There is also a kitchen/diner, utility, living/dining room and a snug. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, a f ront balcony with decking and sea views and an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn and picnic bench. Aelwyd Y Don is a superb dwelling for a getaway to Wales.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric double oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. 3 TVs, Bluetooth speaker, CD player, WiFi, selection of books, board games and jigsaws. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars, this property does not have a charge point for electric vehicles and charging from within the property is prohibited. Front balcony with decking and sea views, enclosed rear garden via stone steps with patio, additional garden chairs and garden coffee tables, along with garden box with cushions, lawn and picnic bench, guests are welcome to snip and use herbs from the rear garden as required for cooking.
