Everything was great, although the first time my husband showered in the south shower there was an awful smell that lasted about 4-5 hours with the fan going. It only happened that one time. Your place is beautiful and the location is ideal.

This was our third stay in properties owned by Kami Bird (the second at 110 Downtown), and it was just as perfect as the first two experiences. The property is immaculate and could not be in a better location. The owner is extremely responsive and prone to gestures of extreme kindness. This time she surprised us with fresh local bread and donuts, and she genuinely cares about her guests. We strongly recommend a stay at 110 Downtown, and we will definitely be back.

We loved our stay here! Everything was styled beautifully and clean and very comfortable- even the beds were very cozy! The linens were soft and homey. We appreciated that toiletries were provided making our stay so easy. The condo is in a prime location, yet very quiet and clean. Lots to eat and do near by. It’s a must stay!

This home is amazing and Kami is a wonderful host! It is beautifully furnished with everything you will need in the kitchen. The beds and the linens are so comfortable and it is in the perfect location to have access to BYU and downtown Provo. I am looking forward to our next visit already.

Amazing!! We absolutely loved our stay at the condo! Beautiful decorations and furnishing. Super clean! Beds and bedding very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again! My only suggestion is to get another layer of blinds in bedrooms especially the bedroom close to street because the street lamp shines in through the window at night.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this rental property in Provo. Excellent condo that was clean and nicely located in downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the home had all the necessary appliances and cookware. My wife who is a designer commented on how she loved all the finishes in the home. Easy entrance access and the garage for parking was wonderful. We plan to stay here again in the future.

We attended a family wedding. I had 2 of my adult children and their spouse/significant others with us as well. This townhouse worked perfectly for us. Centrally located! Garage was a bonus as we didn't have to worry about parking! Beautifully decorated and extremely clean!!

The property was just as described, and as the picture show. It was perfect for our needs. Downstairs office that was quiet. Very clean and inviting. Kitchen was very well stocked. Loved the location. We brought our Tesla and there was a charger very close by. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very communicative. Loved it!

From the very first moment of locating this wonderful property, our experience could not have been better. The owner is very responsive to all questions, and the property is simply perfect. We spent Christmas in Provo to be with our son who goes to school in the area, and everything about our stay was first class - the owner even put up a Christmas tree for our visit. The townhouse is immaculate and could not be in a better location with ridiculously easy (walkable) access to grocery shopping and restaurants and ready access to shopping and entertainment. We travel to Provo several times a year, and we will definitely stay at 110 Downtown again. Thank you Kami!

This townhouse felt so luxurious and comfortable. Everything was bran new and very clean. I loved the tasteful decor. Their fireplace turned on with just a flip of a switch and made the room so cozy. We loved the well stocked kitchen, even the toaster was entertaining with its high tech functions! The location was very convenient. There is a grocery store next door and many restaurants within walking distance. Kami, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. If you can’t find anything or need something she’ll help you out right away. We’d definitely rent this place again.

This property was exactly what we needed, and beautiful and comfortable as well! We came to have a small thanksgiving retreat with our family, and I was especially happy to find the kitchen well outfitted for all the cooking needed for the traditional meal. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the beds, the bedding, the TVs in each room, and the modern, hi tech vibe. The large wrap around couch was perfect for game night and watching movies. Laundry on site was very nice. We also found the proximity to Smiths and charming downtown Provo a big plus. We slept 4 adults and one teen comfortably. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

More then expected!

Kami was such an amazing host! We really appreciated her making this stay feel like a unique one for us. Everything about her property is well thought out; from the great welcome folder all the way through to providing great smelling shampoo and conditioner :) the flow of the townhouse works so well and is open and bright. There was enough room for each of us ( family of three ) to have our own separate time away from each other but also a great living room/ kitchen area for us to enjoy together. The location was perfect, we could just walk over to a grocery store when need be and also to downtown with cute shops. This experience will be a hard one to beat! The only downfall is that we did not stay longer. I could write so many more positive things. We will absolutely be back and highly suggest staying at this place. You will not regret it!
