My condo, Sea4Urself, is ready to be your home away from home for your beach vacation! The condo was completely renovated from top to bottom including all new appliances in June, 2021. At that time absolutely everything in the condo was new. It is in the Surf Condos, and is less than a 1 minute walk to the beach and less than a 1 minute walk to the Olympic sized pool!
I am Rob, your host. I encourage you to read the over 100 reviews that I have earned. I am very proud to report that my condo is rated 10/10 in all 6 Vrbo rating categories! I strive to give all of my guests a hassle free / stress free wonderful vacation. I am a certified international tour manager and full time year round Topsail Island resident. I live right down the road from the condo making it easy for me to provide amazing service to my guests. I have travelled through all 50 states and 54 different countries. I know what beach vacationers want and need and know how to provide it to my guests! Every guest who stays at my condo receives warm and welcoming hospitality throughout their vacation! I truly care that my renters have a wonderful experience.
The condo has 1 bedroom. It includes a King sized bed, TV, dressers, nightstands, and a blackout shade. There are twin sized bunk beds in the hallway. Additionally there is a queen sized pullout sofa in the living room. At maximum capacity you can fit 2 in the bedroom, 2 in the bunk beds, and 2 on the pull out sofa. That's why Vrbo lists that a 1 bedroom condo sleeps 6. You can see the ocean, dunes and pool unobstructed from your private balcony and the living room. Everything in the condo was brand new in July, 2021. This includes all of the furniture, kitchen equipment and decorations. Sea4Urself was remodeled with high end everything. The kitchen has all of the equipment that you need. The TV's are large. The couches and recliner comfortable. The wall decorations and pictures are relaxing and inviting. The private deck has high quality chairs and a table where you can see out to the dunes and ocean unobstructed. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour.
The condo has an upscale vibe and a beachy feel to it. It is not a luxury property and is not being advertised as such. Sea4Urself is a super comfortable, professionally and properly cleaned, totally stocked, full kitchen condo with an ocean view. The condo is a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the olympic sized pool. It has everything you need. I make sure that the condo is fully stocked with all of the essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, and much more. It was completely remodeled in June, 2021 with all high quality amenities. It really is just a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the olympic sized pool! Going back and forth from the condo to the beach or pool during your days could not be any easier! The condo comes with a private reserved covered parking space that fits 2 vehicles right under the condo - you never have to look for a parking spot!
The condo also comes with a private equipment shed. In the shed there are high quality beach chairs, both in high and low style, for relaxing in comfort during your stay. In the shed you will also find a full sized shibumi shade, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, pails, shovels, pool noodles, an inflatable raft for the pool and more. There is no need to bring your beach equipment from home. Everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool is here waiting for you!
The Surf Condos are located 1 mile north of the Surf City bridge on the ocean side of the street. The town of Surf City is between the condo and the bridge, giving you easy access to everything you need. It is very easy to get to and use the restaurants and shops in Surf City. It is less than a 5 minute drive to anywhere. Walking along the beach is safe and easy both during the daytime and also at night. According to google maps it is a 25 minute walk along the beach from the condo to the center of Surf City. Walking down the beach to go get breakfast or coffee in town is the perfect way to begin your day!
Topsail Island is a 26 mile long coastal barrier island that is very narrow between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway. There are no traffic lights, high rises, or national chains anywhere on the island. We are a simple, laid-back, easy place to be. Those seeking nightlife, glitz and glamour should look elsewhere. Those who enjoy a beautiful beach in a natural setting that feels the same as it has for decades will be ecstatic with their choice.
If you are looking for a great location, and a very comfortable, clean, well maintained condo with a full kitchen and private deck with an ocean view to enjoy a hassle free beach vacation a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the pool then you have found exactly what you are searching for! I am an owner who truly cares about his guests having a wonderful experience. I am a full time Topsail Beach resident and am right down the road available with prompt and excellent communication and service should anything be needed before, during or after your stay.

*Some Other Information that's important to know: Please be sure to read this including the linen and towel policy that is standard on Topsail Island*:
- This is referred to as a "First Floor Unit". Due to the fragile environment of being a barrier island and the real threats of hurricanes and tropical storms, there is absolutely no living on the ground floor anywhere on Topsail Island. It is against the law. It is 14 steps to get into the condo. There is no elevator or ramp available.
- No grills are allowed on the decks at the Surf Condos. There is a grilling area at the complex with charcoal grills available to use anytime.
- There is a washer / dryer room in the complex, but there is no washer or dryer inside the unit.
- There is a workout / gym room in the complex.
- The grilling area, laundry room and workout room are all a 3-4 minute walk from the condo.
- Linens and Towels are not included in your rental. You either have to bring your own linens and towels or I am happy to set up a rental for your stay. I get a full time locals discount. This is due to the history of Topsail Island rentals having been available to rent Saturdays to Saturdays only. Only weekly rentals were the deal prior to covid, and the majority of house and condo rentals on the island are still rented in this manner. Due to this, the entire Island gets turned around on Saturdays between 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. The cleaners who work on the island come into the condo and clean it for you. They do a fantastic job. There is simply not enough time to make beds and do laundry services. That's how this long standing policy of bring your own or rent linens and towels came into effect.
- The Condo is perfect for a couple and very comfortable for a family of 4. With the pull out sofa it technically sleeps 6 according to Vrbo.

