Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack.. Enclosed lawned garden with terrace, sitting out area and garden furniture. Children’s play area (shared with owner). Hot tub for 6 (private) (open between 07:30am - 10:30pm). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps down to the garden.. Enjoy semi-detached Cwmporthman Farm Cottage which was once the main farmhouse, perfect for a family retreat. It is set over two levels and next to the owner’s home. It has been meticulously restored in 2021 to a high standard throughout. Both bedrooms have been designed with comfort in mind, decorated to a very high standard and lovingly furnished. The open plan kitchen and living room offers a bright and airy spacious feel with a wood burner and high quality bespoke well equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking that celebratory meal. The dining area boasts large patio doors to enjoy the fantastic views and opening onto a large raised terrace complete with your hot tub, glass balustrade and a lovely garden set to enjoy those balmy summer days. This pet friendly property will allow pets off the lead whilst on the enclosed patio but need to be put on a lead when in the garden or surrounding areas due to the property being on a working farm. Access to the property is down a farm lane, which is not suitable for low profile cars.
Nestled on the owner’s working dairy farm and set within a lush meadow overlooking the grazing cows. The delightful properties offer a great space to discover this sublime area of West Wales. Both properties boast a hot tub, beautiful countryside views and are just 5 minutes’ drive from the golden sandy beach of Aberporth, a thriving seaside village on the stunning Cardigan Bay coastline.
You are ideally placed to explore the wonderful coastline of Cardigan Bay with a variety of beaches a short distance away, including Mwnt with its iconic white chapel, Llangrannog, National Trust’s Penbryn and Tresaith. For an adventurous day out, why not stroll along the Heritage coastal path and discover its natural beauty which is home to rare sea birds, bottlenose dolphins and grey seals. Visit the tranquil harbour resort of New Quay and indulge in one of its many cafés and restaurants that cling to the sides of the hills rising above the crystal blue waters of Cardigan Bay. The charming town of Aberaeron with its multi-coloured houses and attractive harbour is well worth a visit, as are the market towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn, with their medieval castles and traditional Welsh pub.
