Expect to feel right at home in our centrally-located 2,400 sq. ft. house, offering a spacious retreat for your time in Orem. With speedy free WiFi, comfy queen beds in every room, and ample parking, you just might want to stay here forever. Though you're a five-minute drive from the center of town, the 55" flat-screen Smart TV with complimentary Netflix makes for an enticing night in, especially paired with a delicious dinner whipped up in the fully-equipped kitchen. Our three-bedroom and two-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests – room for the whole family or for coworkers looking to set up shop remotely!

The fully-equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, including a gas range stove, a double-door refrigerator, and microwave, and all the cooking utensils and spices you'll need to whip up something delicious. You'll definitely feel like a professional chef catering to your family as they sit in the close-by dining area. Don't worry about where you'll get your caffeine fix on the first morning of your stay because complimentary coffee and tea are stocked in the cabinets, along with a coffee maker and a teapot.
The spacious primary bedroom features floor-to-ceiling mirrors, a nice-sized closet, a desk, and a full bathroom en suite. Do you love to sing in the shower? We have you covered – both of our bathrooms have Bluetooth speakers so you can play your favorite tunes as you get ready in the morning.
Last but not least – location, location, location! Step out of your front door and you'll be within a short driving distance to 2 major universities, grocery stores, restaurants, the mall, movie theater, the hospital, and epic hikes and sightseeing spots! And after you've had a long day exploring all that Orem has to offer, come home to your beautiful private backyard patio to watch the sunset, have a glass of wine, and decompress.

This lovely home is just as it is described. Location is great, close to everything we needed. The thing that impressed us most was the cleanliness of the home. We were comfortable and will definitely stay again on future trips. The hosts were very responsive and professional as well.

This home was perfect for our girls weekend. It was well stocked, had comfortable beds and the hot tub was a great addition! The owners were good at communicating with me and we had zero problems during our stay.

This is a lovely home. It’s comfortable, clean, and very homey. It is close to the hospital. It was a good place for us to wait as a family during a surgery. It was near shopping and restaurants. We were able to pick up groceries and take-out with no trouble. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We also appreciated the pet-friendly policy. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Near Utah Valley Hospital
This is a lovely home. It’s comfortable, clean, and very homey. It is close to the hospital. It was a good place for us to wait as a family during a surgery. It was near shopping and restaurants. We were able to pick up groceries and take-out with no trouble. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We also appreciated the pet-friendly policy. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The tall garage that fits an SUV with a roof box on was an extra treat. Nice fenced yard, close to everything. Great communication with the hosts, too. Really comfortable place for a family getaway. Could have easily stayed there another week if we had the time. Highly recommend.

Perfect home away from home for Thanksgiving !
Overall it was perfect! It was a quiet location. Perfectly located between BYU and UVU! Oven was wonderful to heat up Thanksgiving dinner and make some pies. Water was nice and hot for showers. We would stay there again!

Great Orem property
Very clean and spacious home. Good location minutes from the mall and restaurants. Nice backyard to enjoy with family and friends. A bonus that this property is a stand alone home so you don't have to worry about people above or below you. Our family would stay here again!
