The apt was very clean, dehumidifier was going but little musty and in my opinion it is near downtown not in downtown so a little farther from town than i thought it would be. Overall nice apt very quiet and clean.

The interior of the apartment closely resembled the VRBO pictures, with good lighting and a single window unit in the living room that effectively cooled the space. It was updated and aesthetically pleasing, despite being located in the basement of the home at the back, with its own private entry. However, the exterior of the house appeared somewhat dilapidated, and the path from the front to the back was unstable, with a flickering security light making it difficult to navigate, especially for elderly individuals. The hosts were excellent at communication and very pleasant, although it would have been preferable to have parking available at the back of the house. Overall, the apartment was easy to locate.

This apartment was the perfect size for my husband and I. We stayed for just a couple days. The kitchen was great for what we used it for. We chose not to do any cooking on this particular trip, but there is a small stove and some cookware if you're interested. The bedrooms were good size and the beds were pretty comfy. The table would make for a great game place for the two of us. We were enjoying a trip away from kids, so we ended up resting a lot and walking around the rest of the time. The only downside was that we were there on a Monday/Tuesday when a lot of places were closed. We didn't really think about it ahead of time, so that's on us! Would definitely book again.

We had a small glitch with the code getting in to the place, but was resolved rather quickly. Place is just as described- cozy.. Very clean- Close to downtown Would recommend highly to stay again!💕

Stayed here for our son’s VU graduation. It was a five block walk to the commencement on a beautiful day-very convenient! Close to downtown Valpo too. Check in, parking, comfortable beds, cleanliness - it was all great. Thank you!

Chad and Diana's place is close to everything you'll need in Valpo. Walkable to downtown, and any shopping needs are within a 5 minute drive. They are super responsive hosts, and we will definitely stay here again. The place was clean, updated and well stocked for anything we needed. Thank you Chad and Diana for sharing!

Had a wonderful long weekend! Listing exactly as described. The listing was very clean and you could see the love and care that the host has put into it. Great communication with the host Diana! She checked in several times to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area visiting family.

We attended a wedding in town with family. It is a perfect apartment for visiting family/friends at the college. We love downtown Valpo. The restaurants, and shops are close and drivable by car. The description is accurate, and the owners responded in minutes if you had a question which is much appreciated.

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay while visiting our daughter at Valpo U. over parents weekend. We really appreciated all of the details, especially the private parking and the lovely brick walkway leading to our private, back entry door. Thanks so much!

This space was perfect! Only 30 minutes from the National Park, it was perfect for me and my family. The downtown Valparaiso area was amazing and so close the space. The owner had great communication and was extremely kind. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a thoughtfully appointed apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The space is super efficient and well designed, so that everything you need from outlets to wall hooks to a Kleenex box is right where you’d want it to be! The bed is very comfortable and we slept well the 4 nights we stayed here. Everything in the apartment looked brand new and was absolutely sparkling clean. Diane was a responsive host and communicated well. I would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay in Valparaiso over the wknd. The apartment was clean and modern with all the necessities we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed except for a spatula🙂. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We were able to walk into downtown Valpo for dinner, ice cream, and small shops. Adorable small town with delicious places to eat. Our favorites were Radius for burgers, Pat's for homemade ice cream and Industrial Revolution for lunch.

This apartment was not only adorable, but very clean! It was the perfect little space for our family of 4. We were able to fix a majority of our meals in the kitchen. Communication with the host was fantastic and I felt like we could reach out to her for anything!

I can’t give this enough stars. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in, It’s so cozy and clean. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are big. For as small as this place it they know how to use every inch of it. The best part is the quiet neighborhood but it’s close to so many shops and restaurants. We love this town for all the shopping and fun things to do and nice people. Diana was so nice and responded as soon as I text her.
