Layout
This newly built property is air-conditioned and consists of a living
room and a fully equipped kitchen. Following a long corridor, there are
five bedrooms - two with double beds (one has an ensuite bathroom) and
three with twin beds. There are also two more family bathrooms. Outside
the villa, there is a sheltered patio with a dining area, a private
heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities.
Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.
Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Diego has 5 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 4 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 5 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Additional bed available: 1 Folding bed.
(Travel Crib and Highchair available for free.)

Pool Heating
This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating can be provided for an additional fee. If it
is required please contact us for further assistance.
Additional Information
The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till
30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of
€25 per day. Please contact us 48 hours before your arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
