This house was just perfect for our 2 families. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room to spread out. The house had everything we needed with fully stocked kitchen.The pool was a huge hit with everyone! We walked almost everywhere. So many restaurants, ice cream shops, beach, etc. While we were visiting there was even a street fair we visited. Highlight recommend this home, close to beach and many restaurants.

Our stay was so nice and private. The pool was great to have when we didn’t want to go to the beach one day. Relaxing and clean. Wendy was great to help when the AC started acting up. She called right away and got someone to come out asap. We really enjoyed the space, kitchen was well stocked and everything was thought about. We will be back!

Beautiful property and stay. Exactly as described. All the amenities on site and within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Very clean, safe neighborhood, private outdoor space with pool and hot tub.

We stayed for a full week at this property. The backyard is beautiful and the pool was wonderful. Hosts were easy to get ahold of and communicate with before and during our stay.
One of the jets in the hot tub did not work. That was really our only issue during our stay.
Beds were okay…pillows were not! However we did not let that be a factor in our stay!
We left a volleyball net and ball to use in the pool for the next guests to enjoy. We also left a brand new canopy for the beach! It will come in handy for those very hot days on the beach.
There are more than enough towels to use both at the pool and for the beach. This was a very nice addition as we used a lot of them!

Our family enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The house was perfect and had EVERYTHING you would want or need. So comfy and clean. Shelves of beach and pool towels, plenty of bath towels and linens, kitchen was fully stocked, there was a cart to carry things for a day at the beach, grill out back, floaties, toiletries and extras in drawers.. and the beds and pillows and bedding were all so comfortable. The owners really make this place feel like home! The backyard was best part.. very private and pool was amazing!! Plenty of good restaurants and stores a short walk away. Everything you can ask for! Thank you for letting us stay. We will definitely recommend to others and would come back to stay again for sure! Cocoa Beach 2024!!

Just recently stayed here for my friends Destination Bachlorette. There were 4 of us traveling from central NY, we each got our own bedrooms and space. The house smelled amazing upon arrival, very clean. The Hot tub and Pool were both amazing, everything is prime located and took no more than 20 mins to walk to basically wherever you wanted, beach, shops, restaurants, if walking was your choice obviously.

Had a family vacation with my adult children. A few blocks walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Beautiful home. Very upscale kitchen accessories. Big deck/pool area was absolutely wonderful. The majority of the day there was quite a bit of shades with the tall, beautiful trees. Most comfortable self for family gatherings. I would definitely recommend!

We traveled to Cocoa Beach from Canada for the Christmas Holidays, the property owners went above and beyond to make sure the home was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and a wonderful neighborhood. Everything we needed was right at our fingers, we really enjoyed the outdoor living space and being close to the beach. We really enjoyed relaxing here with the amazing back yard. We were in the middle of town but you wouldnt know it walking out the back door. The pool was clean and really nice all day long. The rooms are setup nice and the kitchen set up was great has everything you would need. Beach items also to use big beach towels and beach chairs stored in the laundry area. AC works great for sleeping cool. The night lights in the back yard are really nice as well.

The house was exactly as advertised. The owners were great communicators. We had 4 adults and 4 kids in the house and fit comfortably. Easy to get to multiple beaches, lots of great places to eat, and the backyard with the pool, hot tub, and tiki hut covered area was worth it by itself.

My family including grandparents and kids had a fantastic stay at this property! We did a few days at Universal and then traveled to Cocoa Beach. This property was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, but all the amenities we needed at the house. The hosts have the home stocked with everything you need for comfort. Grandpa could take his naps and watch his financial news in the master bedroom, while the kids played hard in the pool. And, everyone enjoyed a dip in the hot tub. I would highly recommend a stay here. You will enjoy it. Thank you so much to the hosts for being super responsive and wanting to ensure we had a great stay!

Vacation with our adult children and their partners. We enjoyed a relaxing vacation at the beach and in the beautiful backyard. We took a day trip to Orlando for Top Golf, outlet shopping and dining. Guys enjoyed golfing in nearby Melbourne, and charter fishing on the Banana River. As a group we had fun mini golfing, dining at Heidi’s listening to live jazz music and dining at the Cocoa beach Pier.

This house is amazing! It’s in a great location that is close to the beach, but the pool area is so nice it’s hard to tear yourself away. I had a couple of questions for the hosts and always received a prompt and helpful reply. The hosts have truly thought of everything you may need and made it available for guests. This is by far the best house we’ve ever rented and can’t wait to visit again.

This home is fantastic. It is close to the beach, clean, modern, has a terrific pool/backyard, and is near many fun local businesses and restaurants. The attention to detail is amazing. There were plenty of towels as well as amenities. The bathroom face towels were even rolled up to look like sea shells. This home is perfect for walking to dinner, or having a bbq in the backyard. We will definitelybe back.

The posting does not do this home justice. Absolutely loved our stay. It is completely stocked with everything you need from beach umbrellas to dish soap. In the listing they don’t even mention that they have a bbq on the pool deck and it’s a WEBER! The pool and hot tub are clean, warm and inviting.
I had some questions for the owners and their replies were quick and very helpful! If you book here you will not be disappointed.
Maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach with a couple nice restaurants close by.

Our family had a great time at the house in Cocoa Beach. The pictures don't give the backyard justice, as it is like resort living at its finest. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen area is 1st class.
The location gave me the chance to walk to the beach in five minutes and the centralized location made our trips to different cities in the area super easy.
Why spend the money on Disney resort rooms, when your so close and have so much space and privacy!

Our stay at this house was Fantastic, had a couple hiccups, but the hosts were prompt at taking care of us. Very clean, Enjoyed the pool & hot tub, and a short walk to the beach was a plus. Our Trip was to relax, have no place to be & Enjoy doing nothing, worked out Perfect‼️ P.S. Highly recommend 4th Street Fillin Station, food was Great.

We stayed here for a few days to enjoy the beach, pool, hot tub and relaxation over Spring Break. It was walking distance to the beach and several yummy places to eat. The house was clean, cute and had plenty of space for our family of five. We loved the privacy of the backyard and all of the extras that were provided to make it feel like home. Highly recommend!
