– Entrance with guest toilet and handbasin
– Living area with open fireplace (wood included) with open plan kitchen with island and central hob, and on stairway connecting the two floors, a Smart TV.
– Dining area opening onto the West-facing balcony with views over to Mont Chery and Pic de Marcelly, which leads down to the terrace.
– South East-facing terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.
Second floor :
– 2 en suite double bedrooms (160cm x 200cm beds) with views on the pistes, Smart TV, wet room, double basins, heated towel rails, and cupboards.
– 1 double bedroom with Smart TV, bed 160cm x 200cm and wardrobes
– 1 double bedroom with Smart TV, bed 140cm x 190cm and wardrobes
– 1 shower room shared by these two bedrooms with shower and double basin
– Separate toilet
FACILITIES: Underfloor heating (air source heat pump), fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven and hob, microwave, hood, two refrigerators, freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, food mixer, juicer/blender, fondue, raclette machine, TV, sèhair dryer, WIFI, high chair, baby cot (sheets extra on request) and baby gate.
