Welcome to our astonishing 5-BDRM Villa by the Sea which is the perfect place to stay at for those who love a modern and spacious home with comfort and privacy. You will also be able to endure panoramic sea-views and you are located just a short walk away from the beaches and amenities in one of Marbella’s most prestigious areas. On top of this, you will experience top service with your own maid 3 hours once a week.
The villa:
You will definitely have an unforgettable stay in this property because of the exquisite, one-of-a-kind decor and all of the convenient amenities. Large saltwater heated pool and panoramic sea-views are yours to experience. Spacious lounges and balconies with comfortable outdoor seatings and Alfresco dining in your tropical backyard.

A large entrance hall opens onto a formal dining and living area with a spectacular view over the gardens and pool area. An additional office/TV-room with an elegant open fireplace to take advantage of if you by any chance are freezing. Nevertheless, it enhances the feeling of coziness together with your loved ones. The immense kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment to take pleasure in your gourmet home cooking.

During the long period of summertime, you will enjoy the large covered terrace with decadent lounge, alfresco dining and a BBQ, facing sunny mature and tropical garden, saltwater pool and the gazebo. Upstairs you will find a shaded upper terrace presenting breathtaking views down to the sea. The villa offers four master bedrooms, all with bathrooms en-suite. Two of the bedrooms have double king-size beds (2x2m), one of the bedrooms has a double queen-size bed (1,50x2m), and one has two single queen-size beds (1,35x2m each).

Additional features are:

- A/C, sophisticated alarm system, and a laundry room

- Pool cleaner and gardeners come once a week

- Maintenance service nearby if assistance needed

- Extra (more often than once a week) maid and laundry service for an additional fee of 12 Euros per hour. Please specify in the request

- Heating of the pool for an additional fee of 300 Euros per week. No need for heated pool during high season of course (May-September).

Walking distance from the villa to shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, beaches, Don Carlos spa, Nikki beach club, Santa Maria golf club and many more top amenities in the utterly popular area.

The neighborhood

Elviria is a popular residential community located in the eastern part of Marbella, about 10 minutes drive to Marbella city centre and 25 minutes drive to the international airport of Malaga.

With its diverse beaches and hypnotizing mild climate, Marbella is a charmingly warm and welcoming city, enchanting all its visitors. While staying in this villa you have some of Marbella's best beaches, such as the Beach House and Siroko Beach, just a couple of minutes walk away. The multitude of leisure facilities around the coastal line includes Michelin Star restaurants and some of the most renowned golf courses in Europe.

Having a world-class nightlife and a lot of internationally recognized luxury shopping brands available, it comes as no surprise that it tops the list of Spain's most frequented visited cities.

You will have several beach clubs to choose from at the beach, serving delicious cuisine and an elegant, relaxed atmosphere, with breathtaking views across to Africa and Gibraltar. The famous Nikki Beach is an open-air spot with fabulous tropical gardens, located just a 20-minute walk away from the villa. It can be credited as being one of the very first beaches to be introduced and has now become the signature white mattress look, to Andalusía.

All your tastes could be catered to at the coast and there is always something to keep you engaged. If you want to take a break from lazing at the beach, you can indulge in golf (400 metres away from the villa), explore theme parks, casinos, cinemas, shopping and other great parts of Marbella such as Marbella old town and the famous Puerto Banús marina which is just a 15-minute drive away.If you are arriving with a car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot.The villa is conveniently located so you will just need to walk 15-20 minutes to arrive at some of the most popular beaches in Marbella with plenty of bars and restaurants as well. To explore the rest of Marbella such as the famous Puerto Banús or Marbella Centre, you will need a few minutes of drive with car, taxi or bus.As with any popular holiday destination, transport in and out of Marbella is abundant, and easy.



Other Things to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.

• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.

• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.

• Check in is possible between 3.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).

• Check-out is at latest 11AM.

• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
