfect for walking to the beach, shops, places to eat and activites!

Perfect place next to beach access with all amenities including a full kitchen.

The room was extremely nice. Situated in a perfect location on the Main Street and the ocean path. Very clean, comfortable and well kept room.

This was a beautiful studio a few blocks from the beach and right across the street from Shoppers the best ice cream place on the Peninsula. The interior was lovely! A wonderful vacation!

This was a great stay! The beach was literally just down the street and all the shops and restaurants were walkable. We had easy access to everything.

Great Studio
Very cute studio. Excellent for 2-3 people (couch pulls out). Extremely convenient to cook your own food instead of having to pay for everything. Grocery store 5 minutes down the road. Location was great - short walk to the beach. Stores/shops are right at the bottom of the stairs. Steps to the studio and no elevator, so if you have issues with stairs not the best place to stay. The only complaint was that 2 of the 4 windows do not open & no AC (which we were OK with). They do provide a small fan that we put in one of the windows but since one of the open windows is right in front of the back stairs for other units, I did not feel comfortable keeping that window open with the fan. Overall, we would stay again.

Great location and cozy
We were really happy with our weekend on the coast. The apartment's location is right on the north entrance of beach and across the street from ice cream. The couch was cozy, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed over THX week, sleepy time of year out on the coast. Pics accurate of space, very clean and modern. Would be nice to have had a small round 2 top with bar stools in front of window by fridge as a table as using the coffee table somewhat awkward. Great space right in the middle of town and steps from the beach!

The Studio Apartment was wonderful. Spotless and even better than the photographs - although the stairs up to the unit are actually about twice as many as you can see in the photo (only an issue if you are a bit mobility challenged and actually counted the number of stairs in the photo like I did when deciding to rent the unit) To be fair, mobility was mentioned in the listing so I really should have asked about it.
The Kitchen is far above average. Name-brand Appliances, plentiful number of pots and pans, every utensil I needed and then some, full size dishwasher.
The TV was large and high quality and the couch very comfortable.
The decor was every bit as serene and restful as the photographs - just what I was looking for. And so many nice decorative touches all around. Even though it is technically a Studio, it has the feel of a 1 bedroom unit because of the floor to ceiling divider.
The owners were friendly and kind.

Great little studio
We had a great time and the unit was perfect size for us! loved the layout and the decor.
I misunderstood the description and thought the unit had AC and at first i was not happy, we arrived on a very humid day and the thermostat inside was set at 75 (outside temps were 62). My wife and I prefer a cooler temp, and so it wasn't comfortable. Only one window in the unit doesn't have a sign that says "don't open window" so we opened it and turned on the small fan. it helped but we were not very comfortable. then we realized that it was heat only and that the number on the thermostat was keeping the heat running to get it up to the desired temp (LOL). once we got that straight and turned the heater down to a temp that wouldn't come on we were happy and comfortable!
The area was great and all of the shops around were fun, the ice cream place across the street (Scoopers) has a little store and they seem to be the only shop that keeps helpful hours. Sids supermarket in town was open too. Most of the shops and restaurants closed by 6:00 pm _WTH?!?! finding a place to eat posed some challenges but i think that was just a side effect of Covid and the lack of people working right now, it was just strange because we are from Utah and it is pretty much life as usual here.
We did a bit of driving and visited Mount Saint Helens as well as Multnomah Falls, spent time on the beaches and had a fabulous time.
The unit is well stocked and had anything and everything we could have needed, the bed was super comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. Everything was clean and when i texted about the Ac Candi was very responsive and nice- 5 stars for customer service. we had read complaints about the water not heating up, but that wasn't a problem for us at all.
The only complaint i have is that the water tasted and kinda smelled like it was out of a pond, but that was true everywhere we went in Long Beach and the unit did have a Filtered water pitcher that worked really well. but you needed it to brush your teeth etc. The water issue was everywhere we went locally, so i wouldn't say that it was anything to do with the unit
