The house was nicely appointed and well stocked. I stayed with a group of friends, plenty of room for 5 women. Great access to the ferry. Ferry Cottage is in a great location. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed over for Father’s Day weekend and had a blast! I appreciate the family-friendly environment. Lots of toys for kiddos. Plenty of room to host at least three small families. The location is fantastic. The minutes from the beaches. 10 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to woods hole. we are saving this house for our future getaways!! Thank you for a cozy stay!

We were four women college friends who travel to someplace every year for our reunion. None of us had ever toured the Cape and we chose the perfect location with this darling home and Falmouth as our central location. We had everything we needed, and the home was beautiful with quality furnishings, fluffy towels and crisp bed linens. And to top it off, the early June weather turned out to be perfect.

The place is charming. Great spaces to hang out with family and a well appointed kitchen. Walking distance to the beach and ferry and just minutes from Main’s restaurants, etc. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect! Location, size and cleanliness. The only issue we had was the code not working upon check in. After a phone call to Vacasa, we figured things out ok for the weekend.

This sweet little cottage did not disappoint! It was perfect for our girls weekend! Great central location. Super clean and ready for us earlier than expected! Very roomy and comfortable! Kitchen stocked well, and we utilized all the cozy extra blankets! Ir was exactly as it was described and I would stay here again, and definitely recommend it!!

This home away from home offers spacious bedrooms and living spaces on a nice grassy lot in a quaint neighborhood setting. Step out onto your deck and sit at the table and watch the little bunnies nibbling the grass and listen to the birds singing. Clean, well-equipped and stocked with essentials, including all linens, this place has got you covered! A bookshelf full of guides and summer reads, toys and games for the kiddos for family time indoors as well as a beach wagon loaded-up for beach-time fun. Kitchen is well stocked and ready for pretty much anything. Comfy beds, climate control and a quiet setting (at least in April) led to restful nights sleep. Beaches, fun shops and yummy restaurants nearby. We were very pleased with our stay!

Cute house in a great location. House was well equipped with linens, towels, and kitchen essentials. Only downside was the 10 AM check out, but that was known at the time of booking. Would stay again!

Disappointed, not cleaned when we arrived 15 minutes early. Called and cleaners came quickly. The location and size of the property was perfect. A lot of little things need to be fixed. The upstairs bathroom had a tub but the fixture to close it was broken, no baths could be taken and the water pressure up stairs was very slow. Also the bedroom door handle was off. The dinning room bench had a broken support and one of the chair back spindles were not attached. Would not rent this house again.

Beach is 0.3 miles from the house. The house very roomy. Plenty of games to play and books to read on rainy days. Beds are comfortable. Walking distance to local restaurants. Country Fare restaurant on Main Street is a great place for breakfast.

We love this cottage. We've now stayed three times! We have been very happy with how open the kitchen/dining area is, the light that comes in, the storage, the ratio of bedrooms to baths. It is perfect for our nuclear family. This time, for our family reunion we also rented another home in the same lovely, quiet neighborhood, and the proximity was absolutely perfect. "Our" cottage has a brand new side deck and porch. A couple of things needed attention (a door handle and a wobbly chair), but I was able to text about this, and I'm sure they'll be repaired soon!

We had a great time over the holidays. The house is spacious, clean, well decorated, and has more than the basics. We spent alot of time in the living room full of natural light and enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen which has pretty much every extra you could want. Everything was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We were here during the winter storm but nevertheless enjoyed our staycation. We would love to return next year :)

Excellent spot in quiet neighborhood. Grandboys could ride their bikes around the block. Sports fields and ocean 5 min walk. Water shoes are a good idea for the Falmouth Heights beach. Great house, well adorned. Close to downtown Falmouth, and food shopping and other necessities. We all loved it:)

Lovely house in a great location. Beds were a bit soft and more bath towels were needed. The yard and deck could use some freshening up but overall a very nice place and we would recommend it to others.

We loved this house for our family! Plenty of room and especially liked the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The location is the best, we walked to Falmouth Heights beach everyday and had lots of meals at Shipwrecked, our new favorite Falmouth restaurant. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent this house again!

This house was the perfect location for our visit. Short 5 minutes walk to Falmouth Heights Beach. Shipwrecked and sopranos restaurants are excellent! Extremely busy and sopranos is valet only. Short walk from home is excellent. Front door is challenging to open with lock code. There was a musty smell when we entered the house. After the first day we aired it out. Lots to do in house with games and reading. The loaded beach cart was a plus. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Falmouth and at 35 Mass. St. We were in walking distance to the beach, the Shipwreck restaurant, and to the Island Queen ferry which took us to Martha's Vineyard. Property was perfect for the two couples. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. We would suggest a small love seat to be added to the family room to give more seating for TV watching and for adults to just spread out. I would definitely recommend this property to stay in. LOVED being in the quaint neighborhood setting!

The cottage was in a perfect location with a quick, easy walk to the beach, the ferry and some restaurants. The downtown area was a easy drive and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We only wish the week did not end so quickly. The only complaint was the cottage was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival but the property manager did arrange within 24 hours to have it recleaned which was much appreciated. Recommendation: Make sure you bring paper towels (if you plan to cook) and toilet paper if you visit, as we did not have enough provided and needed to pick some up from the grocery store (2 located within a quick drive) but so you are prepared. Overall, it was a successful and much needed week off. Thank you.
