Newly renovated house 3 bedrooms, 2 baths located at the beautiful Riverland/Sunset neighborhood in the center of Fort Lauderdale. Enjoy to lounge in the private heated pool, lit at night. Propane fireplace. Nice backyard with Tiki Tent with color-changing light at night providing not only relaxation but intimacy.

Close downtown, the Guitar Hotel Casino (Hard Rock), the Sawgrass Express Mall, and the famous Las Olas. This property is perfect for business or pleasure with easy access to the best dining and shopping in South Florida. Great house ! Neat and clean. Very welcoming and comfortable. Stocked with essentials to get us started . Easy check in . Had a small issue with the pool which was addressed in a timely manner . Quick replies from the owner . Would highly recommend.

We had a weekend fishing trip planned and we chose to stay at Flore's home. Everything was nice and convenient. The yard is great to just hang out and enjoy a weekend with friends.

This was a beautiful home. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and the pool was a big hit with my kids. The check-out at 11 am was a big help, especially with the little ones. The instructions were very helpful. Nothing but good things to say about the home. We would definitely stay again if we vacation in the area. Thank you!

We had a great 2 week escape from Mid-west winter. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Flore was a great host, going out of her way to provide us a welcome environment. The pool and pool deck were our hangout every day! Great experience!

Our stay started out not so good not being able to contact the host to receive the code to get in the house, calling Vrbo and they couldn't contact host, to Vrbo having to search for my family a last minute place to stay which was very upsetting because we had a 8 hour drive and we were all just ready to relax. While waiting on Vrbo to find us a new location the host called us back and after asking for the code she acted as if she forgot we was arriving on that day. She says "Today, let me call you back." She texted me the code. After all that we enjoyed the Wedding and the house was just as pictured. We enjoyed our stay. We all make mistakes maybe she had a lot going on and just forgot.

We stayed for a few days prior to a cruise. The property was clean and neat and well stocked. If you have a car it would be helpful. We are in our 70’s and found the neighborhood, quiet and secure. It is not in walking distance to any restaurants, food, stores, or convenience, stores. As such, we ended up using Uber to get to our dinner, etc we had no problems while we were at the property, and the communication with the host was simply excellent. In short, we would revisit this property prior to a future cruise.

Our stay lasted just under 4 weeks. As indicated above this residence as was promised. Very clean, well appointed and comfortable home in a great location. Many days were spent floating in the heated pool or lounging on the lanai reading. The sun was playing hard to get, but the temperatures were very nice and what we were chasing with this escape from the winter further north. We visited the beach, the shops and eateries on Los Olas Blvd and several breweries in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed ourself. Lastly, as promised was reachable, prompt to return communication and helpful. Nothing was needed because this property delivered. The neighborhood was quiet and family oriented. we had a great time

We needed rather quick accommodations for a last minute trip to Fort Lauderdale. Our daughter had gotten an interview at NOVA Southeastern University for a grad school program. It is a solid 11+ hour drive from where we live, so we were nervous about the drive in one day and needing to be up early the next day for the interview first thing in the morning. Enter Flore and her amazing property! She is wonderfully thorough and communicative, very caring as well. We had a few hiccups initially and all issues were settled quickly and completely. A relief with all we had going on. Property is clean, well stocked and close to so many things. Thanks Flore for sharing your home with us. We will rent again, if and when in the area!

This place was really nice, the bedrooms were well equipped, the living areas where very functional and the backyard with pool, BBQ and spa was fantastic. Very close to shops and the airport too. The property manager was very responsive and friendly too.

Fort Lauderdale flooded after a torrential rain and Flore went above and beyond to make sure the house and yard were cleaned up. Clean and comfortable inside. Pool, hot tub and grill all got used and enjoyed. Thanks again, Michele

Flore was very attentive as our host. Took care of all our needs and questions. The home was clean and lovely. The backyard was our favorite part. Between hammock, hot tub, tiki hut and swimming pool we didn’t know where to start first so we did them all. We loved our stay and would stay there again.

The house is great but the neighbor across the street was awful. We had a baby's 1st birthday party and she called the police because we sang happy birthday too loudly in the middle of the day. Also, a new hot tub was delivered when we arrived and an electrician came the next day to hook it up and the host also came by. It was a little intrusive but we were ok with it since we would now have a hot tub to enjoy. Then we were told that we couldn't use it because she didn't have steps yet so it was too dangerous. Really, the loose tiles in the backyard that we tripped over 20 times was more dangerous than the hot tub

We have rented a lot of VRBO's and this was one of the cleanest and most well-equipped homes we have rented. Flo was responsive to our issues. We made a few recommendations (extra pool towels and a silicone spatula LOL). She left us a beautiful written welcome note with a lovely bottle of wine. We all felt welcome in her home. Close to everything. Home is a true gem!!!! Thank You Flo!!

Really enjoyed our stay. The house itself was very clean and comfortable but best part of the property is by far the backyard. Between the heated pool, tiki hut, and cozy fire pit and bbq area all surrounded by a nice floral setting it definitely felt like a nice little resort. We would definitely come back for another stay.

This property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was very well equipped, furniture very high end and all of the beds very comfortable. The backyard was AMAZING .. lawn, flowers, tiki hut, grill , loungers and The Pool!! Note to future renters with families the pool is equipped with child safety fence! Our host, Flore, is a host extraordinaire. She is committed to the success of her guests comfort and enjoyment.

Our stay was short and sweet, the property was even better that the pictures. The outdoor area was such a great place to hang out, with a grill, comfortable chairs, a fire pit, pool. Rooms were clean and best of all the host Flore was so quick to respond to all my questions and concerns! Upon arrival there was a hand written welcome note and bottle of wine for us which were really sweet touches. The location is 20 minutes from really nice beaches, so you’ll need a car if you want to go to the beach. Overall, would stay again. Thank you Flore!