Our trip was short but absolutely wonderful! Rob, the owner, is amazing! His communication was 100% on point and very detailed. The condo is clean & the pool is wonderful. We felt safe and we liked that a code is needed (at the gate) to enter the condo complex. Rob made us feel like we were at home. He even provided Key Lime Pie and chocolate chip cookies for our girls.
Unfortunately, I fell ill with extreme vertigo and had to cut our trip short 😔. This was due to inner ear issues and was at no fault on the owner or condo.
Rob messaged daily, after we arrived home, to check in & see how I was feeling. True kindness is hard to find these days. His thoughtfulness will never be forgotten! Our family can’t wait to return! ❤️🌊☀️

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was so lovely and checked on us frequently to make sure all was well. The location is convenient and very safe. We had great view of the pool so that my kids could come and go independently while I could keep an eye on them. The beach walk is right around the corner. We also brought bikes and could easily ride into town for meals or to walk the pier. Awesome location and host!

There are truly no words to adequately describe the experience we had with Rob. The condo was pristine, the location was perfect, the communication was out of this world.
I wish we could have stayed longer. We have officially found our new favorite host and location. Our kids (5 & 3) LOVED the pool and beach access, and don’t get me started on how much they adored the bunk beds!

Our stay was more than accommodating. We came down to see our son that is at New River. He helped us out with an eart check in after a long drive down. Rob kept us posted on weather, recommendations for food, entertainment, beach absolutely everything. He brought treats and pastries over for the kids to enjoy. He was very welcoming. Lacking for nothing. Keurig coffee maker. Ironing board. Big tv’s. Closet for hangables. Walkable to restaurants. Comfortable bed. Liked the jack-jill aspect (2 toilets & 2 sinks) of the bath which worked well for hubby & me. Covered parking. Host was nothing short of spectacular in communication & helpfulness. Be aware that this area requires you to bring sheets with you.

We stayed the weekend in Surf City to see the Scotty McCreery and we had a blast! Rob is the best host! He provided excellent suggestions on where to eat and activities. The unit was clean and in perfect condition. Communication was excellent and check in/out was easy. Will definitely stay again!

The listing accuracy is sort of incorrect. For me it was less than 2 minutes to the beach, but maybe I walk faster than most.
Clean condo. Well appointed. 1 mile walk up the beach to a couple good restaurants (and bars). Best long weekend I've had in a long time.

We came down in October to visit Topsail Island for the first time. Rob, who is Topsail resident, hosted us and did an amazing job. He took the time to show us around the island and took us on a personal Island Tour showing as all the local hotspots! It was amazing! The hospitality was something of a 5 star resort. The condo we stayed in was clean and cozy with views of the morning sunrise over the ocean and a 50 yard walk to the beach! We have stayed many places on the east coast through rental shares and this was one of the top visits on our list! Thanks Rob!

I needed a couple days to read a book, decompress from work, and just listen to the waves. This place was exactly what i needed. The place was clean and in a nice location. Location was perfect. Apartment was very clean, very well stocked, lots of room. Very safe while at room or on the beach. View to ocean was limited but the easy access to beach and pool well made up for it. Lots of nice items to use on beach in lower level storage. Vehicle parking under unit was perfect for loading/ unloading and kept vehicle out of direct wind, sand, rain. Rob was excellant, gave us alot of good suggestions where to eat and explore. Also appreciated him meeting us the first day as we had never stayed in his listing before. He was so kind to "show us the ropes". He even kept us informed to weather conditions as our last day was during a tropical storm. We would recommend Rob and his listing to anyone, couples or a family, as it has the fun of a beach vacation and the convience of being in a home-like surroundings.

As a frequent traveler in the recent days, I’ve been very particular on where i decide to stay. Rob made everything so seamless & hassle free. Before the trip he provided plenty of activities and things to do while there, which definitely came in handy! Condo was clean and fully stocked with everything you could ever ask for. Location was amazing and everything was really cozy! It really felt like a home away from home! I really wish i would’ve stayed longer! I will repeat with Rob forever now. He is the perfect host, everyone should be more like him! He just turned a needed vacation into what’s now gonna be a family tradition! I am forever grateful!

We are lucky to have found this beach gem. It was perfect for our qettaway; lovely decor, comfortable furniture, very clean, and convenient access to the ocean. By far the most positive experience we have ever had booking a vacation rental in Topsail! Rob’s attention to details made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

You can’t ask for a better host than Rob! He will be the standard for me now. We weren’t familiar with the area and he helped us navigate our plans and anticipated our needs.
I highly recommend a 3 night minimum so you have time to enjoy the beach and everything on the island.
The view from the living room was breathtaking. Being so close to the beach allowed us to go back and forth easily and often. The complex felt safe and clean. The condo was just as comfortable as expected.

Rob is a top notch host with a wonderful place!! Rob went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in/check out. You simply can’t beat the location. A minute walk to the beach or pool. This is great for anybody, but especially great if you have kids. We found lots of shark teeth, saw a sea turtle release, built sandcastles, enjoyed the zero entry pool (also great for those with littles!), and enjoyed all our favorite restaurant spots.

Quick trip husband and I before picking up our son at MCAS New River, NC just 30 minutes away! Top notch host, extremely available and knowledgeable. Visited Missiles & More Museum , must see for WWII buff. Beach short walk away, condo with balcony overseeing dunes for beautiful view while having a cup of coffee or tea! Nice covered parking with variety of beach chairs to use!

We enjoyed a quick get-a-way to Surf City with our family before a new school year begins, and we enjoyed a wonderful stay at Rob's beach condo. Rob was 100% - an excellent host!

We had an amazing stay at a perfect location. Between the pool and the beach we enjoyed the sun everyday! This spot is great for families but also great for anyone looking to unwind and vaca. We highly recommend this VRBO and hope to be back again soon!

We had the most amazing time at our stay in Surf City! Rob was beyond amazing!! I can’t say enough great things about him. The condo was perfect for our family and the beach was incredible! Our new favorite vacation spot. We can’t wait to go back!!
