Book your next stay at Ferry Retreat, a newly remodeled second-floor condo in town near the Marina. This condo is decorated with a beach and oceanic theme with modern touches and built-ins throughout. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering and entertaining and never having to miss out on a conversation or fun. The full kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, spacious granite countertops, a toaster, a toaster oven, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for all of your culinary needs. Utilize the desk area for working from home or distance learning. The extended breakfast bar has seating for four. Adjacent to this area is a unique sidebar along the wall with additional seating or four. The living room is comprised of a large sectional with chaise and plush pillows, made for relaxing and watching the large wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the ships pass through the nearby channel. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Twin over Full bunk bed, a single Twin bed, a nightstand, and a wall-mounted TV. The hallway bath is equipped with a large granite countertop, sink, and tiled tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) includes a King bed, nightstands, chest, chair for reading a book, closet, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom consists of double vanities, separate from the stand-alone tile shower with a glass door. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly behind a door at the end of the hallway. The shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area are just across the parking lot from the front door. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away. Revel in our Port A scenery while taking a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Awesome place to hang out between beach fun. Decorated very cute-could even see boats and ferrys move through the channel. Super comfortable accomodations!

We recently stayed at this lovely condo for the second time, and it continues to be a fantastic spot for our family of five. The space is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for a relaxing getaway. We love to cook, and the kitchen is well-equipped for family meals, which we enjoy doing together. The pool is a great bonus, especially for keeping the kids entertained after a day at the beach. We also love the location—it’s convenient to the ferry, and we enjoy fishing at the pier, which is just about 1.5 miles away. We had initially planned our stay for later in the month but had to adjust our dates. The host was very accommodating and made the change without any hassle. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The only minor areas for improvement would be the master bed, which felt like it was sinking a bit, and some of the kitchen items could use an update. However, these are small things in an otherwise great experience. Overall, we had another wonderful stay and will definitely be back. The condo is clean, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for our family!

The location was great! Pool and hot tub on site and had a cool bar right next door. The balcony view was not great but the mosquitos kept us inside anyways. The room was bright when the sun came up and could stand to get some black out curtains. My girl wore an eye shield so she was good to go. The beds/sofas were comfy and everything was clean. It had all the stuff we needed for cooking. It even had a washer and dryer. I would stay here again for sure!

Had everything we needed! Extremely clean and well stocked. Decor was sooo cute and not overdone. Huge walk in closet in master bedroom with nice shower. Plenty if space for everyone all over and kids loved the bunk beds with the TV in the room. The pool was also very clean and hot tub was nice! Kids didnt want to leave! Haha! Beds and pillows were super comfortable as well. Thank you! Will stay here again!

Perfect place for our family of 4. The only issue we had was the master bed. The support bar underneath the mattress was not bolted in to the Frame and it came off. Which made the bed pretty uncomfortable the first night.

The condo had everything we needed for a long weekend in Port A. Location was great, plenty of space. Loved the option to chill at the pool/jacuzzi once tired of the beach. Primary bedroom great except the mattress had a big dip in the middle. Could definitely use a box spring. Bunk bed latter steps were really loose making it sketchy to climb every night. Other than that everything was great! We would still definitely stay here again.

Check in was an hour late due to the cleaning crew running late. Both bathrooms still had hair in the sink, shower and floor. We made a call to the office and someone was supposed to call us back but they never did. Condo is very new and in a great location.

Great layout! Large master and a second bedroom could easily sleep 3 or 4. Enjoyed cooking from the galley kitchen while conversing with those in the living room. Early morning coffee in the living room and porch without stirring the young one in the second bedroom. Lots of comfortable seating areas in both kitchen and living room. Clean and nicely decorated.

We love staying at this condo complex, we’ve rented many condos here over the years and this one is one of the nicest. The location is great, close to everything and really convenient. On our way to the condo, we received a text telling us that our check in was going to be delayed by an hour and a half due to extra cleaning. We were informed that the previous guests left it a mess. Upon QQ arrival there were still some things that needed to be cleaned and it appeared that the cleaning crew had been in a rush. I contacted the host and she called me back with in 10 min and offered to make it right and send a crew out. She was really apologetic and super sweet, which we appreciated. Her communication was quick and you could tell that she genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay. The decor in the condo was beautiful, there was plenty of room for us and our 3 kids to be comfortable. The pool is really close and the balcony doesn’t face another building so you have a good deal of privacy. We will definitely be back!
